Working with Vision Vivante as the Product Owner/Founder to build our USD 50,000 enterprise SaaS app was an exceptional experience that spanned over 2 years. We aimed to create a comprehensive web app to replace our existing 6 software solutions and streamline operations for cannabis dispensaries. 

Before discovering Vision, we had an unfortunate encounter with another development agency that left our project in disarray during the design stage, resulting in a significant loss of funds. Thankfully, Vision stepped in, saved our project, and fixed the mess left behind. As the product owner, I provided Vision with the project specifications, user stories, and the vision we had in mind. Here's how our journey unfolded: 

• Onboarding: Narendra, our main point of contact, collaborated to flesh out project details, create a comprehensive plan, and accurately estimate costs and timelines for each milestone. Proper planning is crucial for a project of this scale, and Vision kept us informed and engaged at every step. Their solution architect guided us in choosing the appropriate tech stack and instilled confidence in our project before proceeding to the design stage. By this point, we had a solidified tech stack, budget, and milestone-based timeline and established communication through tools like JIRA and Figma. 
• Design Stage: Jatin, the lead developer, worked closely with us during the design stage. We translated project outlines, specifications, and user stories into fully functional designs using Figma. The process was iterative, with milestones dedicated to incorporating our feedback and refining the design. Vision was incredibly cooperative, ensuring the design closely matched our production vision. Once the frontend design was in place, we moved on to development. 
• Development: Jatin skillfully transformed our vision from Figma designs into a fully reactive frontend for both users and vendors. Throughout the development process, change requests were handled professionally and with understanding, acknowledging that refinements are an essential part of any project. Vision also accommodated our requests for expedited progress when we had tight deadlines, providing options for overtime labor to close the time gap. 

They diligently created all the necessary functionality, logic, databases, APIs, and more. We collaborated on testing each feature until it worked flawlessly. The final product has been a resounding success, serving over 10,000 customers, processing over 100,000 orders, and generating over $1 million in business. I am beyond pleased with the outcome.

I hired Vision Vivante LLP to build the front- and backend of our website.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to bring my idea to life through and a mobile-friendly, customized website. We wanted a simple UX and a variety of features, including instant booking tools, google map access, a reference database, and security measures.

We found Vision Vivante LLP through a freelancer site, and were immediately impressed with their quick response and reasonable price points. We selected them because of their previous work experience, and their willingness to train our team and manage the site post-launch.

After selecting them to be our partner, we held a series of phone meetings to discuss our requirements and objectives. Their team sent us mockups and frameworks, which we reviewed to finalize our expectations. We gave them feedback, and they began work on the design and backend of the product.

What was the team composition?

We were assigned a project manager who has worked with us since the beginning. We also have two backend developers who manage the site.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Though we’ve yet to launch the website, we’ve received positive feedback from people who've seen it.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

During the initial development phase, we had weekly phone calls with their team. We use Trello to address pending issues and discuss updates. We’re very happy with their project management style.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They’ve been patient with us regarding updates and changes, and their team is always positive and helpful. They also have extensive knowledge about developing customized websites.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The initial development could’ve been completed faster. That being said, we’re pleased with their work, and we now have a great website that is ready for launch.

There was made a plan for the upgrade and all the step. Also lost of tests on the separated stage site before we went live. All goals were achieved, no time.

The biggest deliverable was the upgrade and no down time. And it was realised.
