What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Many artists found their auditions, and production houses found their artists. Production houses now use our software to handle and manage their shooting, scheduling, and script writing. We’ve published 200+ auditions, onboarded 500+ artists, and have 50+ production houses using the platform. It keeps growing.Production houses used traditional Excel sheets to maintain everything, but they missed a lot of things. Now, this software helps them digitize everything. Their work has become easier, reducing their time and manpower. Usually, searching for a script takes 15 minutes, but now it takes seconds. Script writing has become easier; anyone can write scripts in minutes now. Earlier, it took hours to weeks.

We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps. They delivered on time. Although I had some changes to the requirements, they managed to deliver on time.

The vendor team didn’t make us feel like they were a different team or vendor; they felt like our team. It kept us comfortable throughout.

We do online and offline chess coaching. We assign homework (puzzle solving), class materials, and conduct tournaments online. We wanted to build a software that automates this process because we spend too much time correcting homework.

We assign homework to our students through this software, and they can solve it on the app. Based on their answers, the app automatically assigns marks to the students. We also provide access to learning materials that students can refer to anytime.Additionally, Tranz Technologies developed an online tournament management system that allows our academy players to participate in tournaments.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our app instantly evaluates students' homework without the intervention of any trainers from our side, so we’ve reduced our manpower. Moreover, students immediately know their scores, which motivates them to solve more puzzles.We assign lessons to students to help them recall all the lessons before they participate in a tournament. Our students perform very well and win prizes after using this app. In fact, the FIDE rating of most of our players has increased between 100–300 points. Usually, 5–10 of our players win prizes in a tournament, but after this app, 20–25 players have won prizes.Moreover, the blunders made by our players in tournaments have been reduced. Our players go to tournaments well-prepared by solving many puzzles and referring to the lessons before they go to a tournament.

Tranz Technologies did a good job. The trio of managers kept the process transparent and built a very good software. They gave us a schedule at the start of the project, and the three managers did everything to maintain the schedule and deliver our project on time.

Tranz Technologies' solution architect and business analyst understood our requirements well and gained domain knowledge before they started building the app.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing significant I would suggest changing. The team was professional, transparent, and responsive throughout the project. They understood our business requirements well and delivered everything as planned. Overall, we're very satisfied with their approach and the final outcome.

Our systems are future-ready for the full expansion and scaling for $750,000 ARR. Every business operation is now well-defined, so we can run our business with less manpower. Moreover, our revenue has increased, and the software handles it with ease and no troubles. Most of our routine tasks have been automated. We don't need to search for anything because everything gets displayed on the dashboard. As a result, we've reduced friction, and two days of work are now completed in one day.

We wanted to build a mobile app that would read the financial SMS of users and provide them with financial insights. We also wanted to extend this app to a ticket booking system, CRM system, etc.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tranz Technologies has developed a mobile app for us that has been published on the Google Play Store. Our iOS app is under verification, and once it's over, it will be published on the iOS store. We also have an admin dashboard where we can do all the admin-related operations and insights on the users.Tranz Technologies has handled the project end-to-end. They have been with us from deciding our brand name, purchasing the domain, preparing the UI/UX design, development, deployment, and support.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve received a good mobile app with a seamless UI/UX and a very good admin dashboard to monitor and maintain all of our activities. The app is now live on the Play Store, and we’ve received 1,000 downloads so far. We expect the downloads to increase, and our iOS app will be live soon.We’ve sorted out one thing: if someone has registered for three OTTs, our platform suggests them to discontinue one. Our research says that if someone has subscribed to three OTTs, they use only two and pay extra for the third one. This has been acceptable by our users, and we’ve received direct feedback about this feature.

How did Tranz Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re good at what they’re doing. The three managers are aligned well and keep me transparent about the process. They’ve delivered a good product.Tranz Technologies uses an ERP tool where the timeline and status of all the tasks are updated. I’m able to track the project completely. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their project management style is impressive. I’ve worked with many software companies, and most have a good tech team but not a good project management team. Tranz Technologies’ project management team is good; they handle everything perfectly. They understand the requirements well and deliver what we want.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They keep me comfortable throughout the project, so I don’t have anything specific to say. They use ERPNext; maybe they can upgrade to a costly tool, but that will reflect in an increase in the project cost. For now, I’m happy.

Tranz Technologies’ project has helped improve our online visibility, website presence, and brand awareness. We’ve also seen an improvement in customer inquiries and digital reach, helping us connect with more potential customers and generate new business opportunities.Before working with Tranz Technologies, we received around 10–15 inquiries per month through online channels. After the project started, this increased to around 20–30 inquiries per month, representing a noticeable improvement in our online lead generation.

Tranz Technologies manages the project professionally and maintains good communication throughout the engagement. Tranz Technologies automated almost all our manual workflows with the new ERP. It had one-click account filing and easy payout activities. The AI-enabled distributor onboarding helped us increase the monthly onboarding from 6,000 to 11,000. Overall, we automated 20–25% of the manual workflows, which helped us save in employee salaries. We had a 20–25% reduction in employee costs, which was roughly around 10 lakhs INR (approximately $12,000 USD) per month.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Tranz Technologies' team understood the problem clearly before commencing the work, which made me comfortable. We had multiple meetings to fix many workflows. Overall, they communicated well with us.
