I’m the COO of Preezy, a gaming companion platform that integrates with existing gameplay to enhance and optimize each gaming session.

What challenge were you trying to address with tubik?

We were struggling with our UI/UX design, especially with the onboarding and overall feel of our new app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

tubik provided UI/UX design services and delivered a full design system. They gave us a full Figma file that included all the designs of pages and flows for users. They also delivered a full Figma file for the design system so we could use it as a reference for anything new we wanted to add to our app.

They were referred to me. I chose them over other options because they had high ratings, and their company values aligned with ours.

We worked together from September–November 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Compared to the designs and flow that we had created, the impact of tubik’s work was huge for our user base. We saw an increase in acquisition, onboarding, and retention. Everyone loved the new design; their main feedback was that the app now looked like a high-quality app.

How did tubik perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything was delivered within the timeframe they told us at the start. We communicated via virtual meetings, email, and a messaging app.

The way they wanted to understand the app was impressive. They let us look at many examples to formulate an opinion about the design before even starting. They were also really helpful; if we were unsure about something, their feedback was always based on their professional experience and what would be good for the app.

We needed a new website with more personality and with a much better presentation of our value proposition. We wanted to develop our SEO and improve our on-site conversion rates.

We discovered Tubik by researching online and were surprised by their portfolio. After discussing we the team we managed to project ourselves working with them and realizing the vision of the new website.

The project required the design of a home page, 5 solution pages, a dozen of side pages and the blog content. The project required many illustrations.

We had a primary point of contant and established a Trello to monitor project progress every day. The communication was very clear and fluid and timeles were respected.

We wanted to create a stunning word game that’s really tactile, fun to play, and beautiful to look at.

I liked the style of their work on Behance, so I reached out to them.

What was the team composition?

They assigned a project manager, a designer, and a motion designer. Our side had a programmer, a sound designer and myself.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We worked together to make nice designs. I did a lot of the user experience and wireframing and they brought an eye for color, illustration, style, and motion. This made it easy for the developers to copy their wok into the game code.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We used Trello in detail and the collaboration worked well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What’s most impressive is their sense of style. They’re also responsive and nice to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Now that I've embraced Slack as a communication tool, I can see that in retrospect, using both Trello and Slack would have made it even better to work with them.
