Trembit's approach included an automated chatbot tasked with collecting important financial documents from clients for credit research. They created a unique set of artificial intelligence large language models exclusively for inspecting financial records, evaluating credit histories, and detecting fraudulent activity.

The end result is a complete report that acts as the foundation for conducting credit risk assessments and making recommendations that influence the final decision on giving credit to a customer.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A rigorous Business Analysis methodology was used to identify and prioritize critical features needed to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), which sped up the testing phase. The solution is delivered within the agreed-upon timetable, with just minor modifications required after delivery. The final solution substantially expedited our credit decision-making process, reducing it from four to one day.

Trembit's project management was important in updating our business processes, including adding bespoke AI functionality. Their personnel, particularly the Project Manager, was incredibly skilled and ensured everything went smoothly. It was impressive that the CEO and CTO were always available to discuss any aspect of the project and promptly respond to any issues we had.

They were also quite good at sticking to their schedule. Every work was done on time, allowing the project to move forward without stress. They quickly addressed any difficulties or changes that arose, ensuring that everything remained on track. In short, working with Trembit was an excellent experience. As a result, our client received a fully deployed and tested corporate video conferencing system, complete with hardware installations, software configurations, network stability, and user documentation.

One of my colleagues recommended Trembit as a reliable video streaming service provider. We met with Stan, the company owner and discussed all points of our project. I was impressed with his deep understanding of the job that need to be done.

Another factor to consider was the already existing Trembit product prototype that had much in common with our requirements so we understood that we will have our solution ready in several months.

We started with BA stage where Trembit team helped us a lot. Then they created a clear and robust design of the platform in our company style. The development stage was the longest one, and the latest was QA.

All things were done in 2 and a half months. As I know the technology used was WebRTC and Janus server as a base one.

Trembit really helped us with a communication solution that highly improved our business processes. Today all our teams are working with stable video communication between them and end clients.

All the materials are sorted perfectly and all integration with CRM and other instruments are done. We were totally pleased with the job done.

We had short daily meetings with the team. The project manager was always ready to help and online. We used Jira and Slack as well as a video communication app from Trembit team.

It might be the approach they used for the project. There were no rush or strict deadlines but the process goes smooth and clear. I am happy that we found such a great partner to deal with.

I’m the founder of a video conferencing startup for virtual music lessons. We give teachers an optimized tool they can use for teaching music.

We needed help building an MVP for our platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built the video conferencing infrastructure and the platform around it. In the beginning, they focused on building our prototype. As our users grew, they helped us improve the system.

They made me aware of features to improve and how to grow our userbase. In the near future, we’ll introduce an integrated payment system. They’re our main development team and we work closely together.

What is the team composition?

In the beginning, I worked closely with Stanislav Z. (CEO). Over the summer, I visited them in Kiev and met with their CTO (Stanislav R.) and Maryna (Product Manager). It was a great trip that helped build our personal relationship

We got in contact in April 2020 and set up a contract in July 2020. Our partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I see them as a strong part of our company, and I look forward to further developing our platform with them. I’m a software engineer myself, so I know the processes and what the quality should look like. Their quality and speed are all up to par and we plan to continue working with them in the future.

How did Trembit perform from a project management standpoint?

They give me time and cost estimates for developing the next milestone. Once I agree on that, they start working. They always deliver on time and I’m really happy. If anything goes wrong, the team is always transparent and communicative. We use Jira to keep track of the development and Slack for smooth communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have different developers for different tasks, with a large team of 40 people overall. It gives me the flexibility I need. For each milestone, the right people are assigned to my project. It’s a really agile workflow and it gives us a big advantage.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I’ve been really happy so far.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to build the product together with Trembit because they have expertise on which features to focus on and they can lead you through the development. Communicate a lot throughout the project, too.
