This engagement was started in the middle of the software development by the other vendor. Scrumteams deployed engineers helped us a lot in finding out some important issues and technical difficulties in the software which were quickly resolved by the other team. Moving forward, once the software went live, we observed a strong sense of responsibility with the skills of the team.
