Before we went back to Unified Infotech we have contacted many other IT companies. None of them suited us and could finish our project. We have talked about our previous issues. Together we have made a plan to fixed to platform and make it online ready. Now they have fixed all the problems of the platform. We can finally go live after 4 years, thanks to Unified Infotech. In what ways can they improve? currently nothing. What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours? Try to make clear exactly what you want before developing any product. Start with brainstorming and design. The go to developing and testing.

UI accomplished all the deliverables requested of them but there were some issues around understanding our needs that needed explaining. After those were solved,we received everything we wanted.
