Overall, their uniqueness came from the blend of technical expertise, product thinking, and disciplined delivery.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Webisoft could have done differently?

Webisoft the overall experience was strong, and there were no critical issues that impacted delivery or quality. That said, as with most complex development projects, there is always room for improvement in refining early-stage estimations and providing even more detailed timeline breakdowns during initial planning. In some phases, slightly more frequent micro-updates could have made progress visibility even smoother for non-technical stakeholders. However, whenever clarification was needed, the team responded quickly and adjusted without delay. Overall, these are minor process refinements rather than real shortcomings, and they did not affect the final outcome or success of the project.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Webisoft took a holistic approach to understanding our clinical and operational landscape before diving into development. The scope of the project included designing and deploying a permissioned blockchain architecture that logged secure events for every patient-therapist interaction. This included digital consent capture, timestamped session metadata, and treatment plan updates all encrypted and traceable in compliance with healthcare regulations.
They also developed a therapist dashboard that offered visibility into patient record chains without exposing sensitive content. The platform was fully integrated with our EHR system and offered APIs for connecting with our scheduling and billing tools. Deliverables included:

• A custom private blockchain network
• A secure web dashboard for clinicians
• Backend integration with our existing medical record systems
• Patient-facing digital consent interface
• Implementation of HIPAA and GDPR compliance controls
• Testing, documentation, and user onboarding sessions

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After implementation, we were able to eliminate manual consent documentation processes, reducing administrative overhead for our care team. Audit trails for clinical sessions became traceable in real time, which significantly eased internal compliance reviews. More importantly, patients reported feeling more secure knowing their therapy records were transparently protected. Therapist onboarding became more efficient due to the simple design of the dashboard, and the automated logging of treatment actions removed the need for redundant data entry. All of this contributed to smoother workflows and better confidence in our care delivery.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their project management was organized and responsive. We worked closely with a dedicated project lead who kept every milestone transparent and ensured team coordination across development, security, and design. Webisoft was consistently proactive they flagged challenges early, invited feedback at every checkpoint, and adapted their workflow around our clinical schedule. Every major deliverable was completed within the projected timeline, and they adjusted smaller items quickly when needed. We felt like their team was fully invested in our success.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Webisoft’s ability to combine advanced technical skills with empathy for our domain was unmatched. They didn’t just see our request as a tech build—they treated it as a shared mission to strengthen mental health care. They regularly went beyond the brief to offer strategic insights and were excellent at breaking down technical details into digestible discussions for our non-technical leadership. That blend of precision and partnership really made them stand out.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Webisoft could have done differently?

Overall, the collaboration was a strong success. If we had one suggestion, it would be to involve clinical user personas earlier in the design stage. While the final UI worked well, some minor changes we requested could have been anticipated with more clinical input up front. To their credit, once we shared that feedback, they acted quickly to revise and even used it to improve their internal process for future projects.

How many teammates from Webisoft were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope of Webisoft’s work was extensive and thoughtfully constructed. After an initial discovery phase, they worked with our team to architect a modular blockchain layer that could plug into our existing infrastructure with minimal disruption. They developed custom smart contracts tailored to our financial workflows particularly in transaction validation, multi-party approvals, and reward logic.

Their team also set up a permissioned blockchain environment (using Hyperledger), integrated APIs to sync data across our banking layer, and deployed a dashboard where our compliance and finance teams could monitor on-chain activity in real time. On top of that, they conducted multiple technical and security audits to ensure the system met both our internal standards and those required by regulators in the regions we operate.

We particularly appreciated their care in documentation. Every integration, smart contract function, and edge case was clearly laid out making it easy for our internal developers to pick things up without endless back-and-forth.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within weeks of deployment, we noticed how much smoother certain backend reconciliation processes had become. Where we once had to deal with manual checks and fragmented systems, we now had a blockchain-powered ledger syncing financial transactions with near-instant traceability.

This had an immediate effect on internal efficiency especially for our finance team and positioned us to scale future blockchain features much more rapidly. The infrastructure they helped us build has now become the bedrock for several internal tools and even discussions with potential partners interested in DeFi integrations.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

As far as project management goes, I was impressed by the consistency in communication. Their team never let deadlines slip through the cracks, and even when there were challenges like resolving performance bottlenecks in early stages they were quick to explain what was happening, suggest alternatives, and keep things moving. They weren’t reactive; they were proactive.

What was your primary form of communication with Webisoft?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was their ability to balance technical rigor with business sense. Webisoft didn’t try to impress us with jargon. They took complex systems and explained them in a way that made strategic sense, helping us make better decisions along the way. I remember one particular workshop where their lead blockchain architect broke down a potential risk vector in our loyalty token model and helped us rework it into something far more elegant and compliant.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Webisoft could have done differently?

If there’s one area that could be fine-tuned, it would be providing more training resources post-deployment. While the system was well documented, some guided onboarding sessions for our non-technical team members would’ve made the handover even smoother. That said, once we brought this up, they quickly responded with walk-through videos and knowledge base articles, which closed the gap nicely.

