We wanted to do a fresh reboot of our website to shake things up from a marketing standpoint.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We went with Tiny Frog Technologies for their web development services. The partnership started with them asking some very pointed questions about our company and what we do — they also went through the weeds of our history, what makes us different, and how our clients and customers perceive us.

After that discovery phase, they laid out the budget, organized the schedule, and proceeded to translate all that information into the design and development of our website. What we wanted was something people could easily understand, so we required them to provide us with a simple design and muted graphics. They also took the existing content from our old site and weaved them into the appropriate areas in the new one.

We mainly work with Michelle (Web Designer), Chelsea (Development Coordinator & Support), and Andrea (Design & Development Coordinator), but there are at least five different people on the emails and at any given moment.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were always too busy to attend various business conferences, so this website would be our only window to the outside world. We receive positive feedback about our website and it signifies we’re a real law firm and it’s able to convey the image we need to convey.

How did Tiny Frog Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

With regards to their project management, I give them a 10 out of 10. They’re incredibly patient, and they’re always waiting on us. It’s just amazing what they do, especially since they’re able to stick to the schedule through each and every phase of the project.

Not only do they listen and provide us with a fresh perspective, but they also think from the perspective of clients and how they would think about our company. Everyone involved in the project is united on the job front, and we have a really great experience working with them.

We use Zoom to communicate and manage the files and images through Google Docs.

What did you find most impressive about them?

One of the things I like about them is they’re able to accommodate changes in real-time with no delays — they’re capable of adjusting faster than we can ever imagine. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I honestly tried to think through this question the previous night, but I can’t think of anything they could improve on — they underpromised and overdelivered, so we couldn’t be happier working with them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would advise them to get out of their own way, trust in their vision, and let them do all the lifting. They’re more than capable of listening to what you have to tell them, and they’ll give you as much time as you need to convey your message.

We started off our company 10 years ago doing an executive search, and we expanded our services along the way. In connection with that, our previous name Alliance Executive Search didn’t properly reflect all the things we did as a company. As a result, we decided to rebrand. As part of that, we wanted to launch a new website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tiny Frog Technologies built our website from scratch. They were our designers; we gave them our content, and they gave us our platform’s design layout. We also shared information about our business, and they were fully aware of our services. However, we didn’t expect them to understand the nuances of our business. 

Their main goal was to give us a fresh look and layout while integrating some elements that were found on our old website. Our company went through multiple websites and found things such as testimonial sliders, and the Tiny Frog Technologies team helped us capture everything and bring them to a finished product.

For the testimonials, we gave them guide questions so that they could show what we wanted to display on our website. The team is now hosting our platform, and they provide us with technical support whenever we need it. As part of that, they integrate minor adjustments on our site.

We’re working with three people, but we closely collaborate with Andrea (Designer & Development Coordinator) who’s in charge of building customized pages. Carole (Web Designer) also worked with us during the wireframing stage for more than a month.

Our company talked to a different provider, but they were really expensive. We were only a small company so we didn’t really need a platform that cost that much. After that, someone referred us to Tiny Frog Technologies; we talked to them, and we felt comfortable that they could deliver what we needed. More importantly, they offered us a good balance with what we needed — they were capable of doing what we required to do and they offered cost-effective services.

Our website turned out great, and a lot of people have been telling us that our website looks awesome and professionally done, which is why I’m giving this review. Internally, we love our website; since the start, they’ve been giving us good designs. On top of that, they’ve been committed to helping us.

How did Tiny Frog Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve always been on our side, and they always have our backs. Since projects don’t go flawlessly all the time, having a reliable vendor like Tiny Frog Technologies really helps. Thanks to them, the whole process has been very pleasant — we’ve never felt stressed.

We communicate through Zoom, video calls, and emails. Additionally, they’re easy to work with, and they are receptive to our ideas. Overall, we’re pleased with the team’s services.

We appreciate that they take time to get things right, allowing us to produce exceptional work. They’ve also been very patient with us — we’ve never felt rushed with them. I’m a partner at a financial planning firm. We help 50-year-old and over retirees to save money on taxes, invest their retirement savings efficiently, and create income streams so they don’t run out of money.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tiny Frog Technologies?

