ThrillX audited our website from top to bottom. They looked at everything from the messaging, the copy, how the page was structured, the visual design, and how all of it worked together from a conversion standpoint. What made it useful was that they had us fill out an onboarding form ahead of time, so by the time they got into it, they already had context on our business and who we were trying to reach. The recommendations they came back with were specific and prioritized, covering copy improvements, design changes, and structural fixes that would move the needle on conversions.

We needed to redesign and develop our website to make it more professional. We also needed better brand colors and a new logo.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ThrillX redesigned and developed our website using Webflow, because our previous site was based on WordPress. We started with a call with the owner to gauge what we were looking for. We told them everything about us, including our positioning. They put together a proposal in line with what other companies had proposed. We decided to go with ThrillX.

They provided a rough draft of the first site and helped us identify the color palette we wanted to use. Our existing brand colors didn’t match what we wanted the site to feel like. We gave ThrillX full authority to suggest new brand colors and a new logo. They were very collaborative in the whole process.

We did three rounds of revisions. ThrillX made the changes and submitted the site to us. They also redid our logo, which wasn’t part of the deal. We finally launched the site. ThrillX sent over video tutorials on how to navigate Webflow. They were even helpful after the fact when we had questions.

We mainly worked with two teammates: the owner and a designer. We also worked with a third person who helped us with technical issues.

We found them through a Google and Gemini search. We interviewed several companies. ThrillX showed up at the top of the search results. We chose them because of their conversion optimization approach. We wanted not only a site that looked good, but also that was conversion-optimized.

We started working with them in February 2026, and we launched the site in May 2026.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our site looks great and performs excellently. We’ve gotten a lot of great feedback on it. The site gives the feeling we were looking for from the very beginning. ThrillX’s ability to understand the feelings we wanted the users to have was spot on. Overall, ThrillX's work met our expectations.

How did ThrillX perform from a project management standpoint?

They were exceptional at project management; it's probably ThrillX's strongest suit. ThrillX reduced the time of our project under the condition that we gave them comments within 24 hours, and they reduced the timeline by around four weeks. They met our deadlines and stayed on budget. We communicated through email and video calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

ThrillX’s communication, timeliness, and responsiveness were impressive. It was rare that we didn’t hear back from them within 24 hours. ThrillX was on top of communicating with us and holding up to their timelines.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We asked them to do the project faster, and they said they could if we gave our responses within 24 hours. When they sent us the next draft, we essentially had 24 hours to give them all our comments. Although our situation was unique, it would have helped to have a heads-up a day or two in advance to fit things into our schedules.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a clear understanding of what you want from the beginning. ThrillX will take your idea and go in the direction you want. If you’re unsure about what you want, voice that and figure it out first so that the team doesn't build something that isn't what you're looking for. Ensure you do your own preparation work in advance. Think about how you want the users to feel and have a general outline of what you’re expecting from ThrillX.

We started the project by discussing my ideas, content, and branding. ThrillX then came back with ideas on how to lay things out. They helped me put my thoughts and ideas into reality. I didn’t know what I was doing when it came to building a website, so it was nice to have someone guide me through the process and do it for me.

The site was laid out to be very informative. Someone can come to my website and understand exactly what my product, brand, and offerings are. Moreover, it has an about page and pages with all my products, pictures of ingredients, and information about what they do. The site also has fully functioning sales funnels to attract people and get them interested in purchasing the product. Users can purchase through various payment methods, including PayPal, credit card, and debit card.

I worked with Arsh and communicated directly with him the whole time. He had a full team working behind the scenes, and we interacted through video calls and email, which made things easy.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

ThrillX built a fully functional Shopify website. The website is live and ready to go, but I haven't launched it yet because I’m waiting for my product to come in. However, I showed the website to my close circle, and everybody was very impressed. Overall, most people were surprised at how good it looks.

How did ThrillX perform from a project management standpoint?

There were no surprises from this end. Everything was very clear-cut, and I was never surprised by the price, which they were very upfront about. If I needed something extra that would cost more money, we discussed it. We communicated through Zoom and email.

I really enjoyed working with Arsh. He was a great guy, and it was easy to work with him. He made the whole process easy for me to understand. I talked to a couple of other companies, and I didn’t understand what I was getting for the price they were giving me. In contrast, Arsh made everything very clear.

