WebFX did SEO for us. It has been a well-guided experience from onboarding to execution; they’re prompt and friendly with messaging and provide detailed summaries and breakdowns for every task we manage together. Also, they supply links and articles in addition to their expertise whenever we have questions on the process.

They also handle our backend coding, work on written articles and optimize them for keyword research, and publish them once they pass our QA.

We’ve only been working with an account manager from their team, but there are people behind the scenes on copywriting and troubleshooting.

We found them through a Google search, and we chose them because they had a personable touch, and I felt like there was real human contact with them, rather than just a bunch of PowerPoint presentations.

We’ve spent around $75,000 with them so far.

We started working together in July 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our web traffic doubled in the first six months of our engagement, and we’re delighted with that.

How did WebFX perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management has been thorough, organized, and friendly.

Also, they have their marketing platform, which offers more in-depth insight than Google Analytics, and it allows us to tweak and retarget our campaigns effectively. In addition to that, the platform can also build out UTM parameters. In terms of communication, we’ve used emails and monthly phone calls, which is useful for us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their personable approach has been outstanding for us; they’ve been able to flow with us as we gain data. Overall they’ve been super friendly with us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their marketing platform is very robust, and I don’t have enough time to get acquainted with it and its updates. Having a little more attention to onboarding clients to their platform would help.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be as creative as you can with your time with them; they have a wealth of knowledge that most people don’t have, so try to keep open communication lines with them.

I’m the director of marketing for a freight factoring company. We help highway truckers and owner-operators get paid within 24 hours.

What challenge were you trying to address with WebFX?

We’d started recently and hadn’t laid a foundation for organic SEO work. We were trying to get a baseline for Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and some original blog content for our site.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WebFX has helped us track where our money goes and where our leads come from. They have a platform called MarketingCloudFX, which allows us to see everything they do. It shows all our leads, how they came through our website, what form they filled out, and even some competitor information. Also, they’ve added content to our site and helped us with our organic SEO.

We initially had 3–4 introduction calls with the company’s president and sales manager. We brought in many different people to hear our main needs so they could get an idea of what we were looking for and the direction we’d go in. WebFX came back and made sure it was what we wanted before they wrote the content. Then, we went over keywords. We started with about 150, and they researched on their end and presented them to us.

We have one leading account manager, and six people are under them. Also, we have someone that helps us with their marketing cloud, which is a dashboard to show us how it works.

I worked with them at my previous job, so I already knew their work. When I got this new job, I immediately called them and set up an introduction call. I had to discuss it with my boss, but he was delighted with what they presented and could do for us. We signed with them as one of the first things I did on this job.

We started working together in January 2022, and our relationship is ongoing.

We’ve definitely improved our leads since they began.

How did WebFX perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re amazing. We communicate through email, but we’ve also had a lot of kick-off calls. Currently, they’re teaching us how to use the MarketingCloudFX, and we have a monthly call. Our account manager is quick to jump on a call if we have any issues. Overall, they’re great to work with; we’ve never had a problem.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The way they report and communicate is outstanding. One of the main things my boss wanted to see was where our money goes. People can spend a lot of money on SEO with digital companies, but it’s hard to see a return on that. However, it’s easy with WebFX. They show us exactly where they put their value and where it’s coming from with our leads, which is extremely important for us. Moreover, they’re quick to help us if we have a question or concern.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything at the moment.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be responsive. When they email asking questions, get back to them as quickly as possible. It helps to move the process along. They work efficiently, so they have to wait for the client many times. If you can communicate with them, it’s easy to keep the process going.

WebFX has helped us improve, track, and analyze the SEO and content marketing strategies from their efforts, including some of the work we did in-house since we began.

Working with WebFX is very effective. The meetings are very organized and informational. They have a client portal that keeps all of our progress, notes, documents, reports in one place with them.

WebFX knows what works and our rep Pete is stellar! He really understands our goals and he especially gets the nuances that come along with marketing auto parts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It's not that easy for me to point to something for them to improve. I would rather encourage them to continue growing with knowledge and the type of team they have in place already!

Once that was complete they began to build out our page with drop downs and page content. Then we launched. Since launch we have had ongoing SEO and page optimimization.

The team consistently boosted our numbers in most categories over 100% in most of the categories.

Very effective. We meet now on a monthly basis and check in with each other periodically throughout that month.

They seem to be a one-stop shop. They are very friendly and easy to work with. They also have all the tools I need to track our progress.

Our PPC campaigns have continued to increase traffic and revenue to our e-commerce site. The process of working with them is very simple, and it's always a pleasure to work with them.

The thing that impressed us most was how they have such a huge team, and they all own their own areas of expertise. You know you are getting a specialist in that department when you are talking to them.

Since working with WebFX we've seen a steady increase in our organic website traffic, this has lead to more leads from asset downloads in our CTAs and LiveChat conversations.

They communicate almost entirely through their own tool, Teamwork FX, but this is very easy to use & helps keeps every part of the project organized even after multiple back&forth conversations. Amy, our account rep, was very quick to respond. If they don't know an answer off the top of their head, they'd consult their team and immediately get back to us. It's been very helpful.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Overall level of professionalism & completeness is the work they do

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It would've been great it we could've had a dedicated copy writer that we could work with continuously, someone who was dedicated to really diving into our world of automation to make sure what they were writing was valid & not just marketing fluff.

We were struggling with reaching customers online and had massive costs traveling to each state in order to meet contractors. We hired WebFX to redo our website, optimize SEO, provide support and direct our email campaigns. We were hoping to lower acquisition costs and also reach contractors in new markets.

We interviewed a few competitors and they were all mostly aligned on pricing. However, we thought WebFX had a more personal feel, along with a track record of results.

We began by educating on our software and our target clients, especially since our demo doesn't interact much with social media and has it's own jargon.

WebFX performed research on our industry and competitors to develop a plan that they reviewed and edited in detail with our help. We used this info to redesign the web page, set up SEO/PPC and even our retargeting emails.

We started with a goal of replacing our door to door sales numbers and have increased that goal each year, but at a smaller percentage of cost.

I was amazed at how quickly they understood our industry and adapted to our verbiage. I was expecting to need to hold their hands much longer than was the case.

It took a while for them to develop the exact reports we wanted, but there were some technical issues they had to work through. Other than that, we've all enjoyed working with WebFX.

They are really committed to our goals, and listen to what we want and what results we're looking for. Our products are not easy to write about so there will always be internal edits especially in the beginning for any agency to understand the scope of our business. They listen to that where in the past I found agencies don't pay attention. Even as they are super knowledgeable, they are not arrogant and listen to what we have to input in the campaign.

The only thing is if they had an option for invoicing clients but it's not a big deal. Other agencies invoice clients so that's just what I'm used to.

That's when Carly and her team went to work on creating a robust strategy to accomplish the goals.

It's early to really reflect on the SEO results, however, we've seen a great improvement in lead quality over the last ~3 weeks. They've done a sweep of our web presents and cleans up / optimized meta tags, blog organization, use of links/key words.

GREAT. They are very responsive and we have a regular cadence of meetings to ensure progress is getting made weekly.

They tackle your goals from all angles at once. We're a small team - so having a large force behind us that are looking after all aspects of technical marketing was very impactful.
