We needed help from someone who can be organized and on track and only dedicated to our website because we know how important internet leads are today.

WebFX started by managing our SEO efforts to drive organic traffic. Their team helps us with our onsite content. We went ahead and signed on for PPC services because their team did well with the SEO campaigns.

We work together as a team. They listen to our ideas but also add to them. We decide on our campaigns’ focus together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Once we signed on for PPC services, the results doubled. When we audit the website, we see leads and traffic coming in. Last April, the weather affected our sources of revenue besides the website. Our website was on track and sold four jobs in one month.

How did WebFX perform from a project management standpoint?

We have a monthly call when we go over the statistics, so their team keeps me up to date consistently. Their project management’s the best I’ve ever seen from a company. They use Basecamp and a calendar to schedule all of our projects. I’ve never worked with a representative that is as in step with a project as our account representative from WebFX. Our account representative hasn’t changed, which is great.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What makes WebFX different is that they’re focused on us. We worked with third-party vendors in the past that only delivered unqualified leads, so their work wasn’t for us. It doesn’t feel like WebFX has any other customers than us. Our account representative gets excited about our website, projects, and results. I associate them with words such as consistency, loyalty, and listening.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t think so.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Do what they ask you to do. Put into the engagement what you want to get out of it because their team’s ready to do whatever you need to do. Be responsive and take their advice. Educate yourself because the internet’s an ever-changing beast. There are always new technologies. Learn their language to help you know what services they can provide for you.

We needed help with SEO and online marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had a conversation with WebFX and explained the situation. We’d lost a lot of money with a previous company, so we wanted to make sure we chose the right company. Nolan (Internet Marketing Analyst) and Dan (Marketing Team Lead) spoke to us during the first meeting and walked us through everything.

WebFX has done everything: PPC, SEO, and social media. We did PPC right away. They created ads and revamped some of the ones we had on social media. They gave us multiple options and let us pick and choose what we liked. The SEO is the biggest thing for us. When our former business partner left, we lost our blog. WebFX rewrote our blog posts and created more content that we could use for SEO.

Dan got the account set up, and our main point of contact and SEO person is Nolan. Nolan also runs digital marketing for our other companies, Rocky Mountain IV Medics, out of Colorado, and Mobile IV medics, out of California. It’s extremely beneficial to have the same digital marketing person because he knows the world that we work in. He’s quickly become an expert. We’ve worked with a couple of other teammates, and they’ve all been amazing. 

How did you come to work with WebFX?

We had a business partner previously whose wife was really good at SEO and online marketing. They created their own business, so we had to venture out and find a company that could do marketing for us. We found a company that seemed great, but then they were horrible and wouldn’t give us a refund when we saw a drop in business rather than an increase. 

We had to find another company, so I did some research online. WebFX had a lot of great reviews. They were also US-based. One of the problems with the other company was that they outsourced their work, and some of their SEO had verbiage that we don’t use in the US.

How much have you invested with them?

In the first month, we spent about $6,000 on their services to get going and setup. For the total engagement, including all ad spend, we spent $20,000 per month for October and November 2019. In December and January, we spent $28,000 each month. Since February 2020, we’ve spent about $25,000 each month.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our work together began in October 2019, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

SEO is a big driving factor for our business. It was a fight to get there, but they did it super fast. They knew it was very important to us. We’ve grown about 100% since bringing WebFX on in October. There are various factors that have gone into our jump in sales, but people are seeing us a lot more through organic and paid searches. Our web presence has jumped exponentially; for instance, our Facebook following has grown. We haven’t put any money into growing how many followers we have, but more people have been noticing WebFX’s ads.

How did WebFX perform from a project management standpoint?

They were super communicative throughout the whole process of bringing them on. They explained to us what was going on and what the next steps were before we had to reach out to them. They explain everything relating to SEO and marketing in layman’s terms.

Every Monday, they send us an update of what happened over the weekend, and then they do the same thing mid-week. We also have bi-weekly meetings with Nolan. At the beginning of our partnership, we had weekly meetings to ensure we were on the same page, but we’ve since gone bi-weekly. They’re short and quick, and if we need the meetings to be longer, WebFX is okay with that. 

