I was in desperate need of a website that would represent me and TopOut Group was amazing bringing the feeling I was looking for.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

My personal PR from Kissing Lions public relations found TopOut and after presenting a few companies to me, I felt that TopOut was the one who listen the best and actually had the patience and expertise to design what I had in mind: a website that was efficient and easy to navigate, AND that had a cool, simple, yet striking look.

With my PR’s help we were able to decide on the look, then the navigation including the content and then tweak it once we had a nice solid skeleton.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

From what I understand, Christopher was the person taking car of the forefront but I believe there were about 3 people helping with coding and other fun elements.

The outcome was gorgeous and I am so happy with my website.

I doubt TopOut Group online, and after speaking with Chris, determined that his expertise was aligned perfectly with our needs. He is also one state away, which was also ideal.

TopOut Group was called upon immediately to assist with some DigitalOcean management and was able to step in and stabilize things for us with no hesitation. We have had ongoing maintenance and upgrade projects that are too many to list. TopOut is very flexible, responsive, and fast to resolve requests.

I worked with the owner, Chris.
