The taxi web booker solution they delivered was nothing short of impressive. It wasn't just a tool; it was a game-changer for our business. The seamless payment integration simplified our operations and enhanced the overall customer experience. We saw a significant increase in bookings and customer satisfaction since its implementation, and that was all thanks to the innovative work of TriggerAppy. 

But it didn't stop there. TriggerAppy also revamped our company website, taking it from a functional but outdated platform to a modern, user-friendly masterpiece. The new website perfectly reflected our brand, and the feedback we received from our customers was overwhelmingly positive.

I’m the IT manager at Transport Innovation, a ground transportation company.

What challenge were you trying to address with TriggerAppy Ltd?

We hired TriggerAppy for their software development and consulting services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We provided TriggerAppy with a brief, and they advised us on approaching the project. They suggested various solutions for our problems, including integrating third-party services. 

Moreover, the team built API services for us. These services were integrated with our in-house systems. They also created new APIs that interacted with external services. They used PHP and MySQL as their key tech stacks. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with James (Founder & Director) and a senior developer; they were our primary points of contact. 

How did you come to work with TriggerAppy Ltd?

When I joined the company four years ago, TriggerAppy was already engaged in the project. In other words, I inherited this relationship. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around £70,000 (approximately $86,000 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from February 2019–August 2022. We had multiple extensions over the years, but all of the work was completed. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Every single project we had was signed off. TriggerAppy’s lead developer was thorough; she wrote great code and documents. Moreover, the team had great processes in submitting information to our repository. If there were any bugs, they dealt with them right away. The lead developer truly knew how to solve problems. 

Meanwhile, James was a great analyst. He listened to us and understood the business, enabling him to solve problems. Overall, they were nice people, and I was happy to have a partnership with them. 

In the future, once the project continues and we need software enhancements, we’ll call for them to do the task for us. 

How did TriggerAppy Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

Glitches happened due to our work, not theirs. TriggerAppy was flexible, and James always completed all projects. He gave great estimates and tried to allocate a dedicated developer to our project. That way, the project would be prioritized without any complaints. 

On top of that, their team took the time to understand our goals and gave good advice on how to approach them. We primarily communicated through emails. Every once in a while, we had phone conversations to discuss issues or projects. James even came to our office a couple of times to have face-to-face meetings. 

Their lead developer worked remotely, which wasn’t an issue for us. They worked as a team with our in-house developer and formed a great partnership. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

TriggerAppy was always a reliable source of information. If they didn’t know something, they would research it. Then, they’d return to us and present their opinions on tackling any problem.

No, there aren’t any.