They’re always available via phone and email. I don’t think I’ve ever called without them picking up. If there is something going on with SEO or our website, Nolan is there right away. Most places that we’ve worked with don’t act like that. It’s really cool how they’re open and ready to go. Even through COVID-19, they haven’t skipped a beat. It’s still easy to get in contact with them and have our meetings. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I think one of the big things is that they make it their business. When they’re talking about our business, they say ‘we’ instead of ‘your business.’ They’re part of the team. They just put so much time and effort into it. They value our business and take ownership and pride in their work.

I’m also a huge proponent of treating your people well, and WebFX’s employees can’t say enough good things about the company. I think that really shows what type of company they work for. They love what they do, so they’re going to treat our business like it’s their own. It’s really cool to see them get excited when we do well; they don’t treat it like a job that needs to get done.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We literally have zero problems with anything that they’ve done. They’re such a good company. We’ve sent them to multiple companies because of how good they’ve been in this short amount of time. Nolan is already on four of our accounts, and he’s going to help us get set up in Florida.   

Any advice for potential customers?

I would say to give them the steering wheel, sit in the passenger seat, and let them drive. Give them the information that they need, and they will figure everything out for you. It’s that easy; they’re that good. We’re in such a unique space, so not a lot of people know what we do. WebFX’s team quickly learned about our space, and now, they give us recommendations.

Our organization is a full-service landscape company, and we do everything from hardscape, to water features, to mowing lawns, fertilization and irrigation. I’m the marketing and service coordinator.

Since we do so much, it’s easy for a website to get muddied and blurry for our users. We wanted a professional and user-friendly website that would showcase what we do, so we brought in WebFX to make that happen.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WebFX redid and overhauled our website to improve SEO as well, so when people search for landscape companies, we come up first. For example, we’re trying to grow the water feature part of our business. So, I contacted Laura about updating the web page and it was done in  a week. I can upload pictures and content and they edit it to make it Google- and SEO-friendly.

They also have embedded words behind images and videos to help us rank in search engines, and even done work on YouTube for us. Finally, they updated our Google My Business page.

Laura (internet marketing analyst) is my main point of contact, but I’ve worked with a few other people as well.

How did you come to work with WebFX?

The owner of our company is in a consulting group for landscapers in the US. So when we were looking to update our website, he spoke with other people about who they recommend, and they pointed us to WebFX.

We spent between $40,000–$50,000 in total. To build the website, it cost $6,900, and then we spend $600 monthly.

We started working together in September 2015 and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We have grown every year in organic search, traffic, and contact forms. They send me monthly reports, and in our most recent report, our users from organic search went up significantly. And our contact forms have gone up by 325% compared to last year at this time. In two years, we grew our business from $1.5 million to $3 million.  

With digital marketing, it seems to change almost daily, so rather than taking all of my time to research what I need to do, we have a whole company to do that for us. So that takes a load off my shoulder s and allows me to focus on our company.

How did WebFX perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re amazing. When I asked them to work on the water feature page, it was completed within a week. So, from a project management standpoint, they’re on top of everything.

Laura and I have a bi-weekly call in which she lets me know what projects they’re working on. This allows us so many development hours, reporting, and all the things we have them doing.

Everybody I’ve worked with there is top-notch, I’ve never had any issues with them. They go above and beyond and listen to what our business is. They always ask if we have any specials going on. They’re very into our business, and what we’re trying to promote.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I love their company culture. They send monthly newsletters and they do marketing and web workshops, so we get a unique, birds eye view of the company. They’re young, innovative, and not afraid of a challenge. They’re always on top of their game.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’ve had three reps in about four years, and it’s hard because we get used to working with somebody and we develop a great relationship because they really understand our business. Then, they’ll move on either because they got a new job or because of a promotion. I like seeing that the people we work with are getting promoted, so I can’t necessarily say that’s a bad thing, but it is a challenge.

Make sure you know your own business and what your goals are. Be ready for a lot of fun.

I’m a co-founder and co-owner of a company that runs guided hiking adventures and tours around the world. Our various adventures include backpacking, hiking, and other trips.

They’ve transformed our entire SEO strategy. Since starting our engagement, our organic traffic has doubled. In January 2020, bookings were up 40% year-over-year and conversions had increased by 80%.

