For the purpose of limiting this response to the work with Viseven – we run an onsite studio live from global congresses to produce video content that can be brought back to the markets to extend the hybrid congress experience.

What business challenge were you trying to address with the vendor?

To schedule time in the studio we utilized a shared excel sheet that was inefficient, time consuming and had a high margin for errors.

Development of a software.

3 members for day-to-day support, and one additional for budget, timelines, etc.

Our company has been long associated with Viseven, and it was the smart choice

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I am less stressed about the one project -Congress Studio, in general, as the positive impact STUDIO TIME has had to reduce project managing hours on my end and introduce efficiencies. This is a comparison of 2023 vs 2022.

How did the vendor perform from a project management standpoint?

Excellent

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their humility and patience, their agility and flexibility, their kindness and on-time delivery, and their timely communication. Then of course, their awesome technical skills and solutions are great.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing I can think of, there are amazing as is.
