Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

heir project management has been solid and reliable throughout our cooperation. Tasks are well-organized, priorities are clearly communicated, and everything is delivered on time — or even earlier. What we especially value is how responsive and flexible the team is. Our account manager, Szymon, is always quick to reply, open to feedback, and proactive in suggesting improvements. Whether it’s SEO, technical fixes, or optimizing Google Ads campaigns, they consistently adapt to our needs and help us move forward efficiently.

What was your primary form of communication with Widoczni?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most is the combination of strategic expertise and genuinely human, personalized support. While their technical knowledge in SEO and Google Ads is top-notch, what really stands out is how approachable and engaged the team is — especially our account manager, Szymon. It never feels like a generic agency-client relationship; instead, we feel like we have a real partner who understands our business, communicates clearly, and takes initiative. That kind of dedication is rare and truly appreciated.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Widoczni could have done differently?

In the initial phase of our cooperation, there was some room for improvement when it came to onboarding and familiarizing themselves with the brief and provided materials. The team jumped into action very quickly — which is generally a strength — but in our case, it led to a few small misunderstandings early on. A bit more attentiveness and time spent aligning expectations at the start would have helped streamline the process even further. That said, these issues were quickly resolved, and communication has been smooth ever since.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are extremely satisfied with the results achieved within our project, which unequivocally demonstrate its progress and success. A crucial role in realizing these achievements was played by Mr. Claudio, our project manager, who not only was the main originator of all the innovative solutions but also showed exceptional commitment and belief in the potential of our endeavor.

Thanks to the advanced search engine optimization (SEO) strategies implemented by Mr. Claudio, we have seen a significant increase in our website's visibility in search engine results. The number of key phrases for which we rank in the top positions (TOP 3, 10, 50, 100) has increased by over 95% in a relatively short period. This success is a direct result of the carefully planned actions that Mr. Claudio meticulously designed and managed with full professionalism.

Equally impressive results have been observed in the area of increased traffic to our website, which has significantly grown. Systematic content optimization and regular blog updates, in accordance with our manager’s recommendations, have contributed to making our site more attractive in the eyes of users.

It is worth emphasizing that Mr. Claudio was able to persuade us to continue these efforts, even in moments when the results were not yet apparent, which speaks to his deep understanding of the dynamics of such projects.

Another measurable success was the increased user engagement on the site, which was reflected in the extended average time spent on the site and the reduction of the bounce rate. These results demonstrate that the implemented improvements in navigation and content formatting had a direct impact on enhancing the user experience, which is one of the most important indicators of effectiveness in online projects.

It is important to note that Mr. Claudio was the only one who initiated discussions with us at a time when we had submitted our termination notice and were ready to end the collaboration. It is solely thanks to his determination, the trust he built, and his exceptional professionalism that our companies continue to work together. His actions not only saved the project but also allowed us to achieve the success we can be proud of today.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Initially, our project was managed by Ms. Claudia; however, her understanding of our industry and the concept of the project was limited, which created certain difficulties in communication and achieving the set goals. It was only after the project was handed over to Mr. Claudio that the management reached the highest level, directly contributing to the overall success of the project.

Mr. Claudio demonstrated exceptional organization and attention to detail, ensuring that all project deliverables and stages were completed according to the agreed timeline, often even ahead of schedule. This gave us confidence that the project was being executed as planned, allowing us to avoid delays and unforeseen issues.

The team’s response to our needs was immediate and highly professional. Mr. Claudio was always available to address our questions and resolve any concerns. His flexible approach and ability to adapt to the dynamically changing project requirements were crucial in achieving the desired outcomes. Every suggestion we made was carefully considered, and adjustments were implemented with a full understanding of our business needs.

Furthermore, Mr. Claudio regularly kept us informed about the progress of the work, which gave us complete control over the project’s trajectory and strengthened our trust in the team. His time management and resource allocation skills ensured that the entire project ran smoothly and without any disruptions. As a result, we felt confident that our needs were not only understood but also treated as a priority, allowing us to achieve results we can truly be proud of.

What was your primary form of communication with Widoczni?

• In-Person Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive and unique aspect of this company is our project manager, Mr. Claudio, who from the very beginning distinguished himself from other specialists with his extraordinary approach to project management and deep understanding of our needs. His professionalism, dedication, and ability to build relationships are qualities that make working with him not only effective but also highly satisfying.

Our project manager stands out primarily for his exceptional ability to quickly and accurately identify key areas that require attention. His analytical approach allows him to precisely set priorities and allocate resources effectively, which significantly accelerates the project’s completion.

Mr. Claudio is someone who not only understands the technical aspects of the project but also has the ability to view it from a business perspective, enabling him to create strategies that are perfectly aligned with our goals.

It is also worth noting that Mr. Claudio is extremely communicative and open to dialogue. He is always ready to listen to our suggestions and incorporate them into future plans, while also proposing innovative solutions that often go beyond standard approaches. His ability to explain complex issues in a clear and understandable way ensures that even the most complicated decisions are made with full comprehension of their implications.

One of the most unique qualities of Widoczni's project manager is his ability to build trust. Even during challenging moments when the project faced obstacles, his confidence, calmness, and constructive approach allowed us to believe that we would achieve our goals together. Mr. Claudio was able to motivate us and keep the team’s engagement at a high level, which was crucial for the ultimate success of the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Widoczni could have done differently?

There aren't any specific areas that require improvement in the work of the Widoczni team, as their performance has been outstanding. However, it’s important to acknowledge that further work on achieving even better search rankings is a long-term process that requires time and consistent effort. This isn’t a matter of inefficiency but rather the natural nature of SEO strategies, which require patience and ongoing monitoring to fully realize their potential.

What’s worth emphasizing is that the Widoczni team is already delivering excellent results, and their professionalism and dedication give us confidence that continued collaboration will yield even greater success. We have complete trust that their ongoing efforts will be equally effective, and over time, our search rankings will steadily improve.

This is a positive aspect of our partnership, demonstrating that Widoczni not only meets our expectations but also lays a strong foundation for future achievements.

If we were to evaluate the Widoczni company based on our earlier experiences with the previous project manager, we would have definitely advised against working with them. However, our perspective changed dramatically after the project was handed over to Mr. Claudio.  Believing that all employees at Widoczni approach their work with the same dedication as our project manager, we recommend the Widoczni company. It is thanks to this approach that we can confidently recommend their services to other companies.