The financial industry is heavily regulated, so many web development firms have created cookie-cutter template websites that fit the regulator’s mold. However, those sites don’t have enough flexibility to market efficiently, so it seemed like a waste.

We brought Tiny Frog on board to redesign and rebuild the WordPress website. We wanted it to be an actual revenue-generating tool and marketing funnel.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, Tiny Frog interviewed us, got an idea of our problems and what we wanted, and asked us for examples. After we decided to go with them, they let us know the expectations regarding phases and what information they’d request from us. Then, they introduced us to the different people we’d be talking to at each stage.

The blog functionality was a lot more open, and we were able to simplify the website’s design to turn people toward one action, which was to schedule a consultation with us. They played a big part in the design. We had a clear vision, so we basically hired them to set the site exactly as we wanted it.

What is the team composition?

We worked with four people. In the beginning, there was one person who took all of our information and communicated it back to their team.

Our main point of contact coordinated us with the other people in the project, and we communicated with her. We also had someone in charge of design, and then the other person was the WordPress trainer.

Someone recommended them. He was in a local firm like ours, and he’d used Tiny Frog. We didn’t even compare them against anybody else because I’d frequently visited that website, and I liked its layout.

We got in touch with Tiny Frog, and they had some experience in our industry. They’d done other websites besides that one, so they were sure they could provide a lot of nuance and do things according to regulation.

So far, we’ve spent $15,350 in total.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in May 2021. The site is live, but they still do a couple of backend checks to make sure that the Google search console is correctly set up, among other things. Also, we hired them again to install some plugins as a side project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website went live recently, and the way that the blog is structured and set up is 100 times better than before. We were forced to have a certain number of pages with the other website, which were just nonsense and clutter. It took us ten steps to get someone from our first step of the marketing funnel to the second one. It didn’t allow us to get to the point, so we had a higher bounce rate.

Now, people are going straight to the second part of the marketing funnel. It’s a huge change, so we know that our numbers will improve.

On the other hand, we had a response from another industry professional. They randomly decided to visit our site, and they were surprised to see it was different. They didn’t think it was us until they went to the about page. Our website is now more professional, so we look like a much bigger firm.

How did Tiny Frog Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Their communication was fantastic. We had a main representative, and she was our go-to person whenever we needed any minor fix. We just communicated with her, and she would loop them into the conversation or go ahead and take care of it directly. Also, they always copied me on emails to ensure there wasn’t miscommunication when they passed it on.

During development, they gave me their input and worked well with us. If I showed them something that could be harmful to the website ow wouldn’t be optimal, they let me know and provided options.

For the initial designs, they used their own system. We did Zoom meetings, and they used the app to show us their work. After the meeting, they’d send a link to a dummy website so we could go around, highlight things, and comment. The feedback would be saved into a master document, and Tiny Frog would be notified so they could review it. Finally, they’d comment back to me via email and the page with their answers. It was very nice.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Communication was probably the best part. They were a boutique firm, but they had excellent client service.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think it’s not one of their core competencies, but they didn’t set the website with basic SEO. They installed an SEO plugin that we asked for, but when the site first went live, several pages didn’t have meta descriptions. Therefore, even if they set up Google search console and all the other things correctly, it looked really strange on Google.

Have a clear vision of what you want the site to look like and do or inspiration from other websites.

I’m the founder and managing director of an IT management consulting firm. We specialize in digital transformation, specifically sound the area of application integration and API management development.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tiny Frog Technologies?

Our website was built when we started the business back in 2014. It was antiquated, and we’d never driven business from it. It was traditionally informational, and we were looking for ways to source new business.

We wanted to drive potential customers to our site and create a sense of call to action, and our site wasn’t cutting it. Our goal was to create a new look and feel for the site — rebrand it, provide more information, and make it more compelling for potential prospects so they could reach out to us after reviewing our material.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tiny Frog built us a self-serving site and provided the training to use it. They created the initial design and specialized in WordPress and content management capabilities to manage the website on our own. The self-service areas were primarily around adding product offerings to drive prospective customers to our site.

