I hired TRIARE, LLC for website design and development. We previously worked with another company and weren’t satisfied with the result, so we decided to bring in TRIARE, LLC.

The team hit the ground running and designed the site. They also migrated content to the new site. During every meeting, TRIARE, LLC provided us with visuals and various design options to choose from. Figma was used for the design work, and TRIARE, LLC helped us find a hosting company.

We primarily worked with a project manager and an individual who doubled as a designer and developer.

I found TRIARE, LLC through a Google search. We contacted them, and they got back to us very quickly. We were looking at about three companies to start, but TRIARE, LLC gave us confidence that they were the right company to work with. They were responsive and consistently communicated with us. After discussing the requirements and the engagement layout, we decided to move forward with TRIARE, LLC. 

Another driving factor for working with TRIARE, LLC was that we would own the site once it was completed. This was an appealing offer for us because not every company had this option. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together between April–May 2023.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We were satisfied with the look of the website and overall presentation. The site has exceeded our expectations and is up and running. Since working with TRIARE, LLC, we’ve seen increased traffic. We plan on working with them again in the future. 

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

We’d like to shout out Mariia (UX Designer); she handled the issues we ran into like a professional and was always responsive to our needs. 

How did TRIARE, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

TRIARE, LLC completed the project ahead of time and stayed within budget. We had an issue during our warranty period, but they handled it quickly and efficiently. We weren’t in the same time zone, but they were accommodating and always completed work. The team was easy to communicate with and ensured everything was clear between our teams. 

We were extremely impressed with the project manager and the designer we worked with. They were able to take care of all of our issues professionally, and we never had to chase them down. 

Even though their team was working remotely and from different locations, they collaborated seamlessly and made everything easy on our end. We communicated via email and Google Meet. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team went above and beyond despite the Russian Invasion. We were so impressed with their professionalism and dedication to completing the work. The team was experienced and knowledgeable; we couldn’t have asked for more. We knew nothing about website design and development, and TRIARE, LLC made the process easy. 

The team was organized and prepared for everything that came up. The engagement was absolutely worth it; TRIARE, LLC followed through on every one of their promises.

TRIARE, LLC's project management was on point. Deliveries were on time and communication, though delayed by time zones and virtual only, was quick and sufficient.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication was held in third party languague (English) for both teams and it was handled very professionally. The little losses in translation were met by if neccessary personal virtual meetings to clear araised issues. Triare's team seemd to be well prepared for meetings and showd effort to understand the business logic behind the implementations. Both PM and Dev-team appeard to be highly professional in their approach.

Are there any areas for improvement or something TRIARE, LLC could have done differently?

The provided communication tools (e.g. slack, shared docs) where a little confusing since they were yet again additional tools to keep track with. Especially the shared documents (feedback communication) could be improved or moved to different method so it is easier to provide the feedback alongside corresponding screenshots or screen recordings.

We needed help with writing our Android app code.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

TRIARE, LLC does Android code writing for us. They built up the usability documentation, which was something we needed to assess our success and failures in the app space, which included how the user interacted with the UI. After that, they used our existing iOS app as a template to create the Android platform from scratch.

What is the team composition?

I’ve been working with Boris (CEO), Arnold (IT Project Manager), and Svitlana (CMO).

How did you come to work with TRIARE, LLC?

They were referred to us by another partner who used their services for another project.

We’ve spent $15,000–$20,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of their work is great, and we haven’t had any negative feedback on the app. Also, crashes are low; we have 1–2 out of tens of thousands of uses. Overall, they’re always honest and open.

How did TRIARE, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They hit deadlines — we haven’t had any problems with that. They’re also excellent and above my expectations in keeping us updated and solving our questions and issues — I’ve never waited more than 24 hours for a reply from them. Regarding communication, we use Skype due to my request, and they’re never late.

What did you find most impressive about them?

TRIARE, LLC are great at opening honest dialogs; if they can’t do something, they let me know, and if they can, their team tells me within how many days and how much money. In addition to that, they adapt to my budget to deliver what I need.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — I don’t even know how they’re managing to deliver within our expectations despite the Russian Invasion of Ukraine they’re living in now.

TRIARE took over the development of our mobile application for iOS and Android. They’ve worked on enhancements, bug fixes, and so on for the two systems. We initially gave them the specifications of the work. Since we had an existing application, they had a lot of graphics and information.

We interface with the company owner, a program manager, a lead developer for iOS, and a lead developer for Android. Additionally, there are probably 1–2 other people on the project.

We evaluate their work and test it — if it looks good, we release it to customers. We’ve gotten positive feedback from users, even if different groups developed it. They’re still working on newer versions, but the application is already available in the app stores.

It’s been pretty good. We use Trello to give them feedback and Slack, emails, and phone calls to communicate.

We’ve been impressed with their developers. They’re bright and thoughtful about what they do.

It’d be better to have more frequent communication.

Try to initiate communication more frequently than what they’d do independently. I’m pretty busy, so I have to rely on them to start conversations.

We had a tool that had been built prior to me starting at the company. The tool took over 5 years to develope and the UI.UX reflected that of a 2010 piece of software. We needed Triare to help us completely revamp the UI.UX for this product and to then help us with the rest of our product redesigns.

I have worked with Triare at a past company and loved the work they did so I brought them on as a vendor when i started at my current company

The team conducted research on the product itself and set up interviews with existing users bother internally and externally to determine the best way to structure the new workflows and processes. After the research was documented and reviewed by me, we had weekly calls to review the proposed changes that had been made. At that time, they would take my feedback and implement it to finalize a particular section. Timelines were reviewed at the end of each call so I always knew where we were at in the process. Upon completion, all assets and documentation were delivered promptly.

My team worked with the UI.UX designer and the project manager. The CEO would also join the call occasionally to ensure that things were moving smoothly.

The UI/UX that was designed is leaps and bounds better than what we had before. It has already helped

The project manager was easy to communicate and get ahold of. Anything that was brought up during a meeting was addressed and solved by the next meeting.

We were impressed with their consultative approach. Other development firms I have worked with will simple do what you explain. Triare takes the time to think like a user and bring up certain faults or discrepancies that may arise and present these findings to us so that we are educated and able to make a decision based off of having all of the information.

Their project manager, Alexander, was coordinating everything between us and Triare. We met and discussed with their designer and several of their developers. The PM has been extremely professional and service oriented throughout the whole project.

Both applications launched successfully around the specified launch date. The few errors that we experienced was corrected as soon as they were identified. All in all TRIARE delivered on time and with a great result.

We met on Skype. Alexander led the whole project. It has been professionally organized. The timeliness of TRIARE, LLC has been exceptional.

Their service-oriented mindset. If we asked for a small change they implemented it without any complaints. They even came up with suggestions outside the scope that they thought we might like, which we truly did. Great people and a great company.

To be honest, not really. I would hire them again and I most certainly will in the future.
