We worked with West Solutions on a few projects where they built custom Content Management Systems for us, along with both front-end and back-end development—and they absolutely exceeded expectations. Their team took the time to truly understand what we needed and delivered a solution that was not only functional and user-friendly, but also scalable for the future.

What stood out most was how attentive they were to feedback and how well they communicated throughout the entire process. It’s incredibly rare to find developers who both listen and execute at this level. Their pricing was very reasonable given the quality of work and the attention to detail they provided.

Working together with wwwest-solutions, we successfully launched and continue to evolve the OpenUp website to meet our business goals. We've hosted psychologist profiles, integrated a job board with Greenhouse, created a business site, developed the Spaces platform for online sessions via LiveStorm, and built a infrastructure for our self-guided care offerings with Learndash. In parallel, we've empowered our marketing and content teams with a user-friendly WordPress CMS, ensuring they can effectively contribute to our digital presence and overall growth.

The responsibility for managing the website’s project lies with the Product Owner at OpenUp who is working in close collaboration with the wwwest-solutions team. We operate within a bi-weekly sprint framework, ensuring a structured and efficient workflow. Additionally, we maintain open and consistent communication through weekly calls, discussing various projects and strategizing our next steps. I am impressed with the team's commitment and their capability to meet deadlines, showcasing their reliability and dedication to our projects.

We take care of the conceptualization, and we deliver functional models in Invision, Axshare, Figma and then they realize the content of the model to the pixel. They then deploy on our test servers. The compatibility of all their deliveries are verified by BrowserStack.

In general, there are two people per website who are dedicated, but several teams at the same time. Often it is a project manager and full stack developers.

The result is very precise, everything that is requested is delivered correctly and verified on mobile and tablet.

The project management is efficient, we have a lot of contact via the chat tools, they are very responsive. The project managers ask us a lot of questions as well as the developers, and we try to answer immediately. The process is very fluent.

They support us on all web projects and help us when the deadlines are sometimes quite short. We don't make it a general rule, but it happens.

Maybe they could offer design or SEO, maybe they already do that, but we don't use it

I'm an IT project manager. Founded in 2012, our company was carefully built to change the way companies and government organizations order, lease, deploy, and manage IP addresses. The platform automates a time-consuming manual process for organizations with a need to deploy a large volume and wide variety of IP addresses, speeding up the process and lowering the costs associated with provisioning IPs to the physical and virtual infrastructure.

Together with wwwest solutions, we developed WordPress site of the new project. The new page is designed to inform customers about features and not to miss the most important news about the IP address market.

We searched online web developers abroad. After interviewing them, we chose this vendor based on their past projects and cost estimate.

First, the page design was prepared. Each design part was broken down into separate tasks that formed a common backlog. Each week we planned the tasks for that week. When a programmer has done a task, another programmer had to do a code review. After the code review, the task is passed for testing. After testing, we deploy tasks from the stage to the live environment. We used these tools: Jira, Adobe XD, GitLab.

A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. There was also one other website developer from our inside team. Also, the designer and webmaster worked together.

Only one - the website is launched. There weren’t very many mistakes after launch.

At the beginning of the project, code reviews took longer, but later the process began to move faster.

The challenge is to scale frontend development speed for our growing business. We have multiple structurally different projects which need to be unified with a common UI. We needed a team of people which are experienced of scaling up from one-developer to a full development team, while making sure that the design / layouting quality remains extremely high and doesn't break the integration pipelines.

We were able to shorten the development lifecycle for frontends, and grow the development from 1 frontend developer to 5 frontend developers without bigger issues.

we're working with a kanban structure of delivery, wwwest integrated into our workflow without issues and everything worked as expected. we're using a combination of * confluence * jira * slack * github * bitbucket to coordinate & communicate. there were no real language barriers, we all speak english and it works well.

motivated founders. It's fun to work with them and they care about improving processes. great collaboration is the most important thing for us.
