WebFX has really helped us grow our SEO. From what I've seen on Google, we're now ranked high if someone searches Los Angeles mobile development app companies. We have nothing but good reviews for WebFX. We've seen great results, so we highly recommend them.

Their project management is fantastic. WebFX meets every deadline every single time. There's never been a problem. We usually communicate via phone calls, and they're super responsive. John is incredible. I have only positive things to say about him.

As a luxury goods provider, our customers have a lot of questions and specific needs. We needed a company to manage our SEO and help take our website to the next level for our clientele.

We started with purely SEO services, but they now do the security for our website, write long-form content, and perform monthly site maintenance. They also help with content for our marketing campaigns. They helped us with keyword research, and they presented a large database of possible keywords to use. They collaborate with our blog writer to include important terms and subjects, and they give good input for best practices.

We have a project manager who acts as our main point of contact.

We heard about them and were sold on their abilities. They were willing to go above and beyond the terms of our contract, and they made helpful suggestions.

We started working together in November or December 2017, and they continue to support us.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They've definitely added to the ease of our UI, and we've seen an increase in traffic. We wanted to market outside of our state, which they helped us achieve through blogs and other channels. We've had inquiries and a ton of traffic from outside our local area.

How did WebFX perform from a project management standpoint?

They used Basecamp but didn’t require us to use it. Any email correspondence we send feeds into their channels, and we can continue to use our internal systems. There is a monthly calendar, and they plan a couple of months in advance to optimize our site.

They’re very organized, and I never have to worry that they are completing tasks. They always take the initiative, set meetings, and finish everything we ask them to.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're so organized, and their trustworthiness is life-changing. I never have to micromanage them, and they always go above and beyond our requirements. They’re also honest about their capabilities, and they offer quotes for extra work outside the scope of the contract. They know our business very well, and they feel like a member of our internal team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't have any improvements or suggestions for how they could serve us better; they’re a good company to work with.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be as invested as they are. They took time to educate themselves, know our business, figure out what works best. They were excited about working with us because we were engaged and passionate about the project. The more engaged you can be, the better your collaboration.

WebFX built a WordPress site from scratch. They then implemented SEO and PPC campaigns, which have included Google Analytics and Google Ads. I provided the team with a pre-existing keyword list to target. They followed up with keyword research to elaborate on the list and monitor its performance.

I’ve worked with two dedicated account managers. The first one got a promotion, but has remained available for occasional conversations.

I did an online search, looking specifically for local companies.

We spent $12,000 on the website and now pay a $10,000 monthly management fee. That latter number can fluctuate based on PPC.

Our company has grown 100% year-over-year and now grosses over $1 million annually. WebFX is a major factor in that success.

How did WebFX perform from a project management standpoint?

WebFX is responsive and keeps every component of the project on track. I’ve never had to ask something twice. Given the nature of SEO and PPC, results can feel slow moving, but we’ve already seen progress in the team’s performance and our partnership. I’ve never questioned my choice in hiring them; we see eye to eye. I have weekly phone calls with the account manager.

They communicate well, which keeps the partnership seamless.

Invest in WebFX. Clients will need to spend money, but they will get a return at the end of the day.

We started researching new vendors on sites such as Clutch.co after years of being dissatisfied with the firm we were working with and receiving lots of cold calls from others. We decided to give them a try based on the many positive reviews they had from previous clients.

We've invested about $15,000 in total. The first two months were more expensive because they were allocating more hours to update our website.

We've been working with them since April 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our top keywords are ranking high on Google for our most popular products. Thanks to the quality of the content they created, we're seeing a huge increase in organic rankings and performing better than we were on Amazon or Etsy. We're also ranking higher than our primary competitors in the space. 

How did WebFX perform from a project management standpoint?

They schedule everything in advance and are very communicative. There's never been any surprises or rescheduled conference calls on their end. It feels as though they take our relationship very seriously.

What did you find most impressive about them?

In addition to successfully generating results, they take the time to listen to our needs and don't try to sell us on services we don't necessarily need. Unlike other companies, they asked us what keywords we wanted to focus on and put together a strategic plan to make it happen.

The upfront investment took us by surprise, but their work ultimately generated results that made it worth the investment.

Give their process time and don't get discouraged because it could take a couple of months for the results of the SEO strategies to kick in.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

WebFX helped increase organic traffic to our website by 500% year over year, and we continue to see a strong rate of growth. Their success is all attributed to developing strong content and optimizing keywords, because we haven't had to spend any money on advertising to gain momentum.

Their efforts have increased our line of revenue for one product by 9% through an ad campaign, which continues to increase month over month. They've also helped us hone in on our commercial service and successfully increased conversion in that department through a PPC campaign. 

How did WebFX perform from a project management standpoint?

