 So far impressions are up 144%, and posting is up 4,000%. To be fair we did not have any social media presence at all outside of LinkedIn prior to this engagement. Our accounts are brand new. We created them for this purpose and we're also early into the engagement.

 I appreciated that our account manager gave good feedback while we were doing interview-style recording sessions. They were actually hard coaches. They weren't just trying to collect a retainer. They really wanted to make sure that you learned the skill set and performed at a high level.

 The only thing I could possibly think of is that, and I realize we're a minority, but for the minority of accounts where we're brand new, we don't know anything at all about the process. It'd be helpful to have milestones or a general outline of what the six-month rollout is going to look like.

Viral Coach helped get us started from scratch developing a social media marketing plan across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. They helped with content creation and product development, making sure that we were confident with production and posting regularly across these channels.

They were able to increase our followers across all social media platforms. Views and engagements alone on Instagram or increased by 210%. I know that people are watching our podcast since they tell me in person when I see them on the street of our small community.

My personal representative, Alex, was great at encouraging me to put myself out there in front of a camera. I was very hesitant and concerned about my appearance at first, but she gave me the confidence I needed to create good content and be proud of our work. Creating content and production is now something. I look forward to and brings a lot of joy to my work schedule each week.

At first I was skeptical, but I would encourage anyone to simply follow their process and they will see success. I was working very slow at first and was lacking confidence in the work I was doing. Alex with viral coach wasn't pushy however she checked in daily with support, encouraging me to push on and just get some product into review. After the first few I was hooked. Creating content has almost become addictive and they really do a nice job getting you to a place where you love the work.

After that, they're tracking everything they can about the posts we make to see whats sticking and whats not, and use that to guide the future footage that we'll make.

The operational side of the program was one of the biggest issues:

• Content was posted without proper approval
• Videos were published with editing errors
• We had to catch and fix mistakes ourselves
• At one point, we were sent another client’s content
• There were gaps in posting due to lost/mismanaged content
• Huge amount of turnover of the team we were working with which resulted in no continuity in execution, the need to re-explain our brand and voice multiple times and confusing strategy

We were also denied phone calls after we tried to escalate our issues. We were never given a leadership contact that we could discuss a solution with, it was immediately escalated to their legal team.

While content has not yet been published and edited assets are still in progress, the work completed so far has been focused on building the right foundation. This setup phase has positioned us for a much stronger, more strategic launch and sets the stage for measurable growth once content begins going live.

Viral Coaching has been extremely organized and proactive in their project management approach so far. The onboarding process was smooth and well-structured, with clear communication at each step, which made it easy to understand expectations and next actions.

Even in this early phase, everything that has been promised has been delivered on time. More importantly, they have stayed ahead by guiding us through what needs to be done before content even goes live, ensuring we are properly set up for success rather than rushing into execution.

Their responsiveness has been one of the strongest aspects of the experience. My coach is readily available, quick to answer questions, and provides thoughtful, actionable feedback. There is a clear sense that they are paying attention and adapting to our needs in real time, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

Overall, the communication, structure, and level of support have made the process feel collaborative, efficient, and very well managed.

What impressed me most is how simple and easy they make the process to follow while still being incredibly strategic. There’s no confusion or overwhelm. Everything is clearly mapped out step by step, so you always know exactly what to do next.

At the same time, it’s not just surface-level guidance. There’s real thought and intention behind the strategy. You can tell they’ve done this before and understand what actually works. They break things down in a way that makes it actionable without losing the bigger picture.

That combination of clarity and strategy is what really sets them apart. It feels structured, purposeful, and built for real results, not just random posting.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Viral Coach could have done differently?

At this stage, there aren’t any major areas for improvement that stand out. The experience so far has been very smooth, especially during onboarding and initial setup.

If anything, the only opportunity would be around timeline visibility as we move into the next phase. Since we are still waiting on edited content and the first pieces to go live, having a slightly clearer expectation on turnaround times and what to expect week-to-week during the transition into posting would be helpful.

That said, the foundation they’ve built and the level of support provided so far have been strong, and I’m confident the execution phase will match the same level of quality.

Alex has worked WITH me to move the needle on social media despite my large time restraints due to business work load.

She has been very supportive and helpful in supplying workflow ideas to aleviate loading me with time consuming activities and instead is delegate those tasks herself within the company. 

I have full belief that if I do as instructed that Alex can take me where I want to go with the business.

I wish I had been given access to SKOOL immediately after payment. I had to wait 4 days to get my first coaching/discovery call and only then did I get access to SKOOL. 

Either then that the business is solid. Do what they instructed and you can have the success that other business owners have had.

Overall, the project has set us up for sucess with a more structured and intentional approach moving forward.

Their project management was clear, organized, and very straightforward. Communication was consistent throughout the process, primarily using Slack and Google Drive, which made collaboration seamless and efficient. They delivered items on time and set clear expectations from the beginning, so there were no surprises. Whenever we had questions or needed adjustments, they were highly responsive, flexible, and quick to take action. Overall, the process felt easy, well-managed, and aligned—everything moved forward smoothly and professionally.

LaMonica takes the time to truly understand my business, my ideal client, and the heart behind my message. That level of care comes through in everything we do. The main goal were as follows:

Step 1. develop a system to help us produce, record, and edit content that would drastically increase exposure (with a gaurentee of 1 million views)

Step 2. Develop a landing page to capture high quality potential clients and funnel them into our own sales process.  By doing this creating an ongoing reliable funnel of new leads. 

Step 3.  Provide all the necessary tools to hand off this process to myself and my team to continue on after our contract was up.

Helped me record and produce extremely high quality short form videos with lighting, recording tech and set up.  All when I have an aversion to being on camera and very low tech skills.

The team is extremely efficient in communication.  They have VERY user friendly processes even for people who dont live in their industry.  They have easy to follow information sheets, instructional videos for every step of the process of set up.   If anything held up the process it was my response time.  They were available daily with any inquries.  Scheduled meetings were within a day if required.  They used SLACK app interface to keep all team members and myself in the loop of every comment and every step.  There were 10-15 team members each handling an aspect of my project.   I still felt very valued and professionally handled even with all those team members.

They are highly organized! They have systemic something that feels very complicated to systemize. They make it so the average person can atart creating content that truly helps they're business but they dont gatekeep the process. They set it up for you and let you take over.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Viral Coach could have done differently?

Look it was very expensive and at first I had some sticker shock.  Now being through the process, there is NO reason why they charge any less.   The value received from their service will by FAR exceed the investment for us in the short and long term.
