Their ability to LISTEN and improve upon whats already going well. The constant added value. The energy they come in with. The push to be better, but with the strategy to help me do it. Moreover, I'm totally intimidated by my coach (in the best way), she's the COOLEST, and she keeps proving time and time again how she's part of the team. Our engagement is up 1,929%, awareness is up 450%, and impressions are up 1,655%. Our improvements have been huge across YouTube, a channel I had historically not done well on.