Working with WebFX has been the best vendor partnership we've had. There's a lot of trust between our teams; they understand and care about our products and goals. 

Our main point of contact has been great to work with, taking a ton of work off my plate. Their team is transparent about pricing, timely, and good at communicating the status of various SEO efforts. They provide daily and weekly updates, summarizing what they've completed and continue to work on in simple emails, so I don't have to go into a project management system to check on everything.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They genuinely care about the success of our websites and the goals that we set. Our products aren't necessarily very exciting, yet their team is very enthusiastic and invested in both the work and the growth they're producing for us.

Nothing comes to mind. They've been the best vendors we've worked with by far. They're always willing to educate us on anything we don't fully understand.

Ask a lot of questions, because their team is willing to get on the phone and explain anything related to the project.

I’m the sales and marketing coordinator for Universal Cargo. We import and export freight, mainly furniture from China.

We’ve seen an increase in qualified leads and a decrease in unqualified leads. Our web presence seems to be on an upward trajectory. They definitely work like they've done this before.

They provide excellent follow-ups and communication on a weekly or monthly basis. It's like having a personal assistant that knows exactly what we’re trying to say, organizes and executes it, and then explains everything that they did. They communicate well between departments, and whatever issues arise are immediately addressed and solved, or simply clarified for us.

What impresses you about WebFX?

They have a transparent and genuine company culture. Their team works hard and is diligent, but they’re still ready to have fun at the end of the day. That attitude shows in their work and follow-through.

Thanks to their help, we've learned a lot about our customers—where they're coming from, what they're looking at, and how they're interacting with our site. We're also ranking higher in Google for certain keywords associated with our products.

The way they integrate themselves with our team and communicate sets them apart. They're very customer-oriented, responsive, and detail-driven. We receive monthly reports that include how keywords are performing and how people are interacting with and finding our site. We only started the social media side last month and now have a few posted Tweets. It’s too early to have tangible results. But we’re satisfied with WebFX’s work so far.

We stick with WebFX because their project management is top notch. They are responsive to emailed requests. For example, I emailed Katie earlier today because a piece of content needed to be removed from our website. She replied and completed the task within an hour. We track work via Basecamp and hold biweekly calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their customer service is exceptional. We keep thinking about doing a web overhaul, for which WebFX regularly provides options based on our needs and budget. Although we haven’t made a final decision, they are patient and nice about it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The team’s biggest weakness is their knowledge of our industry. However, that’s not their fault. We overcome this challenge by approving scheduled content before publication. My team will edit anything that isn’t appropriately phrased for our industry.

I highly recommend them. But clients still need to manage and approve any content generated during the partnership.

Working with WebFX has helped us be successful. An example of their positive impact is the drastic increase in organic site visits we’ve reached. When we first began working with WebFX, we only had 400 organic visits, and that number has since increased to 10,000, which is valuable to us.

How did WebFX perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team uses Basecamp to keep track of the project and house all documentation. I’m easily able to upload templates or graphics for WebFX to use. They have a checklist to make sure they’re hitting timelines and accomplishing the right tasks. When they anticipate needing to extend a deadline, they’re very transparent and communicative. If we have suggestions, they give us their honest input about whether or not our budget would allow it.

We have monthly calls with their team. The meetings focus on our previous month’s traffic and future updates they'll be making to the plan.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their insightful team help us realize our goals and find effective ways to track our progress. Some metrics are hard to measure, so they’ve helped us put our goals into perspective and better understand how it will look.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Because there are limitations with a WordPress template, their graphics support hasn’t been as great as we would’ve liked.

Although we’re a small company, having a specific person dedicated to communicating with WebFX helps us get the most out of the engagement. If you give them attention and provide insight along the way, the process will be more productive and grow more quickly.

We work with a project manager who makes herself available to us whenever we have any questions–she's great.

A coworker of mine made that decision, so I'm not sure how the relationship came to be.

We've had a monthly retainer agreement with them since 2017.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

WebFX has helped significantly increase our online performance overall. As of this year, overall web traffic increased 47.52% and organic traffic increased 25.9%, in part, thanks to their efforts. By focusing on our core values page, we've also seen an increase in engagement with our rewards program. 

How did WebFX perform from a project management standpoint?

They're one of my favorite teams to work with outside of my own office. They've done a great job of delivering results, meeting expectations, and being very responsive in communications. Most of the project management is handled through Basecamp, but we also have biweekly meetings to go over what we've accomplished and next steps. They've been more than happy to answer any questions and educate us in the process as well.

Their ability to quickly understand an industry sets them apart. They were able to learn enough about RVing to create interesting, meaningful content that our readers genuinely enjoy.

I can't think of anything. I'm very satisfied with what they've done for us so far and look forward to continuing that path.
