They studied the current code of my website, based on that they worked on it and made my website live. After making website live they tested it again and worked on the registration system, email configuration, smtp settings and a few other things.

Team included a Business Analyst, a Developer, A tester, Server Specialist to configure code on server and do the settings and a Project Manager.

My website is developed and now i am ready to promote this so its too early stage to give feedback about the impact of this on my business, But yes, I have my website fully ready so i can promote it as per my plan

The developers and project manager were in direct communication with me, and they were exceptional at keeping me updated.

We have a team leader, an account manager, a few software developers, and a designer.

This project is the beginning of a digitization process for my client. We’re taking their physical product to the online marketplace.

We communicate with their team via Skype and maintain a shared repository of resources, source code, and other relevant files.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They’re prompt in their communication and enthusiastic about their work. They’ve also been very accommodating of the specific requirements of the project.

They could work on becoming more agile in the way that they work. For example, they could define clearer milestones and work to deliver features and designs in mini sprints.

Our product team worked together with Tridhya Tech on a few different projects, from UX design through to high fidelity UI designs and protoypes. Depending on the project requirements and goals, Tridhya Tech were involved from early stages of the project from discovery and wireframes, through to final UI design and developer handover. We worked collabotatively as if they were a part of our team.

Having a small internal design team ourselves, we were very pleased with the way in which they embedded themselves into our current workflow and processes. They quickly onboarded into the projects and were able to deliver final UI work packages that were then handed over to our engineers and successfully shipped.

Tridhya Tech quickly onboarded into our current workflows and processes, and essentially felt like part of the team for the duration of those projects. We would have regular daily standups, reviews, workshops and calls throughout the projects which they were a part of.

Our goal was to bring this idea to life to help the investors get the information they need before making a decision. It needed to have AI to collect data and analyze it automatically.

We also scheduled calls to track progress every week and communicate over small details through Slack and Skype.

They talked about some of their past engagements and how they felt they were well-suited for this opportunity. We identified the requirements we were looking for, and they came out with a proposal. We met and walked through the proposal, and everything looked good, so we signed them up.

Tridhya Tech has performed really well in terms of project management, the developers they provided are great communicators and excellent practitioners. They’ve also worked really well with our internal team and are very receptive to feedback as well as new ideas. I also like how the whole partnership feels highly collaborative. Even though they were working on a standalone component, they would still regularly meet with our team and make suggestions about every element of the project, whether it was UI design suggestions or different approaches to coding. We primarily communicated through Slack, but we also had daily standups on Zoom. We also utilized Shortcut, which is an agile project management tool, to track milestones and see how they are progressing through a sprint.

At the end of the day, they really turned out to be the ideal partner that we were looking for in the beginning.
