On the basis of research conducted by marketing a venture similar to us takes approximately 3-4 months of time to get the expected results. After, the conveyed time frame the efforts started showing results. I started getting 4-5 inquiries per day. Though, the number seems low but I was happy to make something out of it.

I always prefer to plan everything upfront. I observed the same with team Webmyne. The marketing team have prepared a comprehensive roadmap which was mutually agreed. With the smooth process in place to achieve the expected results it makes everyone’s job easy.

The performance marketing of the entire project was up to the mark. The primary objective is to drive organic & targeted traffic turning the visitors to potential prospects. I am surprised to see amazing results from effective marketing strategy. All the deliverables were meet as discussed while finalizing scope of work.

The only secret for getting consistent & growing marketing performance of my business I suppose. I have rarely seen it in other marketing agencies.

When the project outcome expectations were overdelivered I don’t think about any suggestions to improve. A client like me needs that. I must say marketing team has done a great job to keep my sales representative busy.

We did launch our 2.0 in end of September of 2022 but the consequent release of 2.1 in mid Jan of 2023 will be our actual launch with 90% of features we envisioned and we are confident that the trust factor along with our planned marketing initiatives will quickly bring us back on track.

Since day 1, we had maintained a constant communication via slack and daily standups with tasks allocated daily to the team members which provided us faster deliverables with least debugging. Timelines were pretty tight and I would say very closely followed by Webmyne team to utmost satisfaction of our team.

One every deliverables we had a support team from Webmyne to resolve our queries let be to improvise the feature or to use the feature. Curious minds can create wonders, and this is very true for the Webmyne team.

We did our due diligence. Webmyne's journey is 20 years long. Company & team have matured themselves over the time and are in very strong position to face the market challenges let it be in terms of workforce, technology or providing end to end software & hardware requirement of clients like us.

I chose them from among four companies. Their price was good, but the deciding factor was the demo they provided. It showed all the basic functionalities we required, and it was fully customizable.

I designed an initial brief, then we worked together via Skype to change small details and test the platform. They were very responsive and quick to resolve issues in the testing phase.

The project has yet to go live, but the beta group was impressed by the appearance of the site. There were no issues with any backend functionalities, and Webmyne was open to the beta group's suggestions.

We had no language issues. They were happy to work from description briefs, screenshots, and other documents over Skype. They deferred to my depth of knowledge and understood the project.

They were impressive from the start, and the finished product was customized to our specifications. They were always clear and acted quickly on my directives.

I don't have any suggestions for improvements. We had to work around the time difference, but it wasn't a massive issue.

The Scope of Work to develop and market the website was pre-planned. In the first month the website was ready, from second month the marketing was initiated. After the 3 months with continuous marketing efforts the results were seen in terms of subscribers. In the span of approximately 6 months the company made a 10-15% profits which is commendable.

In regards to the outcome they generated and they still generating consistent amount of leads every month since beginning of 2016. Which is exemplary in my opinion. They utilized multiple marketing channels like Search Engine Optimization, Paid Media, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing , Native and Display ads, content marketing and Various other marketing practices to achieve the desired results.

Mostly the team was connected on Skype, Email and Zoom as per my availability or even after work hours. This really shows the commitment in delivering the work in the given timeframe.

The unique characteristic about this company is they are All-in-One IT solution providers. It is hard to find a company with a combo of all areas. I was happy with the results in not so high expected time frame and cost.

For now, I do not think so any further development is required. The overall working methodology is simple and without any complexities involved.