One of the new service offerings we created was a service called “Accelerators and Solutions,” which will be constantly updated. Other self-service options included updating job descriptions, content, and the overall material that needs to be refreshed at times.

What is the team composition?

We had a project manager throughout the process and a primary point of contact for each phase. We went through two different stages, and each one had a separate primary contact.

How did you come to work with Tiny Frog Technologies?

We went out and did an online search, and Clutch was one of the sources we used. We saw that Tiny Frog had a lot of good reviews, and we looked at some of their reference sites. Then, we reached out to them and asked for additional sites.

Overall, we did an extensive search across 5–6 different vendors. We spent a lot of time in the upfront process and getting proposals from these vendors, including their working approach and reviews of their existing sites. We went deeper into the ones we liked and set up a time to discuss what we were looking for. In the end, we felt most comfortable with Tiny Frog to move forward.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $14,000 on the initial project. We also have a hosting fee that includes backend support, which is $95 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2021, and we just went live at the beginning of October 2021. Now, we’re utilizing them for hosting services.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven’t received analytics to compare what we had versus now, but we did an email marketing push to our customer base. Since the launch, we’ve incorporated the new website announcements in all of our client presentations, and it’s driven viewers to the site. Also, the feedback has been great, and we’ve received tremendous comments from the people we’ve worked with.

How did Tiny Frog Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was one of the highlights. It was easy to work with them, and we had a great relationship. We had a consistent manager throughout the process, so we had a primary point of contact from start to finish, even if there was a handoff from phase to phase.

We initially hoped to finish by June or July. However, the work was dependent on us generating content for them, so we got significantly delayed. They never rushed us, which we appreciated. Moreover, we were a dynamic customer, so we had a lot of last-minute changes. Tiny Frog was very flexible with us and accommodating to all the little things we put on them, and they never complained about it.

What did you find most impressive about them?

In the beginning, we didn’t know what to expect. This was the second website that we put up, and the first one was rushed and didn’t have a lot of content. On the other hand, Tiny Frog laid it out clearly and walked us through the whole process. They held our hand all the way through and produced a product that we were very happy with. Overall, they had a high level of service and quality, and they were good at what they did. We couldn’t have asked for a better project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I frankly cannot think of one specific thing. We’ll work with them on further projects, and we expect the same level of service we’ve been getting.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you’re looking for a full-service firm that can deliver what they promise, Tiny Frog is very professional. They work as a large firm, but you get a personable level of service.

I’m the director of technology and innovation at Bradford & Barthel, a law firm that has offices across California and Nevada. We specialize in worker’s compensation and defense and employer defense cases.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tiny Frog Technologies?

Over the years, we’ve added a lot of information to our website, but not in a particularly user-friendly manner. On top of having a lot of convoluted dropdown menus, the site was becoming a bit stale from a marketing perspective. At the time of this project, our website had been around six years old, so it was time to give it a fresh look. We hired Tiny Frog to help us with that effort.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tiny Frog’s work entailed redesigning our website and building new wireframes to make it more user-friendly. We offer a lot of trainings and webinars and constantly update our blog, so we wanted people to easily find information around those.

The project was done in three phases, starting with an information-gathering and strategizing stage, followed by the actual designing and wireframing. The third phase involved the actual implementation of the design. 

We scheduled the site to go live last March 2021 but had to update the pictures of our attorneys at the last minute. Coordinating during the time of COVID-19 was difficult and it took us a while to get everybody’s headshots taken, so the actual launch only took place a couple of weeks back.

We were in touch with 8–9 individuals from Tiny Frog. I served as the intermediary between their team and our company.

How did you come to work with Tiny Frog Technologies?

We have an internal social media committee that consists of stakeholders, IT folks, a couple of attorneys, and people from different departments. The conversation about needing to update our website first started in that group, so I and a couple of other key individuals began to reach out to web developers that had experience working with law firms.

