Improved overall brand perception by creating stronger, more polished online presence. While difficult to measure quantitatively, client feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.

One of the most impressive aspects of the company was its strong focus on user experience and intentional design. Every part of the website felt thoughtfully created to reflect the company's core values and beliefs. The site not only looks great, but also communicated the brand's identity and mission in a meaningful way. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something True Market could have done differently?

No, I wish I hired them earlier.

I'm the CEO of Everbranch Capital Group, a company that invests in real estate and businesses that enhance connectivity with the outdoors, led by people of exceptional character.

What challenge were you trying to address with True Market?

We initially hired True Market to refresh our website to make it consistent with new formalized brand guidelines, refine some distracting elements, and make the website adhere to more best practices.

What was the scope of their involvement?

True Market has designed and developed a new website and created graphics and content for it. Then, the project expanded to include print and digital ads, email marketing, and social media deployment.

I've interacted with two teammates from True Market, but several others have been involved.

How did you come to work with True Market?

True Market had done work for one of our portfolio companies. They delivered a distinct, visually engaging, and very effective marketing product we hadn't achieved with other vendors.

How much have you invested with them?

I'm unable to answer that.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with True Market in May 2025. The initial project is complete, but we continue to find new ways that True Market can provide value for Everbranch, so we anticipate the partnership will continue indefinitely.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

True Market has grown our followers by a massive percentage. We weren't seeking empirical outcomes; we were only looking to build brand credibility to begin the brand awareness journey. There's no doubt we've achieved that initial goal. Our followers are up 1,477%.

How did True Market perform from a project management standpoint?

True Market's project management is exceptional. The timeline was very short, and we made that clear. It was an essential part of selecting True Market. The team has exceeded our timeline (and many other) expectations. We communicate via email and video conferencing.

What did you find most impressive about them?

True Market has delivered impactful, best-in-class products efficiently and on time. They stipulated clear goals and timelines, verified consensus before beginning, updated us on progress throughout, and proactively identified bottlenecks so we could manage them to stay on schedule. Overall, they've exceeded the timeframe with a phenomenal product.

No, there's nothing they can improve.

No measurable outcomes yet, but the brand and website look beautiful.

Corresponded primarily via email and video, which was my preference. I gave them instructions, they ask for clarification when needed, and otherwise they were quite independent.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

My expectations were high given the extremely positive referral. The quality of the product I received met my high expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wouldn't complain if they were cheaper or faster, but they held true to both their quote and their timeline so it's not really something to improve.
