What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After working with Virtual Receptionist Pro (VRP), we were able to get all caught up with our calls. Any inbound calls are directly filtered to them so we have more time to focus on our work without having to spend hours on the phone with clients. We often times just get calls that are questions. VRP has helped weed out the calls we do not need to take which gives us more time to put in the work.

They have a fast response rate. I have never had an issue getting ahold of them. Calls were answered and returned in a timely fashion

When you call into a call center, it is annoying when the person does not speak or understand English. However, with VRP we were impressed with the professional level of communication that they provided our clients. You would think that they are part of our team
