We needed help taking our phase 1 project and completely closing it out for our launch. We needed help getting to the finish line by taking over a previously run project.

UpCodo Digital has been a core development partner on our platform build. Their scope of work includes full-stack development of our coaching platform built on React (frontend), Node.js (backend), React Native (mobile), MongoDB, and AWS. They've also built a coach dashboard (React web app), a client app and coach app (React Native mobile), and an admin dashboard.Moreover, they've built a multi-tenant monorepo architecture supporting white-labeled custom apps per coach. They've also integrated Stripe Connect for embedded payments and coach payouts. The team is also responsible for ongoing bug fixes, UI improvements, and feature releases.UpCodo Digital has enhanced the first part of the project and reskinned the entire platform. They've also helped us add phase 2 features. The team has handled the full redesign and all new feature development after the initial handoff.

Completed a comprehensive end-to-end review of all core user journeys, including registration, login, onboarding, tender creation and application, payments, messaging, notifications, document uploads, subscription limits, boosts, and verification features. All user roles were tested to confirm correct permissions and restricted access to their respective frontends, with additional validation of edge cases and performance on key pages, and detailed issue tracking throughout.

Reviewed and validated the Stripe billing setup, confirming test-mode operation, correct webhook configuration, and alignment of subscription plans and one-time charges with approved pricing. Billing logic for upgrades and downgrades was checked for accuracy, readiness for live key deployment was confirmed, and sensitive credentials were reviewed to ensure they are stored securely via environment variables.

Established and verified a development environment matching production, connected to a staging database. Logging and debug configurations were put in place to support error tracking without exposing sensitive data, static and media file handling was confirmed, and all application routes and backend API endpoints were tested to ensure reliable operation.

The project helped confirm that all key parts of the platform are working as expected. Core user journeys, permissions, subscriptions, and payments were tested end-to-end, with issues identified and resolved along the way. It also improved overall readiness for launch by validating the billing setup, tightening environment configuration, adding better error visibility, and checking performance on important pages. Overall, the work reduced risk, improved stability, and put the platform in a solid position to go live and start onboarding users.

Customer login and Sign up: During the order process, customers will be asked to create an account, or login to their account. OR customers can login or sign up directly on the website. 

Customer will be connected to the payment gateway, if the payment is successful the customer will get an email along with the invoice. 

My profile: in this area customer will be able to update their basic information and change the password of their account.

The key deliverables were to get the website to a place that it was functional and able to accept orders by the end of November, which they were able to meet. There were some iterations along the way, but the team was very responsive and always working towards the target completion date, which was very appreciated.

We used a Trello board to track progress on different tasks and tickets. This helped consolidate all of the requests that we made throughout the process and see how the different requests were trending over time. We met every 2 weeks and they were also able to meet as needed if either party had any questions or needed further clarification.

Yes, they were able to always deliver on time and were very communicative. They were willing to go above and beyond regarding research, looking into better options and always had my company's success in their mind.
