We needed a company that could handle our digital marketing needs

What was the scope of their involvement?

Whorv provides us with end-to-end digital marketing support. Their responsibilities include creating marketing collateral, launching online and offline paid promotions, and handling our email and content marketing efforts.

Aside from that, they also handle the SEO for our website as well as our Google, Facebook, and Instagram ads. They’re in charge of creating our marketing collateral, including our brochures and creatives for our ads. They also do keyword research and backlinking.

We collectively do brainstorming to come up with new marketing strategies and ideas. They then help with the execution of those strategies as well as tracking and reporting.

I worked with Whorv in my previous company.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend around $7,000 AUD per month (Approximately $5,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen a 3x increase in our social media engagement only after a few months of working with them. This has since gradually increased over the next months. Overall, I’ve been very happy with the quality of Whorv’s work.

How did Whorv perform from a project management standpoint?

Whorv has performed well in terms of project management. I never have to follow up on anything — if they commit to a particular deadline, I can trust that they will stick to it.

We typically communicate through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls. We also have weekly meetings through Microsoft Teams.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with Whorv’s quick turnaround time and tendency to overdeliver.

No, I have no complaints.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Whorv has helped us design our website from scratch. The site showcases our houses and the services we offer. It also has a live chat feature, enabling people to contact us. Additionally, they provide us with SEO services, manage our website, and handle all of our email marketing services. This includes managing all the server spaces, writing emails, conducting keyword research, etc. They also run our social media campaigns.

What is the team composition?

We’re constantly in touch with three people from their team: a person in charge of the website, a person for social media, and a director who oversees everything.

How did you come to work with Whorv?

Before 2017, we worked with them on a different project; they helped us design our business cards, logo, and other marketing assets. We also went with them because they offered a cost-effective solution and were very responsive.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $50,000 AUD (approximately $36,000 USD) per year.

We started working together in February 2017, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We get a lot of responses from our Facebook and Instagram campaigns that they run for us. We also get a lot of phone call inquiries, which is probably because of their SEO efforts.

How did Whorv perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management style is very good; they deliver ahead of time and within our budget. They’re also very responsive, and we communicate via email and phone.

Their communication skills are great.

How did you select Whorv?

Through a reference who had got done work from WHORV

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

WHORV's team had initially taken a download in terms of scope of work and understand the job better. Before even looking at the execution stage or the design part, their research team had shared some inside within what are the new trends in the market keeping in mind the competition.

The project started with research followed by Wire frame designs and then post approval the designs were made in FIGMA. There were a few changes with in the design so it took a while to close the design bit but once it was done then the development and testing was a smooth walk with the company. They even gave us a 1 month free support for bug management.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Post going live with the project we did some good business with other clients and even they had trust with us post our presentation through the website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The work pattern was great. Every mile stone as defined and then executed. Dates were shared by WHORV and some more or less they did deliver the work on time. There were stages that things had to be discussed in the middle of the project but keeping all that in mind the work was done in time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their turnaround time and the client servicing were great.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really. Things were great and smooth.