They’re a well-run company. When I’m speaking with them, I can tell that they’ve adopted a teamwork mentality. It’s great to feel like we’re legitimate business partners. For communication, we have a team call one each month to discuss paid ads and SEO. Otherwise, we interface over email.

Our representatives truly feel like part of our team. We’ve really appreciated all their insights. They bring an authenticity to the partnership while providing us with a great service.

I can’t think of anything at the moment.

I’m the digital marketing specialist for IDC Spring, which is a spring manufacturer. We make garage door springs and mechanical springs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WebFX rebranded us from a garage door installer and a spring manufacturer to solely a spring manufacturer. Their team created a completely new WordPress website and integrated an e-commerce page, which will allow us to sell springs through the site. They also collaborated with different companies to establish our new marketing strategy.

They support our SEO efforts by managing initiatives such as backlinking and siloed linking. Their team also creates different articles for the website. We give them ideas for different topics and then their team produces the SEO-friendly copy. They implement any pictures associated with the topic. Their team also helps with different email campaigns via MailChimp, creating copy and graphics for the efforts.

I’ve seen an increase in our users and sessions through Google Analytics. WebFX walks us through the pages that perform best and those that need improvement. We’re new to mechanical springs, so they helped us to increase the number of users visiting those pages. The e-commerce page allows us to sell springs online whereas before, we could only do so via phone calls. 

How did WebFX perform from a project management standpoint?

WebFX emails us regularly. If there are any changes, their team sends us a link to give us an update. They give us monthly analytic sheets that show us how different campaigns are performing. We also have calls monthly when we touch base about what’s working and what isn’t.

WebFX goes above and beyond with their communication. Their team’s amazing, friendly, and helpful. Anytime that we have questions, they’re quick to respond.

No, WebFX has done a great job.

They dedicated amazing project managers, so it would be awesome to work with them. They’ve been helpful, so keep that line of contact open and respond to them. Show them the same courtesies that they show you.

We struggled with our SEO efforts, which made it difficult to compete with nearby competitors. It was an area where we needed solid, professional guidance.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WebFX asked us many pointed questions early on to understand our identity and culture. Their team also came to understand what differentiated us in the market and what we wanted to be known for. They put time and effort into the backend of our website to help Google see us as a credible source for certain topics. Their team added thousands and thousands of targeted keywords. They also manage PPC efforts for me.

Primarily, I work with Morgan (Internet Marketing Specialist), who’s outstanding.

How did you come to work with WebFX?

I started with a broad search on Google and found that WebFX was considered a competent agency on several sites. I also found that they’re based in Harrisburg, which is close to my location. They have a big, strong national presence, but I still view them as a local company.

I spend about $50,000—$100,000 with WebFX each year.

I signed the contract around March 2019 and our partnership’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We ask every customer how they found us and why they chose us. Customers find us online frequently, which was a challenge for us in the past. Many more customers find us while searching for engagement rings. After reading our reviews, they come into our shop. People find us more easily now. WebFX actually flipped our PPC and SEO efforts, decreasing the time and investment in PPC. 

How did WebFX perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve had in-person meetings. When Morgan took over my account, she was intentional about learning how I like to work and adapted to my preferences. She’s dedicated and willing to provide me with any reports that request. I’ve never worked with anyone more accountable than she volunteers to be. It’s been an exceptional experience.

What did you find most impressive about them?

WebFX developed a lot of tools that allow us to better leverage the investment. SEO can be an effort where you create your best content and hope that Google likes it. However, WebFX is able to snipe in and spend dollars producing content intentionally and productively. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t find anything to complain about.

Pequea is an agriculture or farming machinery manufacturer. I’m the communications manager and am in charge of all technical communications, namely anything related to IT and outside marketing.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with WebFX?

Going back to the website two iterations before what we did with WebFX, that site had been set up by a local marketing firm, and it was good, but we hadn’t paid enough attention to it. We knew that our search engine results were very good; we were up there with multibillion-dollar companies on very generic searches. However, because we’d neglected the site, the CMS went extinct, and we needed to move on to something with more modern features so that we could update the site and make it look a bit nicer.

