Webhouse was provided a User Interface design and from there developed the application accordingly with additional improvements. The Mapping was the most complex component, taking  the most time to perfect. The dynamics and planning features were less difficult. Other features like multiple languages and colour blind mode were added to enhance user experience.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Mapping is far quicker to do than manually. Mapping remains attractive unlike manual mapping. It provides a digital interface to replace time consuming manual creation and there's a place for cross-functional teams to go rather than looking up slides and docs. The overall goal was make it simple, fast and clean

We were super pleased with the project management. Their staff is always extremely polite and helpful. George the owner is great. He see's the big picture and is extremely good and fun to work with. Because of that we will continue to work with them as we grow our client base. The developer we had was also fantastic. Very responsive and helpful. A great problem solver.

Created a CRM for our business. We receive leads from various sources and this housed all of that. The CRM then allowed us to manage the customer journey from initial fact finding to quoting, finalising a policy and ongoing management including claims management. We can also pull insights to understand business metrics from revenue and productivity point of view.
