The most measurable outcome from this project was having a fully functional, professional website that clearly reflects my brand, services, and offerings. I now have a central platform where clients can learn about my work, access resources, and submit enquiries, which has improved how people find and engage with my business. The site has also helped streamline communication by directing enquiries through structured forms rather than informal messages, making it easier to track interest and respond efficiently. Overall, the project moved my business from relying on scattered platforms to having a clear, credible online presence that supports growth and visibility.

Their project management was generally well organised, and for the most part, deliverables were completed on time. There were a few instances where timelines shifted slightly due to language barriers or differences in interpretation, which sometimes required additional clarification. However, they were responsive to feedback and willing to make adjustments once expectations were clarified. Overall, they made an effort to address my needs and work through any challenges collaboratively to move the project forward.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I found most impressive was how they took my raw copy and transformed it into a website that feels classy, intentional, and well thought out. They didn’t just focus on how the site looks on the front end, but also made sure the back end was clean, simple, and not overwhelming. I really appreciate that I can easily make updates on my own when needed without feeling lost or dependent on a developer.

Building on the earlier point about communication, one area for improvement would be more proactive updates around timelines and progress. At times, I had to follow up to get clarity on where things stood. Providing regular status updates would help manage expectations better and reduce the need for clients to chase for follow-ups.