We brought ThrillX on board to help revamp our dashboard, focusing on four main user flows. From the start, they really took the time to understand our vision and what we needed to improve. They guided us through the whole process, from design concepts to final tweaks, making sure everything aligned with both our business goals and what our users actually need.

They also really nailed the balance between functionality and aesthetics, focusing on making the experience easier and more intuitive for our users.

Some of the key deliverables included:

On top of that, we’ve received a lot of positive feedback from users who’ve mentioned how much smoother and more intuitive the experience feels. It’s great to see that the changes really made a difference in how people interact with the platform and overall business impact as well.

I’m the digital marketing manager for Wightman Telecom, a service provider of internet, TV, and mobility in certain areas of rural Ontario.

We needed help with website development. We had an existing website, but it was outdated. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ThrillX built a custom website for us. We broke the project into four phases and paid them after each one. The first phase was the discovery, where they did a lot of market research. They used different apps to watch consumer behavior on our current site and see what confused people. The second phase was thinking about the design, colors, and vibe we wanted to get with our target audience. The next step was developing and coding the site according to what we needed. The last phase was launching the site.

ThrillX built the site from scratch. We supplied some videos, and they provided stock photos and videos for the site. We also gave them our logo. We wanted a fast website since our previous site was lagging, and they worked with us to streamline the customer journey. ThrillX directed us to WP Engine, which powers the site.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 5–6 teammates from ThrillX, including a copywriter, a designer, and a developer. My main contact was the owner, Arsh.

How did you come to work with ThrillX?

I found them online while searching for companies on various review sites. We received five quotes and talked to five different service providers. Arsh put together a proposal for us. I met with him via Google Meet, and he put a lot of effort into the first official pitch compared to the other companies.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2024, and the website was launched in December 2024. We’re currently working with ThrillX to come up with a custom maintenance package but we haven't signed a contract yet.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our SEO extremely improved. We used to be on page two of search results for internet service providers in one of our service areas, and now we’re on page one. The feedback was amazing. Our web traffic and click-through rate increased, too.

There weren’t any bugs, but there were a couple of things during the launch that weren’t ThrillX's fault. We had a lot of internal things for our ordering process, and they had to connect that. We also had a chatbot for our customer service and tech support. They had to call the actual app for the chatbot to get it on the website.

How did ThrillX perform from a project management standpoint?

ThrillX did great and delivered work on time. Every Thursday, we had a team meeting via Google Meet to show me the progress and ask questions. ThrillX exceeded our expectations and was happy to help with any questions.

ThrillX was great at what they did. They took my vision and created a site that exceeded my expectations. They were professional and personable. ThrillX talked to me on the same level instead of using technical language.

• The website will be built using WordPress with the Elementor Pro page builder and Astra WordPress Theme or a template/theme from Envato Elements.
• Client is responsible for purchasing the Elementor Pro page-builder which costs $99/yr (USD). Client will also be responsible for paying for either the Astra Essential Bundle which costs $169 for the first year  R the Astra ProBundle which costs $59/year depending on whether Client chooses a free theme or premium theme from here. If the client chooses Envato Elements, the pricing is $21 CAD per month.
• Both of these are necessary to run the WordPress template and allow for Client to easily maintain the website in the future.
• Client requires the design and development of 4 key pages.
• All design elements will be limited to the components, sections, and layouts available in the approved template design. Agency can move around sections, duplicate sections, remove sections, and switch out all of the content (images, text, icons,colors, logos, etc).
• The Client is responsible for providing a preliminary content document that outlines all of the rough content that will be located on each page. Only once provided with this information will Agency commence the writing of all of the main headers for the website to avoid delays to the timeline. The timeline will only officially start once this preliminary content document is provided to help guide the design of the wireframes.
• Client will receive two official rounds of revisions with the terms being outlined under the ‘Revisions’ section of this document.
• Agency will be responsible for writing the main and body text for all pages based on the principles of a high-converting website.
• Agency will source images using Pexels.com and Unsplash.com when applicable should Client not have its own photos readily available. Any photos or videos that require purchase will be billed directly to the Client and payable by Client upon mutual agreement.
