We strive for high scalability of our web application. UHP has helped us lay the technical foundation for such scalability, as it is critical to the future development of our business. UHP has helped us to ask and answer the right questions so that we can achieve high scalability.

We already knew about UHP when we contacted them. Since they have shown great reliability in the past and we needed expert advice on this challenge, we didn't hesitate to contact them as a partner.

They provided us with in-depth reviews of our technical solutions in many areas, including API performance, database setup, and user authorization. They usually consulted is in advance on the above topics and provided us with additional consulting during and after the development.

They helped us with a senior developer who specializes in back-end development and a mid-level developer who specializes in front-end development.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to launch our app and haven't encountered any disturbances. In addition, we were able to scale our development easily while regularly shipping to production. Both the back-end of our web app and the database show great response times to user interaction.

They've always given us quick feedback. We usually communicated via email and Skype.

We had access to highly experienced developers who immediately understood our use case. They communicated clearly, responded quickly and were open to our questions.

We haven't encountered any difficulties.

UHP Software GmbH has created the app from scratch and performed various updates and improvements over the course of the last six years. The app connects with our hardware (consumer BIA scales) and has become an essential part of our products.

UHP Software GmbH’s work has resulted in increased app ratings and decreased customer queries and complaints regarding bugs and support. The app ratings have significantly increased in the last two years, going from 1–2 stars to 3+ stars. Support questions have decreased by 10%.

UHP Software GmbH hasn’t always delivered on time, but their project management has improved. The team has professionalized over the course of the years. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