We showed the committee some of the portfolios we had collected and voted for the agency whose design we liked best. Tiny Frog’s design gained a lot of favor, and that’s how we came to work with them.

We started the partnership in October 2020 and it is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It's only been under two weeks since the website went live so we don’t have much to pull from it in terms of solid metrics. We have, however, received a lot of great feedback both internally and from our clients. 

People have found our website to be very adaptive to different screen sizes and devices. It’s important in this day and age to have a mobile-responsive website, so we consider that a success. I've also heard that some clients have reached out to our marketing department, expressing their appreciation of the website’s design.

How did Tiny Frog Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

They were great in this regard. The team was very organized, which is one of the reasons we decided to hire them in the first place. We adhered well to the project plan, budget, and timeframes. 

The communication was also great throughout. Each phase was led by a different person, all of whom were excellent to work with. Overall, it was a great experience. They were responsive to our needs.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive aspect of Tiny Frog’s work is their end-product. The team even incorporated subtle visual elements to highlight the well-selected color scheme. 

Great project management aside, they were able to create a professional website that we were very happy with. Even with various stakeholders and design preferences at play, they were able to accommodate all of our suggestions. In the web design industry, that’s what is most important.

No, there’s none that I can think of. When we encountered issues along the way, we always openly communicated them to the team.

Be sure to put a good deal of effort into every phase of the project. Don’t wait until the last minute to provide your feedback. Participating in the conceptualization stage will greatly help Tiny Frog create a final product that you will be happy with.

I’m the people and operations manager at Founder’s CPA, a small boutique CPA firm that primarily focuses on accounting, tax, and CFO services for early-stage startups in the fintech and blockchain spaces. I handle HR, project management, and all non-technical accounting functions.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tiny Frog Technologies?

Our previous website was designed in-house using a WordPress template. Since web design wasn’t our area of expertise, the site was laggy and took forever to load on mobile devices. Meanwhile, most of our contacts were from inbound marketing, so we wanted our website to match our services and the clients we wanted to attract. On top of that, as we were moving more into the blockchain space, our company wanted to ensure that users could easily navigate the website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had an initial meeting with Tiny Frog to go over our goals and focus areas, including information and architecture. Then, we worked with Carole (Web Designer) to determine the look and feel that we wanted for our UI. We also identified the pages we wanted to customize. 

After that, we worked with Alixis (Development Coordinator & Support) for the site’s content and actual development. We carried over content from our previous site to the new one, but we also added new content to ensure everything was more aligned with our goals. Apart from that, we also reorganized and added a few sections to the website.

At present, the site is live, but we’ve been in contact with Tiny Frog for usability improvement and website tweaks.

We primarily work with a dedicated team from Tiny Frog. Our team collaborates with Carole on UI design, while Alixis oversees the site’s development. She’s not an actual developer, but she serves as the project manager. We’ve also touched base with Mikel (CEO & Founder) and Jessica (Marketing Director) following the launch of the website to go over our marketing strategies. 

How did you come to work with Tiny Frog Technologies?

I did the initial search for design firms and used different directories to find Tiny Frog, including Clutch. We were a small firm so we didn’t want to spend $20,000–$30,000 on web redesign. Tiny Frog met that requirement and worked well within our budget. On top of that, we didn’t have a specific timeframe, and that sat well with their schedule.

The main deciding factor was that I had a good conversation with Mikel during our initial call. He explained everything well, and they had a clear-cut process that made it easy for me and one of our managing partners to hire them. They also seemed to have plenty of experience in the financial services sector, so it made sense for us to go with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

From a qualitative perspective, our website looks much nicer now, and its load times are faster. We’ve also received plenty of good feedback from clients and colleagues who’ve checked the site out. Likewise, our domain authority has gone up, and we rank better for our key search terms. Our business has also seen an uptick in inbound requests for consultations.

Overall, we’ve been happy with Tiny Frog’s help in restructuring the site. Now, we can send our clients to a more organized page that contains more information than our previous site. This has made everything easier for us; it’s been a truly positive experience. 

