Since engaging with Uplers, we have seen a steady increase in our Google Grant spend and conversions on our site. Our CTR has remained healthy as well as our CPC. They have streamlined SEM management and do constant health checks to ensure we are complying with Google guidelines.

The workflow works well. Dhrumi is responsive and proactive. We have regular emails and catch up calls to ensure workflow is efficient.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Co-Director of Little Bird Online Marketing. Based in Queensland, Australia, we are a small digital marketing agency working with small businesses from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Uplers?
We outsource a few of our services to the team at Uplers, including PPC, social media advertising and website development. These services are provided on a whitelabel basis to support our team and our client needs.
What were your goals for this project?
Improved website traffic and enquiries; specific KPI's have included improved CPL and improved ecommerce transactions.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
A sales rep emailed my business partner and approached her to set up a time to chat. Initially, as we were just starting up, we didn't have a direct need for any services but over the following months, as we got some new clients, we were able to offer PPC services to new clients, as we had spoken with Uplers, had their pricing and inclusions on hand and were able to sell these services to our clients knowing we had the additional support of the Uplers team.
Describe the project in detail.
Our first project was PPC for a new client - we were doing a range of marketing services for them, but specifically outsourced the PPC component to Uplers for their expertise in this field. This project remains ongoing, and since then we have outsourced other clients for ongoing support, as well as once-off projects.
What was the team composition?
We have an Account Manager and a Project Co-Ordinator that we liaise with on a daily/weekly basis. They manage and co-orindate the execution of our projects, as well as quoting and set up of new projects.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The client from our initial project has been very happy with their results - they are consistently at a level where they are booked out and unable to schedule further work.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We have always found it easy to work with the Uplers team. We have worked with a number of different Project Co-ordinators and Account Managers, and the transition has always been smooth and the new point of contact has always been fully across the job/projects at hand.
We always get a prompt response to emails, can schedule calls whenever they're needed and we find the team to be very proactive, rather than waiting for instruction from us all of the time.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Our client results speak for themselves - if our clients are happy, then we're happy, and the Uplers team have been a big part of this success. The team is professional, friendly, and hard-working. They always take the time to find out how our clients our doing, how we're doing, and how they can improve their services to us and our clients.
Are there any areas for improvement?
At the beginning there could have been a better explanation of the different roles and who we would be working with. We've come to understand this over time, but it could have been done better at our initial onboarding.

One of our clients was looking to upgrade their ecommerce website, in order to improve conversions and sales.
What were your goals for this project?
The website had to have the functionality the clients were looking for, including quick view for products, specific product categories, and filter by price functionality. It needed to be built into their main website.

We have previously worked with Uplers before for other projects, and were looking to have their help with optimising their website.

What was the team composition?
We had Maitri as our main project coordinator with a development team that helped with coding and building the site.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
The client was very happy with the website, however, it is early days and we can't comment on the business performance as of yet.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Maitri was very clear on project deadlines and was able to go above and beyond to help with client expectations of turnarounds. She is also great to communicate with as she responds very quickly to any questions the client or myself had and is very helping in clarifying any details over call.
I never had any doubts with communication when it came to working with Maitri. She was also working on a similar schedule to us in Australia, so it works well communication-wise.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Uplers is great at helping with all aspects of digital presence for clients, they have been a great partner. They have a comprehensive team that can help us achieve our goals efficiently with our clients.
Are there any areas for improvement?
With website development projects I think that QA is vital in the end product, as there can always be room for improvement from the client's perspective. I think being proactive about these improvements and getting a second or third pair of eyes to point these out may be helpful to reduce the excess back-and-forth post-production, however in this particular project the website has delivered what was requested minus some very minor things.
