What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We grew our business from 300 sq. ft. to 6,500 sq. ft. over 15 years and went from one owner to 23 employees. We also saw a 25% quarterly increase in website traffic, which led to a noticeable rise in new customer bookings and sales. Our spa thrived solely on the website, SEO, and marketing.

We had countless initiatives and trusted new technology solutions exclusively in the hands of UDIO Edge because of their expertise and reliability. Their forward-thinking approach positioned us far ahead technologically; when COVID-19 impacted our operations and we were forced to close, our online store and gratuity platform remained fully operational, allowing us to continue serving our customers. Are there any areas they could improve?

There was nothing they could have done better. Our experience with them was exceptional from start to finish. The only disappointment was that we did not have UDIO Edge as our developer when we opened our school. Their expertise, reliability, and ability to bring our vision to life made them a trusted partner, and we would have valued having that same level of support during our school’s launch.
