Sudesh is extremely knowledgeable about his work and was able to get a handle on our problem very quickly. The software is fairly critical to our business, so it was a huge priority to get it fixed, and they completely satisfied that goal. We have had no issues since working with them.

Everything looks good and it works well. They’ve kept me in business and they’ve done everything I wanted them to do. They are a direct reason that I am where I am today.

For the most part, they did a really good job. We contact each other through Skype or WhatsApp and we typically also use recorded video screencasts. We both use Grammarly to communicate, so they do exceptionally well in that respect.

They’re good at responding to customers and they go the extra mile to help when there’s an emergency. One time I had a problem over the weekend, and they helped me, which some developers wouldn't do. They greatly outperform my previous developer and we have a good relationship.

I recommend that they use the most cutting-edge technology possible and consider the technology used today rather than just doing it the way the customer wants. This will help them work smarter, not harder. I’ve also experienced problems due to misunderstanding or miscommunication that should have been eliminated from the beginning.

Thorough preparation is key. Be intuitive and lay out the roadmap exactly the way you want it so that the developer can follow your direction.

As a result of the project, we now have a live, working platform where agencies and clinics can register, set up their internal teams, control access through role-based permissions, and collaborate with partner organizations in a structured way. This has reduced manual coordination, improved data organization, and given us a solid operational foundation to manage surrogates and intended parents digitally as we grow the GenesisHub Family.

The scope of work involved developing a web-based AI app, that takes user inputs and leverages the OpenAI API. The web app allows users to input details which, combined with a specialized prompt, are submitted to the OpenAI API. The AI model takes the input and prompt, and then returns a response, which is presented inline on the site page. Additional requirements included a status indicator, which is shown while the AI response is pending. 

Certain disclaimer messages at submission and on the response screen are also needed, among other features. Technical aspects included PHP integration, hosting and compatibility considerations, and collaboration on page design using Gutenberg and Kadence Pro theme. The final deliverable went live on time and came in on budget. And the UX as well as the functionality were beyond expectations.

And all those involved showed focus and professionalism, taking ownership for their parts of the project. Even as I worked with individuals, the whole team remained plugged into the project. This was very helpful given the many questions I asked along the way. And this seems like a very effective way to work, giving each player room to run while still keeping the whole team 'on the field'. In the end I got exactly what was requested, and it was delivered on time and on budget.

Their ability to deeply understand and action my requirements was exceptional. And they appeared ready to do what was needed to deliver, right from the start. I cannot point to anything on their side that warrants improvement. Part of my request included an extremely aggressive delivery time. In doing so, I also decided to forego some documentation that I (as a product lead) would normally require as part of the deliverable. This was my call but the VKAPS team have, now that the product is live, very willingly agreed to provide this additional detail. So, I guess I should say here that permitting us a longer timeline is something that *I could have done differently*.
