Measurable Outcomes Demonstrating Progress or Success:

• Enhanced Site Design & User Experience: The updated site offers a significantly more polished and professional look, with improved layout, navigation, and mobile responsiveness. While traffic levels haven’t changed yet, the overall feel and functionality of the site now match the quality of our in-store experience.
• Improved Functionality: Features like collection organization, product filtering, and embroidery personalization are now working smoothly and intuitively — which wasn’t the case before the redesign.
• Internal Workflow Improvements: Product uploads, categorization, and image handling have become more efficient for our team, making it easier to keep the site updated and grow our online offerings.
• Foundation for Growth: Although we haven’t launched our full marketing strategy yet, the new site is now properly structured and ready to support upcoming marketing efforts, including email campaigns, A/B testing, and better conversion tracking.

Their project management was strong overall. They were very responsive and prompt in communication throughout the process. Whenever issues came up — even ones that couldn’t be fixed immediately — they stayed on it and worked persistently until they found a solution. We felt supported and listened to, and their team was flexible in responding to our evolving needs. While we didn’t have rigid deadlines, they kept things moving at a steady pace and were clear about what to expect next.

What impressed us most about this company was their persistence and responsiveness. If something wasn’t working, they didn’t give vague answers or pass it off — they kept digging until they found a fix. We also appreciated that they really listened to what we needed and weren’t just pushing a cookie-cutter solution. The final result felt custom to us, and it matched our brand in a way that we hadn't been able to achieve before.

It also made a difference to work with a company that shares our values and understands the nuances of our customer base and business needs without us having to explain everything in detail. That alignment helped things move more smoothly and naturally throughout the process.

The measurable outcomes were very straighforward: TopLine Media delivered results in a timely and consisent fashion, meaning that our firm received more calls on the cases that we like to handle.  These measurable results started early on and they have consistently progressed throughout our relationship with TopLine Media, which is ongoing.  They promised and they delivered!

We were brand new to Google Ads and Analytics and their team would provide short loom videos to help me understand what I was looking at, how to read analytics - they not only did the work, they ensured I understood the work. Their team is a pleasure to partner with! And, they are just that - partners!

Our particular business model relies on the input of women as our audience is almost entirely female. We only had the opportunity to work with male team members at Topline, for the most part. I think it would have been useful to engage with more female members of their team.

So far, our leads have become consistent and are working within our stated financial goals. We speak consistently about issues or pain points with ad spend, cost per lead and lead quality. All of our questions are answered in a timely manner. After dealing with a few different vendors, I am able to say that we are in trustworthy hands and that our dollars are being spent wisely.
