We were looking for development of our company website and marketing. We had old website but that was not SEO friendly and there was no ranking. So we hired to refresh the website and SEO.

We Hired Webtrack Technologies to give us a website for a law firm in US. We discussed our practice areas with Manager Singh and he suggested me some sample website which were very appealing. As per our budget and requirements, we decided one design and the team started working on it. They took about 3 weeks to complete our website and launched our website on time.

We are ranking for some keywords related to our search queries for our business. We are getting business from our website. We can update latest news on our website.

I contacted them on reference of my friend. Manger is working on her website. So she told me to get a website created from him.

With my first consultation session, I cleared them all my requirements. After that they provided me a proposal in which they mentioned every thing like technologies used, time taken, content requirements, cost of project and many other details. I agreed with their proposal and they started working on my project. My Website is made on Wordpress.

I contacted with Manager Singh, how is senior developer and owner at webtracktechnologies. All my conversation was with him. I discussed all my requirements with him. He is very experienced guy to respond to project needs. He is having team of designers and developers but he manages that sort of work.

I am satisfied with the work they have done. They fulfilled my requirements. I got the website before our given time limits.

I contacted them over Whatsapp. The communication process was very easy for me as i contacted only one person. The time period given to me was 30 days and I got my website ready before the given time. The content of website was provided by me.

The Communication was very impressive, Manager Singh is very experienced to understand requirements and I found them as reliable company as my friend also has good experience with them.

For me and my friend they are good and if they continue this. I don't think they need to do anything differently.

We needed help to track the geographical location, age groups, and buying patterns of potential customers.

What was the scope of their involvement? 

Webtrack Technologies helped build two e-commerce websites in WordPress. They added a printable PDF form to the site. They also created a feature that follows the customer from the first page to the shopping cart. They're constantly doing website maintenance and updates as needed. They cover the whole spectrum from the concept of building a site to how it can remain relevant for today. They manage our Facebook and Instagram channels by posting content and responding to comments.

I work directly with the owner of the company. He has staff members that do social media management and marketing, website development and maintenance, graphic design, and mobile apps.

I first gathered information about them via the Freelancer website.

I've spent somewhere close to $10,000 over the years.

What is the status of this engagement? 

We first started back in February 2014, and the engagement is ongoing. I originally hired a couple of people to do different aspects but eventually ended up using Webtrack Technologies for everything.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

While I can’t say they’ve been instrumental in converting likes to dollars, the website does flow quite well. They've done a redesign to make the flow even better and to remain relevant. Webtrack Technologies is constantly looking for innovative ways streamline the purchase process. They have good ideas to help customers get in, make a purchase or selecting a service, and then get out.
 
How did Webtrack Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

I'm in America and they’re in India, so the conversation occasionally got lost in translation. There were a few times when I had to reiterate my intent. Initially that was problematic, but now we've been together for so long it's not as prevalent. The ongoing relationship between our teams has manifested to where they understand what I'm saying, even though they speak a different language. 

Webtrack Technologies hits deadlines and sticks to a timeline. We communicate via email or WhatsApp. If I have any issues with the website, I can always contact them and they’re able quickly to address the issue at hand.

What did you find most impressive about them? 

Webtrack Technologies is more driven by building client relationships than by money. 

Are there any areas they could improve? 

No, nothing that I can think of offhand. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers? 

Hopefully they’ve resolved the communication gaps that created those initial pain points. As with any company, do your research first. Have all of your deliverables written out in plain English that a third grader could understand.

Webtrack Technologies provided top-notch web solutions and they always give weekly updates on call and show us the results/progress. We are going to launch the project soon and hope this will increase our traffic and leads as well.

Webtrack Technologies manages the project in best way. The project Manager provides us daily updates on email and weekly updates on call and shows the progress via screenshare. They used slack and trello as project management tools.

Webtrack Technologies worked very hard and provided solutions based on our needs. The most amazing thing at Webtrack technologies is project management and delivery. They have completed the work before the deadline.
