What was planned to do was broad, from technical audits to content creation and link-building strategies. They started with a comprehensive review of our website, finding problems like slow page load speed, broken links, and thin content. They created a customized plan taking these results into account, optimizing the existing pages, writing useful blog posts targeting the right keywords and adding schema markup necessary to rank higher in search engines. Outreach campaigns and partnerships with industry influencers were also used to establish authoritative backlinks. We delivered monthly performance reports, improved landing pages, development of a content calendar, and actionable recommendations to continue to improve performance.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw noticeable results in our search engine rankings for targeted key phrases. Many of those competitive terms resulted in our website being ranked on page 1 of Google, leading to a significant jump in traffic for those terms. More significantly, this traffic resulted in business-related results, we received significantly more inquiry form submissions and phone calls from prospective clients, which led to more contracts signed and more projects. • Our objective was to boost our brand on the social networks that we use and to get actionable in the matter of our e-commerce store on retail. Even though we had a great product line, our social media details were thin, too executable, and not creative enough resulting in slow follower growth and hardly any bite from our audience. They also added interactive elements like polls, giveaways, and live Q&As to increase engagement. Moreover, they emphasized storytelling, incorporating our brand values and mission into every post to build a deeper rapport with our audience.