All in all, working with Webisoft wasn’t just about delivering a project. It was about setting the foundation for the future of our platform. Their work continues to create value beyond the original brief and we fully intend to collaborate with them again as we expand our blockchain capabilities.

How many teammates from Webisoft were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

From our first conversation, Webisoft took the time to dig into how our teams worked not just what we did, but how we did it. They sat through our provisioning cycles, interviewed support staff who used four different tools to answer one customer ticket, and mapped out our tangled backend integrations before offering a single line of solution architecture. What came out of that research phase was a scope of work that felt tailored to us rather than pulled from a template. Their deliverables included a custom web app that served as a unified admin interface, real-time monitoring dashboards that pulled from our wireless and wired infrastructure feeds, and an API-first design that allowed us to gradually sunset legacy systems without interrupting service.

One of the key features they built and something we hadn’t even thought to request was an automated provisioning logic that recognized when a customer’s network setup matched certain predefined criteria. Instead of routing every order to engineering for manual review, the system could now fast-track low-risk installations, saving our team hours each week. Another standout component was the reporting suite, which turned previously dense spreadsheets into clean, actionable visualizations our leadership team could actually use to make decisions.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The impact on our internal operations has been dramatic. Ticket resolution times are down. Onboarding of new clients is smoother and more predictable. Our sales team can now generate quotes with real-time availability data that used to require back-and-forth emails. And most importantly, our clients feel it too their interactions with us are faster, more accurate, and less frustrating.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Webisoft’s project management style deserves credit here. They didn’t smother us with daily check-ins or Gantt charts we’d never look at. Instead, they established clear communication rhythms weekly reviews, async Slack updates, quick check-in calls when a blocker popped up and delivered consistently, sprint after sprint. When we hit delays on our end due to a change in internal systems, they pivoted gracefully and focused on integration layers that could be built independently, keeping momentum alive without pushing us to move faster than we could.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was their balance between technical depth and human understanding. They knew when to talk APIs and when to step back and ask, “How will this change make your team’s life easier?” That empathy showed in every piece of the software they delivered. It wasn’t just functional it felt intentional.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The project scope included the design and development of a dynamic workflow configuration module, a form builder engine, and a permissions-based user control system all built directly into our SaaS environment. Webisoft helped us architect a real-time rules engine to validate user inputs and process flows, as well as implement version control so that admins could track changes or roll back updates safely. They also integrated everything into our reporting structure to ensure data remained consistent across the board. Beyond the code, they supported testing, documentation, and post-launch maintenance with a clear focus on long-term usability.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results were evident almost immediately. Our onboarding team reported that new client implementations were being completed in significantly less time due to the simplified configuration tools. Clients began actively building and modifying their own workflows without needing to call in support or request engineering help. We also saw increased retention and engagement on the platform as clients discovered new ways to use Origami that previously felt out of reach. Internally, our team was able to redirect development hours from manual client requests to actual product innovation, which is a win in every direction.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Webisoft’s project management approach was both proactive and flexible. They maintained consistent communication, regularly shared progress updates, and were always open to feedback. When unexpected shifts happened on our side whether technical or strategic they adjusted quickly without losing momentum. We appreciated how their team was never rigid; they treated the project like a shared mission rather than a fixed contract. Their responsiveness during QA cycles and user testing made the difference in hitting our timeline without compromising on quality.

What was your primary form of communication with Webisoft?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was their product-oriented mindset. Webisoft didn't just take instructions, they thought critically about the 'why' behind every feature. They constantly looked for ways to improve the experience, not only from a development standpoint but from the perspective of our clients and internal teams. That level of ownership and creative thinking made the collaboration feel like a true extension of our team rather than an outsourced engagement.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Webisoft could have done differently?

The only area that could have used a little more attention early on was UI/UX refinement. While the functionality was there, some components didn’t quite match the polish of our existing design system. However, once we flagged this, they were quick to bring in design support and align everything more closely with our brand standards. Their ability to take feedback constructively and implement changes swiftly was reassuring.

How many teammates from Webisoft were assigned to this project?

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope of the project was anything but generic. It included designing a private blockchain network capable of capturing real-time inputs from multiple field operatives, safety officers, and project managers. Key deliverables included a decentralized system for recording chain-of-custody logs on hazardous waste disposal, automated triggers for compliance sign-offs, and a tamper-resistant ledger for incident reporting. Webisoft also built a companion mobile platform that allowed supervisors on job sites to input data including digital forms, geo-tagged photos, and audio memos directly into the blockchain, which not only streamlined communication but eliminated the lag and inconsistency we used to deal with during documentation audits.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A particular moment that stands out was during a large-scale industrial teardown in New Jersey. Midway through the project, a dispute arose over whether specific remediation procedures had been properly followed on-site. With our new blockchain system in place, we were able to access a full historical trail of actions, including timestamped field reports, environmental clearance records, and chain-of-custody handoffs. What would have previously taken days of email digging and conflicting reports was resolved in less than an hour and with complete confidence from both our internal team and the external stakeholders involved. That kind of operational clarity was exactly what we were aiming for.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

From a project management standpoint, Webisoft was adaptive and structured in equal measure. We went through multiple iterations of the smart contract logic together, and every time we needed to adjust the workflow engine to accommodate a specific site protocol or regulatory requirement, they were quick to grasp the nuance and deliver working solutions without delay. Communication was consistent, and their ability to bridge the technical with the operational especially when collaborating with teams who don’t live and breathe blockchain was both refreshing and essential.

