We haven’t tracked metrics or KPIs yet, but we’ve seen clear progress in how we approach content. Our social media strategy is much more defined, and we have a better understanding of what drives engagement. Video production quality and our team’s skill set have improved, and we’re creating more engaging, structured content overall.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve posted over 120 pieces of unique content and generated over $40,000 in sales for our company in three months. We’ve also tracked over 100 new customers and generated over half a million views in three months across all platforms. Our goal is to track over a million views in the next couple of months. Our follower count has grown on Instagram by 20% and on TikTok by 1%.

I’d like the video editing turnaround times to be quicker. Sometimes, our communication falls off for a week or two, depending on the workload of my account coach. However, it’s been a really good experience overall.

It's only been a month into our engagement with Viral Coach, and we're already seeing some great initial traction on some of the content they're helping us produce. We're excited about what the future holds as we're with them for six months. Overall, we're appreciative of their team providing the clear direction we've been lacking in our past efforts in pushing social media marketing.We've gone from 1–5 views on our videos to now 5,000, 6,000, and 11,000 views and counting with steady watch time engagement. Our engagement across all our socials, including new followers, has increased in the 30 days we've been working with Viral Coach. Although we haven't received a ton of clients, only being a month in, we're hearing from folks in and outside of our network that they've seen our videos, something we were rarely told before.

Alex has worked WITH me to move the needle on social media despite my large time restraints due to business work load.

She has been very supportive and helpful in supplying workflow ideas to aleviate loading me with time consuming activities and instead is delegate those tasks herself within the company. 

I have full belief that if I do as instructed that Alex can take me where I want to go with the business.

I wish I had been given access to SKOOL immediately after payment. I had to wait 4 days to get my first coaching/discovery call and only then did I get access to SKOOL. 

Either then that the business is solid. Do what they instructed and you can have the success that other business owners have had.

There is so much that is being done.  Results take time, but I think everything is being properly addressed.  I can't think of anything that I would expect differently.

While we are just getting started with posting, the initial work has provided a clear strategy and strong foundation for growth. We not have a more defined direction for content, messaging, and how to turn views into leads. It has also allowed myself and my team to stay focused on our zone of genius while trusting that the content strategy and execution are being handled effectively. Overall, the project has set us up for sucess with a more structured and intentional approach moving forward.

Their project management was clear, organized, and very straightforward. Communication was consistent throughout the process, primarily using Slack and Google Drive, which made collaboration seamless and efficient. They delivered items on time and set clear expectations from the beginning, so there were no surprises. Whenever we had questions or needed adjustments, they were highly responsive, flexible, and quick to take action. Overall, the process felt easy, well-managed, and aligned—everything moved forward smoothly and professionally.

LaMonica takes the time to truly understand my business, my ideal client, and the heart behind my message. That level of care comes through in everything we do. When we’re recording content, she creates an environment that feels natural, engaging, and comfortable, allowing the content to feel authentic and aligned.

Step 1. develop a system to help us produce, record, and edit content that would drastically increase exposure (with a gaurentee of 1 million views)

Step 2. Develop a landing page to capture high quality potential clients and funnel them into our own sales process.  By doing this creating an ongoing reliable funnel of new leads. 

Step 3.  Provide all the necessary tools to hand off this process to myself and my team to continue on after our contract was up.

Helped me record and produce extremely high quality short form videos with lighting, recording tech and set up.  All when I have an aversion to being on camera and very low tech skills.

The team is extremely efficient in communication.  They have VERY user friendly processes even for people who dont live in their industry.  They have easy to follow information sheets, instructional videos for every step of the process of set up.   If anything held up the process it was my response time.  They were available daily with any inquries.  Scheduled meetings were within a day if required.  They used SLACK app interface to keep all team members and myself in the loop of every comment and every step.  There were 10-15 team members each handling an aspect of my project.   I still felt very valued and professionally handled even with all those team members.

They are highly organized! They have systemic something that feels very complicated to systemize. They make it so the average person can atart creating content that truly helps they're business but they dont gatekeep the process. They set it up for you and let you take over.

Look it was very expensive and at first I had some sticker shock.  Now being through the process, there is NO reason why they charge any less.   The value received from their service will by FAR exceed the investment for us in the short and long term.

Most companies we have dealt with in the past have only offered "how to" do-it-yourself training. Viral Coach does offer extensive training but then they help you deliver a finished product through a highly capable team of funnel experts, script writers, video editors, and social media consultants.

A service that may speed up things and eliminate some frustration would be to build into their package a local expert to come and setup your video studio for you so time-challenged people like myself can get up and running quicker.

Alexandra is always on time and there when we need her.  Alexander is also available to help us with our MetaAds campaign.  Michael, our assigned videographer is slower to respond at times and doesn't always understand what we need done for our videos for our proper and correct branding.  We have to do lots of edits to send to Michael so that he gets a better understanding of what we need.

Areas of improvement would be to have more responsive videographer and to have more email communications instead of using SLACK.  Some of us do not use SLACK and prefer to communicate with email.
