I hired Uncanny to work on ERP implementation for our company. They also:

• Integrated Shipping method, my woocommerce store
• They also set up my mail server
• They configured the Sales Order and Purchase order for efficient execution of the ERP
• With detailed discussion we figured out that I would need to upgrade to Odoo.sh which Uncanny also helped us upgrade

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Once the module configuration and integration were completed, I received a demonstration. During this session, I was guided through the system, learning how to use it according to our business workflow.

The communication was very precise and to the point. We used Slack for communication and status updates. With requirement gathering and planning of development tasks in advance we were able to meet the exact requirement.

I highly admire their experience in Odoo. from functional consulting to implementation, the team is highly experienced. I liked working with Kalpesh and Ankit.

I believe they are following the best practices. The approach of hourly bucket which was utilised for consulting and implementation worked wonders for us.

I hired Uncanny to define the business concept and the user roles for various user roles in the system. it was essential to define the features and the functionality and to craft them in a wireframe. With detailed discussions the deliverables were wireframe and a business rule document.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The process was shared with me in form of clickable prototype of various modules which they used to finish up. I was given the access to approve and give feedback to come up at an agreement of the business functional flow.

Communication was done on whatsapp primarily. The process was stretched a bit because of discussions and the possibilities we had to explore. Over all the clickable prototypes gave me what I exactly needed. The rules book is the reference to go to development.

Their understanding of the concepts was impressive.. Also, understanding the needs that a Platform of this stature would require. Good grasp on the current market trends and a want to learn on the needs as well as the completely new and relatively unexplored industry

Overall a communication was good. They can improve upon with getting the visibility of the deliverables and a forecasting of the same and also timelines for the work.