What was your primary form of communication with Webisoft?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What left the strongest impression was how they approached the project with long-term usability in mind. They weren’t just focused on getting code into production; they were concerned with how it would be maintained, scaled, and adopted by our teams years from now. For instance, they introduced a modular design for our interface that allowed different divisions within Northstar to configure workflows based on the type of project whether it was an asbestos abatement job or a structural demolition without having to rebuild the backend logic. That foresight turned a powerful solution into a sustainable one.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Webisoft could have done differently?

One area where we saw room for enhancement was in the early-stage onboarding experience for our less tech-savvy team members; while Webisoft did an excellent job refining the platform’s usability, a more hands-on, scenario-driven training approach would have helped our seasoned site supervisors adapt more quickly. To their credit, once we addressed this, they responded with tailored support including realistic training simulations and personalized guidance which significantly improved adoption. In hindsight, partnering with Webisoft went far beyond implementing a technical solution; it strengthened the foundation of how we operate. In an industry where precision, compliance, and transparency are paramount, they didn’t just deliver software they raised the bar for how we ensure trust and accountability across every phase of our work.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Their scope of work included designing a private blockchain infrastructure tailored for the construction lifecycle, with smart contracts to automate status changes, flag overdue approvals, and initiate alerts for any alterations in the workflow. They also built a cross-functional dashboard that interfaced with our internal ERP and scheduling tools, allowing site managers, architects, engineers, and even subcontractors to access a single source of truth in real time. Notably, they engineered a mobile interface to allow jobsite updates including annotated images and digital signatures to be recorded and automatically written to the chain, which completely changed how we track site progress and compliance reporting.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One of the most significant signs of success was how quickly adoption took root internally. During a site inspection at a healthcare project in Buffalo, a senior supervisor who had resisted previous digital solutions was able to use the Webisoft platform to pull up a specific change order, along with the timestamped history and client sign-off, within seconds. That moment turned skepticism into advocacy and it has repeated across other teams since. From our perspective, success wasn’t about abstract performance metrics; it was about seamless usability and reduced risk on real, high-stakes job sites.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

In terms of project execution, Webisoft was unusually responsive. Their team worked closely with ours on a weekly basis not just through planned standups, but also during critical situations, like when we uncovered integration conflicts with one of our scheduling tools midway through rollout. They were available, not just present. We never had to chase updates or wonder where the ball was; their accountability has been as consistent as the code they deliver.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most about Webisoft was their curiosity. They didn’t just ask about specs they came out to one of our live project sites early in the discovery phase to observe how our crews worked, where delays happened, and how decisions flowed. That level of contextual understanding made their recommendations far more relevant. Their technical talent was obvious, but their willingness to understand the human side of our business made the difference.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

From the outset, Webisoft’s approach stood out for its clarity and intentionality. Rather than diving straight into development, they took the time to understand our environment: the legacy systems we rely on, the pharmaceutical regulations we must adhere to, and the functional needs of our users on the ground. They conducted user interviews with select field reps, reviewed our medical content workflows, and even consulted our compliance team to ensure alignment on data handling practices.

What followed was a thoughtfully structured development process focused on building a custom mobile application tailored to our internal teams. The software they developed allowed medical representatives to browse product catalogs with dynamic, region-specific content, submit sample distribution requests directly from the app (integrated into our backend supply system), and report doctor interactions in a format that synced with our CRM in real-time.

One of the more impressive components was the built-in regulatory content filter, which ensured that only approved marketing and product information could be accessed by reps based on country-specific approval statuses. In practice, this meant we could maintain a single mobile platform that remained compliant across multiple jurisdictions without risking unauthorized communication. They also developed a lightweight offline functionality mode, which proved especially useful for reps visiting clinics with limited network coverage.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the rollout, the shift in efficiency has been unmistakable. Our representatives are now better equipped, less reliant on paper-based resources, and more responsive during their visits. The app’s integration with our CRM means we no longer wait for end-of-week updates or manual data entry interaction logs, feedback, and sample tracking are now immediate and far more accurate.

Beyond the quantitative improvement, what’s been most valuable is how it has empowered our reps. We received unsolicited feedback from multiple team members who expressed how much easier it’s become to prepare for meetings, tailor their messaging, and resolve inquiries during visits, without the back-and-forth of waiting for someone in the office to confirm details or send PDFs. In one particular case, a rep was able to provide an up-to-date change in product information within minutes during a regulatory audit at a clinic something that would have taken much longer using our old processes.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Webisoft’s project management was sharp and well-paced. Every sprint felt deliberate, with a clear objective, and there was consistent communication throughout. Adjustments were handled without resistance even when a few unforeseen regulatory requirements emerged midway, their team didn’t flinch; they paused, assessed the impact, and came back with an actionable plan that kept us on schedule.
