OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Viral Coach?

We needed help with our one-to-many strategy. We lacked the expertise and bandwidth to launch a new brand on social media. Our objective was to build a strong social media base that we could sustain post-relationship with Viral Coach.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Viral Coach manages and posts campaigns through Vista Social. The team has us working way in advance of when these posts are scheduled. They've steered the ship regarding best practices and focused on getting eyes on TOF content. They've ensured that we were top of mind and created posts that gave us the best chance of engagement. Viral Coach is also responsible for accountability, scheduling, content types, and scriptwriting.

What is the team composition?

We've worked with 2–5 teammates from Viral Coach.

How did you come to work with Viral Coach?

We found them through an online search. Their pricing fit our budget.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Viral Coach has created a consistent content funnel. We've had multiple reels reach over 1,000 views and a couple reach over 5,000 views. Our followers across all channels have steadily grown, with Instagram going from 0 to close to 600 followers in six months and Facebook going from 0 to 300. We've launched socials across every channel and have consistently posted every day. We've also noticed lots of inquiries in our inbox.

How did Viral Coach perform from a project management standpoint?

Viral Coach has been brilliant at keeping us on track and managing the process. They focus their efforts on building systems that clearly show bottlenecks in projects. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Viral Coach is a specialist in growth. They work to become an expert in your field of work and provide all the tools and guidance to be successful.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they've been great. They always pick up the slack when we fall short and work hard to provide fantastic feedback and tweaks to improve results.

We needed help growing our social presence and reaching 10 million views, as promised.

We work with 2–5 teammates from Viral Coach.

How did you come to work with Viral Coach?

We found them on Instagram. We chose them over other options because they had a money-back guarantee and impressive case studies.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in October 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've increased our views since working with Viral Coach, but engagement has stayed low. We haven’t reached our goal yet, but we’re working toward it. We’ve seen an average increase in views, but every video is about the same, with 200–400 views on Instagram.

How did Viral Coach perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time, but it requires me to stay on top of my deadlines since they have a strict two-week turnaround for editing. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

So far it's been a slow pace in the sense of performance and reaching our goals but with that said they are always quick to respond and have helped us show up more consistently on social media.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would love for them to be able to dive more into understanding our industry, audience and how the content reaches them.

Viral Coach’s project management has been excellent. The team has been incredibly responsive and proactive, regularly checking in via Slack to see how I was progressing with assigned tasks and whether I needed any additional support. They consistently offered to jump on video calls to provide extra guidance, which was particularly helpful. La Monica, my account manager, has been outstanding - she has been extremely positive and encouraging, especially as I worked through anxiety around filming videos, and provided practical, hands-on support with setting up new equipment such as microphones and monitors to mirror my phone screen. She also offered valuable coaching to help me present content confidently and effectively on camera. Meetings were always on time and efficient, and La Monica was very flexible with scheduling to accommodate our different time zones. Overall, the support has been thoughtful, professional, and genuinely client-focused.
