There was a project manager and his team - SEO person, PPC analyst, and a copywriter.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We started getting good traffic from day one of the PPC campaign. We have run PPC campaigns earlier by ourselves but there was a huge bounce rate which cost us our SEO ranking. However, this time, things are different. There is minimum bounce rate. Furthermore, their SEO efforts have resulted in most of our pages ranking on the first or second page.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Getting along with them is no problem. There is no delay in receiving the reports. Our questions were answered clearly.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The PPC and SEO strategy they develop fits the goals we set and is exactly what we needed. Seeing results is really rewarding.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Nothing for now.
