The scope of work we’ve completed with Upcodo over the past two years has been extensive. In addition to rebuilding all of our existing applications from scratch on a modern technology stack, they have also developed several new web applications that have significantly improved our workflow.
In our first phase of collaboration, Upcodo built a certification renewal site and a coaching card game application that our certified professionals can use in their work with emotional intelligence. During the second phase, they began by designing the architecture for a single sign-on system while simultaneously rebuilding our existing assessment platform and events system.
We are currently in the third phase of our partnership. Now that our systems are connected and synchronized, we are migrating the majority of our users from our legacy platforms to the new environment. We look forward to continuing feature development and adding exciting new products for our users in the near future.

These projects were large in scope, so this milestone-based approach allowed us to track steady progress, maintain clear visibility into deliverables, and ensure timely completion of each component. Completed a comprehensive end-to-end review of all core user journeys, including registration, login, onboarding, tender creation and application, payments, messaging, notifications, document uploads, subscription limits, boosts, and verification features. All user roles were tested to confirm correct permissions and restricted access to their respective frontends, with additional validation of edge cases and performance on key pages, and detailed issue tracking throughout.
Reviewed and validated the Stripe billing setup, confirming test-mode operation, correct webhook configuration, and alignment of subscription plans and one-time charges with approved pricing. Billing logic for upgrades and downgrades was checked for accuracy, readiness for live key deployment was confirmed, and sensitive credentials were reviewed to ensure they are stored securely via environment variables.
Established and verified a development environment matching production, connected to a staging database. Logging and debug configurations were put in place to support error tracking without exposing sensitive data, static and media file handling was confirmed, and all application routes and backend API endpoints were tested to ensure reliable operation.

Help optimize Shopify store by creating landing page, tabs, forms, product pages, etc. Among the deliverables included product pages formatting/sizing, forms for interested partners/patients, checkout flow, payment gateway, notifications, invoices, integrations, etc.
The key deliverables were to get the website to a place that it was functional and able to accept orders by the end of November, which they were able to meet. There were some iterations along the way, but the team was very responsive and always working towards the target completion date, which was very appreciated.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We used a Trello board to track progress on different tasks and tickets. This helped consolidate all of the requests that we made throughout the process and see how the different requests were trending over time. We met every 2 weeks and they were also able to meet as needed if either party had any questions or needed further clarification.

Yes, they were able to always deliver on time and were very communicative. They were willing to go above and beyond regarding research, looking into better options and always had my company's success in their mind. They recommended certain pathways which were more efficient and less expensive. Despite them receiving less money, they always prioritized speed, efficiency and had my budget/timeline in mind.
