We aimed to grow and develop our Newsroom digital project based on Drupal 7.5. Our Newsroom project optimization includes: installing and setting up a new theme for Drupal to refresh the website design, changing the website structure, and adding new categories to our news portal. We also improved the website usability by adding useful attributes for the user, such as the date of publishing, the suggestion of actual news. We are also implementing Google structured data and AMP versions for our articles.

One of the significant steps we already implemented with WEB4PRO is adding one more language. Now our project is available in two different languages. This helps us to provide a better user experience and attract a broader audience. All these steps require deep expertise in Drupal technology and also understanding of technical SEO. Now we are on the way to content optimization. Also, WEB4PRO provides us with ongoing support.

Currently, we have successfully taken several necessary steps and implemented features according to our optimization plan. Our website is available in two languages. The content works are almost done, and we continue website optimization.

The website was built using the Ubercart module for Drupal 8. Ubercart is not supported since 2015, thus there is no documentation to it and it‘s complicated in use on Drupal 8.

Every sprint has gone well with WEB4PRO. The team delivers a high level of quality, and we know exactly what to expect from each session. WEB4PRO can conduct their own sprint reviews, which our client has been very happy about. The client has actually called back the WEB4PRO team to work on outside-of-scope tasks related to their market.

We’ve now entered a user-assisted testing phase, and WEB4PRO is working with us on that side of things. We have every intention of working with them again should their development skills fit with future projects’ needs.

Internally, we like that they are very flexible and adapt to our development and security process, as well as our communication processes.

They’re committed to our projects and are always by our side for major deadlines. If we have to deliver something, they will sometimes work over the weekend and late in the day in order for us to achieve major deadlines. Recently, we went through a security audit and only had minor returns. The quality of their work was reportedly great.

We like that they take the time to explain their process. When we ask them to explain what they are doing, they are always available, and they teach well. We use Slack for communication, which is useful.
