We have worked withWebFX for a couple years now on many different projects but the most recent was a complete website rebuild. We worked with them to determine more of a rugged look to our site. We added new content as well as carried over existing content from the old site. We still add to the site with new rental equipment specification sheets as we just added new ones last week. We will continue to add to our site with longform content and new rental equipment.

• We have multiple drop down menus on our site and each drop down would be a measurable outcome for us. WebFX always met their progress points or beat them.

They always met the necessary measurable outcomes on a timely basis and very responsive when we had questions/concerns/comments.

We have been very open and upfront about what we are looking for and that we want to be as hands off as possible and they have been very reliable in getting the correct information out and in a very timely manner. Very little of the time do we have to go back to them to rework or redo something.

Are there any areas for improvement or something WebFX could have done differently?

Keep the same level of writers for our project as we have had to review some writers lately and would be a lot easier to have the same writer through out all of the longform content.

I’m pleased to say our processes are similar; I provided my in depth strategy, they reviewed it and added some additional PPC suggestions during our first phase. We moved into implementation quickly and have been proceeding through each stage/phase efficiently.

WebFX manages our digital marketing efforts, including PPC, social media advertising, and SEO. The team handles our Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Instagram and Facebook PPC efforts. WebFX is responsible for responding to any social media comments generated by ads. They’ve also helped us with SEO by making structural changes to our website. 

Additionally, WebFX has provided us with other digital services when we’ve opened new branches or added branches to our portfolio. They’ve also helped us reach our target audience in new geographic regions. Furthermore, they’ve orchestrated seasonal advertising campaigns to help us promote seasonal enrollment.

WebFX has done an amazing job addressing all our digital marketing needs. They’ve discovered new opportunities for us to expand into new markets and helped promote our products, schools, and curriculum online. 

Furthermore, they’ve shared metrics reports that show that their SEO efforts have been paying off significantly. Since working with them, we’ve received 10x our ROI. WebFX has played a key role in improving our digital marketing strategy, and they’ve become an extension of our team.

WebFX has done an excellent job managing our project, and they’ve delivered everything on time. We communicate via email and meet monthly to discuss performance reports for our ads from the prior month.

I’m the marketing and PR director of a farm that was established in 1908 and grows peaches and pecans. We have a mail-order department and a roadside market with a peachtree cafe, seasonal produce, and Southern gourmet items.

We wanted to grow our mail-order business and increase our website traffic and foot traffic for our brick-and-mortar store and our farm. We also wanted to increase our social media and search engine presence through SEO and PPC so that our ads would appear to people looking for certain keywords or items.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WebFX helps us with SEO and PPC management. They’re in charge of creating ads for Google, Facebook, and Instagram, which includes designing the creative visual elements and coming up with the copy. Additionally, they develop and post recipes on Pinterest to promote our farm-fresh products.

In addition to PPC, WebFX helps us with email marketing. Their team is in charge of developing content and managing email campaigns for us. We only provide them with images of the products we want to sell, and they take it from there to do everything else.

I work with two people from WebFX. Katie (Social Media Team Coach) and Colleen (Internet Marketing Analyst & Account Manager). Still, they have a lot of other members involved in the project, including strategic planners, copywriters, and Google experts.

Thanks to WebFX’s work, we’ve seen an increase in sales, business conversions, followers, engagement, and traffic; we’ve definitely seen a return on our investment. Moreover, they’ve done an amazing job at helping us increase awareness for our peaches because their team always comes up with engaging phrases and pictures.

How did WebFX perform from a project management standpoint?

WebFX is very attentive to our needs, and they can shift focus mid-month without hiccups. They constantly reach out to us and use their own platform called TeamworkFX to provide us with updates, so I always know what’s going on with my account. Whenever some campaigns are working better than others, they make adjustments and rearrange our budget to get the most ROI.

We have a Zoom meeting with WebFX once a month, and we constantly communicate via email in between. Having two points of contact makes everything easier and streamlined. Although most of our collaboration has been virtual, Colleen and Katie have visited us on the farm.

Since implementing their SEO strategy with WebFX, all product keywords are showing on the first page and 95% in the Top 3 results. 95% of our keywords outranked our OEM. Achieved an increase of 417% B2B and 1120% B2C leads in 2021 compared to 2020 through organic SEO and paid strategies. Our website traffic as continuously grown month over month.

We use the WebFX cloud to see what the team is working on and meet monthly with our project manager to see what is going on and what next steps are. If a problem arises, we email our project manager, and they resolve it within the same day.

We are a lean company, mostly consisting of developers and customer service. For a long time, marketing has been put to the wayside. That was until WebFX came into the picture. Their knowledge and expertise have brought new life to our website. Between Marketing and SEO, they have helped us immensely. We have been working with them now for about two years, and we don't see any end in sight. We initially started working with WebFX on SEO efforts.

After seeing the results of the hard work that was put in by the team and us at WebFX, we wanted to stay on board. Since then, we have even started to take advantage of other teams within WebFX for things like UXUI and Social media advertising and remarketing.

Initially, we concentrated on SEO efforts across the board. This included content creation and CRO efforts. With this, they provided insights and copied the content to add to the site in a specific way that would most help the efforts of SEO that we were up against. They have their own system for project management, MakeetingCludFX, for distributing content, communication, and other tools. Great feature!

We have worked with a few different teams within WebFX. We have had two main points of contact, which only changed because our first contact moved up in the company. We have also worked with their social media and CRO teams.

Comparing traffic prior to when we started working with WebFX, over the last 3 years Users to the site have increased by over 1,200% and sessions are up over 1100%. Leads through the website have increased exponentially and the quality of the leads has been exceptional.

I compared 4 other companies offing the same services. I worked previously with WebPage Fx before so of course they were my first choice. To prevent from being bias, I reviewed all companies, products and quotes for the services we required. WebPage Fx offered the most services in a bundle-package vs the competition. They were one of two companies with separage PMs for each project. This is important for capacity reasons and a personal touch to customer service and satifaction.

Started with Custom redesign, moved site to wordpress, update content, improve media files and images, complete translations for our Taiwan page, start site testing, launch (ETA Nov. 1) Throughout this process we continued to monitory SEO, updated google ad words, added additional key terms, industery competitors for crawl capability and industry alignment. Once site is launched we can begin our PPC into 2023 SEO will take us well into 2023

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The dashboard and tracker have been especially helpful in moving the project forwared. Meetings are recorded for replay at anytime, documentation and access to it carries a log. The mere utility of a dashboard alleviates a lot of paper anf keep data centralized in one area. Lean is KEY! They have great project tools, that practically make the user experience error proof. Keys to success is staying on task and meeting deadlines. We respect they have other projects so this helps us all keep pace with our project and progress.

Very transparent. Action items are checked off, reminders autogenerated and you dod not have to be logged into the system to received updates, communications, etc. Good thing since we all have other projects and assignments. They do a great job with communication, answering questions, concerns, and offering suggestions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very Agile. Very process driven and efficient which is a huge plus in our industry.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are a growing company and having access to them on various timezones would be a plus. We have XUS sites and partners so timezones are tricky but they have been very accommadating, providign thorough instructions, videos for us to use to callaborate with our team members in other countries.
