UpUp was actually the second development team I brought onto this project after making the wrong hire the first time. The previous team struggled once we got into the more involved parts of the build, so I was much more cautious the second time around. 

With UpUp, the difference in experience was very evident. From the early conversations to the questions they asked and the way they mapped out the project, they were extremely detailed. That carried through once development started. Whenever we ran into a technical issue, they took the time to get to the root of it and find the right solution. 

One thing I really came to appreciate was how often Vadym and the team asked the right questions. In business, that matters just as much as having the answers. They regularly brought up things that hadn’t crossed my mind yet, but absolutely should have. That level of thinking gave me a lot of confidence in the team and showed that they were looking at the project from every angle rather than simply checking boxes. 

They also paid attention beyond whatever task was directly in front of them. There were multiple times they caught issues themselves, suggested a better way to handle something, or thought through how a decision would affect the site later.