How did Tiny Frog Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

The Tiny Frog team is highly responsive via email. We’ve also had a great experience in terms of content production; they have a comprehensive Google Spreadsheet that we can fill out to give them the information they need for content. Delays are on our end. We’ve had a busy tax season, so we haven’t been responsive. In any case, we haven’t had any issues with the timeline; there aren’t any delays on their side. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re straightforward when it comes to communication and marketing strategies. I never feel that they’re upselling me; they listen to what we want and tell us what they can offer to match our needs. Overall, the service feels customized to our business.

In addition, their pricing structure has also been straightforward. We can decide and figure out how their structure can work within our budget, making the whole process easier. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only communication hiccup we’ve had involves scheduling meetings. For instance, we’ve had to follow up with them a couple of times because calendar invites aren’t sent. 

Moreover, we’ve been a bit confused about some delivery dates. For one, we didn’t realize that we were holding up the entire process because we didn’t give them a certain piece of content.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

During your initial call, let the Tiny Frog team explicitly break down what they need from you by what date. Make sure that you understand their deadlines. On top of that, give them a good idea of what you’re interested in; provide them with reference points such as websites that you like. This way, your teams will be on the same page.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Mikel did a great job of explaining how the process generally works and all that goes into it. He was very up front and clear about all steps, what is needed from me without making it overwhelming.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

I was first introduced to all members of the team to discuss the process, the vision of the website/brand, the designer, and the builder/architect. We started with the vision for my firm and how I want my messaging to come across, came up with a general outline for the site then moved to design and finally building out the website.

There were 4 team members total outside of the owner that I worked with. They were all very good listeners and very responsive as small changes and adjustments came up along the way. I'm the VP of marketing at ClearPoint Neuro, Inc., a medical device company that focuses on the neurosurgical space. We provide devices for medical procedures that treat epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, tumors, and rare genetic childhood disorders.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our website was established in 2002, so it's fair to say that its design and functionalities were outdated. Tiny Frog Technologies helped us reinvent our platform in line with our recent rebranding efforts.

We specifically needed the website to be linked to our investor site, so Tiny Frog Technologies implemented design solutions and used the necessary technologies to synchronize the two platforms, both function- and design-wise.

Additionally, their team developed a portal that allowed physicians to submit research and educational grants in our efforts to remain compliant with our industry's funding regulations. Their team also generated several calls to action and landing pages to help us generate more organic leads.

The project ran from February–June 2021. Tiny Frog Technologies is currently doing a free plug-in sprint to help us with our campaign, but it's not included in our project scope.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our internal staff waited a long time for our website to be refurbished, and they weren't disappointed once they saw Tiny Frog Technologies' work. A lot of investors also expressed their interest in partnering up with us, and we got a lot of qualitative feedback on Twitter as well — the positive response to their team's work was overwhelming. We also received a higher rate of organic leads through our newsletters and other web campaigns.

We used Google Meet to communicate and have feedback sessions with Tiny Frog Technologies. They were a collaborative team that took our opinions into consideration and were always available when we needed to discuss matters about our project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was really impressed with their in-depth work process. Tiny Frog Technologies was able to determine and highlight the needs of our company through their work, and each phase of the project was always well-strategized and executed.

There were a couple of instances wherein we had to deal with the inaccuracies of some solutions they provided, so we had to review those phases to apply changes.

Appoint an efficient project manager to oversee the entire process. Tiny Frog Technologies will work effectively and deliver what you want when their efforts are recognized and everyone cooperates to meet timelines.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the director of marketing for the SAE Institute in the North American region. We’re a global organization, and we have a number of campuses worldwide for creative media courses and curricula.

Only in this region, we have campuses in six major cities in the US, and another one in Vancouver, Canada. I’m in charge of overseeing all of the marketing that we do.

In the US, we focus more on audio programs, and we offer education for people who want to become audio engineers, music producers, or any other career in the audio industry.

We also focus on the entertainment business, preparing students for careers in that area. Additionally, we have programs for digital films. Basically, we’re on the creative and entertainment industry side of things.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tiny Frog Technologies?

We were interested in having a better platform for lead generation. We also wanted a better engagement for one of our programs located in our Miami campus, which was taught completely in Spanish.