Rather than going with a tried and trusted firm, we went forward with the recommendation of someone who knew a programmer. We had the website designed, and it was good, but not great. I wasn’t very happy with the look of it, but it did what it was supposed to do, and it looked a bit more modern, cleaner, and more streamlined. After 6–8 months, I began getting questions from the CEO and the VP of sales as to why we weren’t showing up anymore in search results, which has been very strong with our previous website. I contacted the web developer and asked him to implement a few things, and he said he’d do what he could, but that he wasn’t an SEO expert.

He referred us to another company, and I contacted them. They reviewed our website and its backend, and they found out that there were no functional pieces for SEO to work properly. There were a few items there, but they couldn’t do 90% of what we needed. I’d just spent $15,000 on a website, and I’d have to go back now and seemingly redo it.

The ultimate goal was to get a website that had SEO capabilities, while also revamping the site so that we could continue to upgrade it and move forward in the future. Even though we had a nice-looking website, it just wasn’t set up for those things. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired WebFX to develop our site in such a way that would give us SEO functionalities. This was a ground-up project; we tossed the old website and built a completely new one.

WebFX brought on a consultant that they work with. At first, I wasn’t too keen on that, because it felt disjointed; however, once the project got going, I saw how closely they worked together, and it was almost like going with one company. The consultant did the actual structure and design of the website, while WebFX was doing the SEO portion of it. 

What is the team composition?

A salesperson from WebFX walked us through the sign-on process. Once we signed all of the contracts, they introduced us to someone else. We’ve only dealt with her and the president of the contracted company, so we’ve had just two key contact people. It’s easy to deal with just one person, rather than them referring us to other people.

We’ve had one key contact person for each portion of the project. If it was design and programming, I’d talk to the president of the contracted company; for everything else, including some of the design work, I talk to our person from WebFX. Most of the time, she doesn’t have to go to someone else. She knows what is going on and can answer my questions. If she ever does need to get back to me, she does so in a timely manner. 

How did you come to work with WebFX?

Rather than picking some random person that would immediately tell us that the site needed to be redone, we started interviewing different web developers and web marketing companies. We shortlisted a couple, but WebFX ultimately had the best presentation. The detail in which they were suggesting to execute the SEO project was just far more intensive than any of the other companies that we talked to. 

Anyone in a technical field — myself included, as I’ve been in IT for 19–20 years — tends to talk over others’ heads because they understand the technology. When some of these companies came in and gave us their pitch, they were talking even over my head in terms of catchphrases and terms. Although I was grasping some of the ideas via concept and contextual clues, ultimately, WebFX came in, laid out a presentation, and explained to us the technology and the different methodologies they wanted to use in order to build our ranking up. They explained how they were going to get there. Their presentation was really detailed and very easy to understand. 

I didn’t have to do the legwork or paperwork in order to write up a proposal for administration and explain to them what was happening; WebFX did all of that for me, and all I had to do was pass around their proposal and allow people to read through it. Our admin team had very few questions about what WebFX was proposing, whereas with the other candidates, there were just too many technical terms. WebFX was the only company to come in and explain in layman’s terms what they were going to do. They were more expensive than every single other SEO company we interviewed, but what they were offering seemed to be worth more than what they were charging. They would be giving us a service at a higher level than all of the other providers, and that’s what we wanted.

We’re a small manufacturer playing in a huge pool of billion-dollar companies. We’re nowhere near that, and the only way we can compete on the internet is by having very good SEO and a good website. We needed to make a decision with that in mind, and we chose WebFX based on the proposal they gave us, but also on their previous work. We looked at whom they’d worked with and what the customer feedback was. Time and time again through that process, WebFX came out on top, beating everyone else. Their overall company image as the best SEO company in the area and maybe even in the Northeast really pushed us to go in that direction. After interviewing everybody, we decided to go with WebFX for our website and SEO project.

The process of interviewing a team started in November 2018. We began working with WebFX in January 2019, and it’s an ongoing engagement.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven’t gotten February’s numbers yet, but the biggest month for us was January. It was the first month where we saw an SEO increase of 25%, and an overall web traffic increase of 35%. People are being brought to the correct pages for the products they’re looking for. As for rankings, we’re growing, but we’re still not where we used to be. As I’ve told our admin team, I’m a firm believer that SEO is not an overnight thing. It’s the long game, and we have to just buckle down and ride it out, to let it naturally get to where it used to be. I’m very confident that it will happen.

