I’m the director of Party Shuttles Sydney, a bus transport company.

They look after my website, SEO, and Google Ads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built my website. Whenever I come up with ideas or want to add new pages, they make sure the site is up to date. They also provide SEO services and write content with the goal of improving our rankings on SERPs. Finally, they run my ad campaigns. I give them my budget and they do the rest.

I work mainly with Akshay (Co-Founder & Director), but I did deal with one other person. I know their product team works on my site in the background as well.

I initially worked with another vendor, but I wasn’t happy with how they were managing the site. I spoke to a few people who recommended Webential.

We spend about $2,000 AUD a month (approximately $96,000 USD in total).

The project began around May 2017 and is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Since I brought them on, business has picked up. I am very happy with their work. They know what they’re doing.

How did Webential perform from a project management standpoint?

We generally talk with them through a phone call, email, or WhatsApp. When there’s an issue, I can email them with a screenshot of the issue. Whenever I want something done, they get on it straight away.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They come up with ideas that I wouldn’t have come up with on my own. For example, they presented ideas for a web char and booking system. The webchat in particular has done very well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they need to return.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They’re worth the investment. In the past, I’ve worked with cheaper vendors, but the quality of their work wasn’t as high. I’d rather spend a little more with Webential if it means I get a better product.

I'm the owner of Fifty5 Creative Media and my main role in this project is supervising this project and make the front end design.

We had a big challenge to transform the Magento 1 backend into a Magento 2 version. Main obstacle is to prevent doubling in products and still keep all info and links with alternative products in tact. A new system needed to be build for uploading big data lists.

As we are in two different countries the communication between Webentail (Sarah) and myself mainly goes by mail and Skype chat/call. First we gave the programmers the change to look at the current webshop and backend. Because we have worked with them before and we trust their integrity, we gave them all acces to the system and how it's working at the moment.

Next to this we gave them a set of problems my client is facing at the moment to solve and a set wishes we want the new system have in it. After a week research the programmers came with a plan and Sarah came up with an offer we can't resist.

My client (siezenis) wanted the project to be cut in 2 phases:

1. Database & Upload and
2. Migration & frontend.

Backend needs to be working 100% before even think of the frontend. Obstacles needed to be solved before we move on.

At this moment Webentail has cracked most of the problems we are facing. they are working on migrating a big load of data from the Magento 1 to the Magento 2 database.

We work with 2 programmers and 1 person project manager. We had a couple of group meetings with them including my client.

We are very happy with the results up until now, it looks very promising as great hurdles have been overcome.