Prior to this project, we didn’t have enough resources for our prospective and current students on this program. Everything on our main website was in English, as well as many of our marketing materials.

Although the program had existed for a few years, we were a little behind on making sure that we had the right materials to support those students. We wanted to create a microsite that could help us address that challenge and provide the students a place where they could find information about the program to decide if it was the right fit for them.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tiny Frog Technologies has helped us develop a pretty straightforward website on WordPress. We requested them for the site to be very responsive in terms of design, and we needed it to be optimized for mobile devices.

We also wanted lead generation forms in various places throughout the site, so prospects could indicate that they were interested in the program and submit their information.

We also requested them for places on the site where we could demonstrate who our faculty were and showcase a little bit more about the campus and the program itself, so students could get a better idea of what they were getting into.

What is the team composition?

We’ve been working most closely with Alixis (Development Coordinator & Support), but there has been a whole team involved, and they all have their specialties. We’ve also worked with Maria (Web Strategist), Mikel (CEO & Founder), and Michelle (Web Designer).

How did you come to work with Tiny Frog Technologies?

Coming to work with Tiny frog Technologies was a pretty streamlined process. They were a referral from our general manager here. He had been working with our parent organization for a long time, and he had worked with Tiny Frog Technologies in the past. We were able to move forward with them thanks to the good experience that our general manager had.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent under $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2021. The project is wrapping up now, but we will continue to work with them on an ongoing basis for technical support. We’ve also signed on with them for a second project that hasn’t begun yet.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Visually, the site that Tiny Frog Technologies created looks as intended — it looks great! It also seems to be functioning quite well.

The team has been supportive about anything that has come up. As with any other site, once we launched it, we found a couple of aspects that weren’t functioning the way we intended. Tiny Frog Technologies has been very quick to jump in and help remedy those situations.

Since the website has been recently launched, we don’t have a lot of metrics to report on the success of the project. We will be measuring that based on the web traffic to the site and, of course, the leads generated. We hope to see these results in the next couple of months.

How did Tiny Frog Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Their communication and project management skills are strong. We mostly communicate over email, and we have some conference calls. Tiny Frog Technologies uses InVision for the designs, which is not necessarily a project management tool, but it’s great.

It has been really helpful for us to be able to review the different designs for the pages and provide comments directly within the application; it has made things really streamlined.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Tiny Frog Technologies’ project management approach is really impressive. Although they break the project in these different silos and departments, they seem to be very well prepared, and they have a good information share between their teams.

Ever since the beginning, it was very clear which were the stages that we were going to take and which people were going to be our main point of contact for each stage.

They have been really proactive in reaching out to us, managing the upcoming meetings, giving us feedback, and providing us with the timelines — everything has been really clear, and it has been different from other experiences that I've had in the past.

Tiny Frog Technologies is also very capable at their work. They’ve been able to make changes for us very easily and implement various aspects to the site based on our feedback in a very simple and straightforward way. They’ve been really thorough and capable of paying attention to detail, which has been really helpful.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their QA can always be improved. This site is in Spanish, and, after launch, there were a couple of situations where some buttons were still in English. This is common with any website launch — there’s always something to change.

Overall, Tiny Frog Technologies did a good job making sure that the site was working well before launch. However, we caught those few errors after launch that we would have preferred to be caught before, but it wasn’t a big issue.

If you’re in the middle of a lot of options, you should consider working with Tiny Frog Technologies. They’re a really good service provider.

Trust them — you’re putting your project in good hands. They clearly care about each project, and they have the skills to do it. They also make themselves very available, and their pricing isn’t too expensive.

The team started from scratch to build our new WordPress platform. There were some features they pulled from our previous site, but it needed a major overhaul. One of the new features they integrated into our site was an online scheduling tool.

The new site also has more advanced interactions for clients, including pop-ups, downloadable content, and a marketing list. Their team also created navigational graphics on the site.

Clients should be sure that they have the bandwidth themselves to do their part. Tiny Frog can’t do that since it isn’t their business.