I cannot praise the team at WebFX enough, especially our main contact. She sends me emails once or twice a week, including everything I need to know about what’s going on with our website and search ranking. She reports on all of the work they put in over the previous week, what that’s going to do for us, and whether there are any calls-to-action for me, such as if I need to review any modifications of texts or descriptions.

They’re constantly improving. We’re a lean manufacturer, and our philosophy is continuous improvement. I believe that the team at WebFX has brought that same philosophy to our website. If something small needs to be changed, it will be changed, and I’m always aware of it. I can see the quality and care going into this SEO, and I can see that we’re slowly rising. That slow rise and the increase of traffic are exactly what we’re paying for, and I really doubt that we’d have been able to get to where we are now with any other company. I think that WebFX was definitely the right choice to go with. Initially, I was somewhat nervous about getting involved in a situation with an outside contractor, but ultimately, it’s been completely seamless and worked out fantastically.

How did WebFX perform from a project management standpoint?

First off, their MarketingCloudFX solution is pretty awesome. The dashboard view I get to look at is just amazing. I print that out and give it to almost everyone here so that they can see what’s going on. It’s always an exciting time of the month for us to get that and show it around. They can see tangible results as to what we’re paying for and where we are in the entire stream of the project.

Their Content Genius uses AI to write articles. It's pretty cool but also a little time-consuming to go through the articles and make them sound more like a robot is not writing them. I do see what they’re doing, trying to hit on those keywords. If there’s any criticism, it’s the amount of time it takes to approve and rewrite these SEO articles. It’s still pretty cool that they have AI get in there and get close to where we need to be.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciate the diligence. I don’t know if it’s WebFX as a whole, but the person representing them as a company is doing it well. They’re not just doing the work to get it done and to get the paycheck. It seems that WebFX has people that love doing this type of work, and it shows in the quality and the diligence. 

I never feel like I’m bothering our contact when I call; in fact, she’s the one that initiates the conversation with me most of the time. She’ll call or email me, letting me know what’s going on and asking if I have any questions. I wish our company was as organized as WebFX is. They run a tight ship.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only thing would be to have someone on board that could review the AI-suggested article changes. We’re a small company with a small marketing team, so the sales manager and I end up having to review all of those article changes, and it gets a little time-consuming. I’m working on a big project right now, and I have eight articles to review on MarketingCloudFX. If the articles were closer to perfect English, I wouldn’t have any critiques, but I have to go through them and reword a lot of it. If they had a person there reviewing them before they hit our pending slot, it would just make things go a lot quicker for us. That’s the only minor thing I could say about them, and it’s really not that big of a deal.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

A few other businesses have asked me for a recommendation, and I’ve referred WebFX. They were very easy to deal with on the sales part, and they find out what the client needs. We just saw our search results disappear, and we needed them to go back. WebFX came in and looked at what they could do for us. 

What also helped in that process was allowing WebFX backend access to our website. That would be the one thing I’d recommend to a company. They’re not going to do anything malicious, and they’re professionals, so companies should let them see the backends of their websites. WebFX will know exactly what they need to do at that point to get the client off the ground. It’ll probably wind up saving the client money, so they don’t have to redo the process after signing on with them. They’re a trustworthy company, and clients should trust them from the onset and give them access to the backend, to get the analytics they need and make recommendations based on that.

We weren’t getting many leads and our website wasn’t functioning. We worked with consultants prior to WebFX and a web designer, neither of which did a lot for us. We had to undo some of their work.

Currently, WebFX focuses on paid ad efforts via Google Ads. Their team reviews those efforts continuously to see what’s working and what isn't. We focus on Facebook Ads, so their team mostly directs our Google Ads account. Their team rebuilt our Yelp business page and created a Google business page. They also support our WordPress website. We try to manage the platform on our own but if we can’t do a task, they’re on it. When it went down, their team was able to troubleshoot the problem.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The number of hits on our Google business page and leads have increased. They also fixed aspects of our website, making the platform easier for users to navigate. Those changes helped to increase the number of leads we get too. WebFX has been fabulous. If we have any issues, they’re on it.

How did WebFX perform from a project management standpoint?

Samantha invited us to Basecamp, which is simple to use. She invited all the people from my team, so we can see updates in one place. We ask questions that she answers on the platform too. We can also look at Google Analytics easily.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

The engagement’s great. We especially like Samantha. She’s professional and knowledgeable. She’s patient with us even though we don’t know digital marketing well. She’s given us definitions to improve our knowledge.

I actually recommended WebFX to two businesses that spent a significant amount of money with other service providers and didn’t get results. Go and talk with them.

We wanted to outsource our SEO and lead generation services to an external company, rather than doing everything in-house. That was our initial reason for choosing their team.

Including content generation, they provide everything related to SEO for us. They research approved keywords and industry trends. From there, they generate a marketing plan for long-form and short-form site content. They give us a monthly analysis that allows us to review the results from those marketing efforts as well as decide whether to refocus our efforts. Their team reviews all the reporting with us, so we can see where we’re getting the most success.

Overall, the quality of their work has been excellent. We don’t have anyone in-house that focuses solely on marketing. So, we really rely on them for content generation and relevant research. We provide concepts and suggestions, and they generate quality content. Despite some minor edits to account for our knowledge of the industry, their work is great. I’m specifically really impressed with the work of my main point of contact. 

Our lead generation has improved significantly since starting our work with them. We’re now getting an increased quality of leads, giving us confidence that we have the right eyes on our site. 

How did WebFX perform from a project management standpoint?

At any time, I can go into their portal to view progress on scheduled and ongoing tasks. That can be anything from backend update times to content deadlines. I rely more on their monthly reporting that gets sent to me by means of convenience. That’s just where I elect to focus.

They’ve really become an extension of our company. My account representative takes ownership of her work, constantly wanting to learn more about our business to create the most effective marketing strategy possible. That’s been critical to our success because our industry is pretty niche. If they weren’t so invested in our industry, the content would be challenging. Their interactions with us have been important and appreciated.

The more feedback and information that you can provide for them, the easier the engagement will be. They do plenty of research on their own, too, so it’s helpful to make sure that you’re sending them resources that your company finds valuable.

I’m the marketing manager of PourMyBeer, a company that provides software technology to bars, restaurants, breweries, and similar establishments. The technology allows the customers to pour their own beverages by the ounce, which encourages sampling. They provide SEO services. They keep us up to date on what we should focus on when we’re doing content creation for the website or a PR. I handle WordPress development and I build my landing pages. However, any time I need a customized page, features aren’t available for me, or I want it to look more professional, they work hard to deliver what I like. they review most of the pieces that I build on my website, including our blog content, and optimize it for SEO. We also have them create blog posts sometimes. Their team helps understand where leads are coming from and what type of leads they are.

I communicated with one person, but there are other people on the team. On the SEO and content sides, there are two people. There’s the main account manager who checks in frequently to make sure we’re still happy.

Their help with SEO has been tremendous. They can do what one person can do in less time because they have all the tools and an educated team. They’ve really helped us with our SEO strategy to get ranked well for our top keywords. Overall, they’re one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with.

They get every little detail put together. They allow me to be consistent with our new content publishing. All the SEO work they’ve done has been working tremendously for us in terms of getting more organic leads. They helped a lot with reporting and data visualization. WebFX also helps understand our data and what part of the market we should be focusing on.

How did WebFX perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very easy to work with and communicative. I look forward to working with them because the communication is so easy. They always take everything I ask them to do into consideration. I communicate with them via email most of the time. When they send me the specific content they’ve been working on, they send me a link to a platform to see a preview where I can make comments and can either approve or request certain changes.

They have a lot of internal tools that are very helpful and make communication simple. I also use Google Hangouts for our “in-person” meeting which allows me to have face-to-face interactions. They have everything well managed. I’ve had experiences with two different reps handling our account and both of them were extremely well-organized, reliable, and responsible people.

They have a team that’s knowledgeable and able to help right away.

You should be clear. Figure out what works on your end and what you actually need help with. If you don’t know what you want, go to them and give them access to your platform and data. They will help you understand what you need help with.
