I'm the founder and creator of a creative and media agency. My primary role is to provide consulting services to finance companies. I also create and share videos about these companies with my audience to attract potential customers.

What challenge were you trying to address with ThrillX?

I hired ThrillX to help me get my website up and running.

What was the scope of their involvement? 

ThrillX assisted me in creating an e-commerce website, including the entire design and development. They also helped me with lead magnets, Linktree, and my overall branding. 

I shared examples of the website design I desired. We had a call to discuss my requirements in detail, including the colors I wanted and the page layout. The team created a sample design through Figma, which we refined through a few iterations. They developed the website while considering my desired functionality and app integrations. After completion, the team followed up to ensure everything was working correctly.

To sell my products on the website, we utilized Shopify as the main platform. To capture emails and create an email list, Klaviyo was integrated. Additionally, PageFly, a page builder, was used to enhance the branding and design of the pages.

Initially, I'd engaged another agency to build a website for me, but they couldn't continue the project due to unforeseen circumstances. Fortunately, they introduced me to ThrillX, who took up the task.

I worked with ThrillX from December 2021–March 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I use my Linktree to direct my audience to all my content. ThrillX did an excellent job with the design and provided all the necessary features I required. The engagement was successful.

How did ThrillX perform from a project management standpoint?

The ThrillX team stayed on top of the deadlines and was very proactive with anything I told them. All communication was through email, texts, and phone calls. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Working with the team was a seamless and enjoyable experience. I didn't have to put in much effort to collaborate with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I'd hoped that the website would offer more features without the need for additional apps, but I understand that this may have been too much. Some apps required an extra fee for certain services, but it didn't bother me too much. All in all, my experience with ThrillX was positive.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Knowing what you want and being very clear with your requirements is helpful. That will make it easier for ThrillX to deliver the best results possible.

We needed to develop our company’s website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ThrillX has designed and developed our website using Shopify. We provide them with images and written content for our consumers and main target audience. I initially created an account on Shopify, and ThrillX created the site from there. They offered us to use other platforms, but we were adamant about the fact that we were a two-product company at the moment — that’s why we considered Shopify would be our best option. 

Our site’s main purpose is for users to know and buy our products. The site also has an educational blog and testimonial videos. I’m unsure which design tool ThrillX has used, but they’ve shown me the mock-ups in images that I could manipulate before integrating them into the site. ThrillX has shared the designs in a PDF that I showed to my father — he’s in his mid-60s and is the founder of the company. We have an ongoing engagement, and ThrillX edits the site as needed. 

ThrillX also offers SEO services but advised me not to use them yet due to the stage my website is at. However, ThrillX has recommended me another company that helps me with my Facebook Ads and Google Ads.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We haven’t launched our website yet, so we don’t have quantitative metrics to share. However, ThrillX’s customer service is second to none, and they’ve done a fantastic job at communicating a novel idea. 

Moreover, ThrillX is knowledgeable and polished. ThrillX has been crucial for our company’s networking and contacted me with companies I could potentially work with in the future. I trust ThrillX's recommendations. 

How did ThrillX perform from a project management standpoint?

ThrillX meets deadlines and is extremely approachable. We communicate through Zoom, Google Meet, emails, phone calls, and text messages. ThrillX always gets back to me, usually within the same day. 

Overall, ThrillX has been transparent since the beginning of our engagement. They didn’t try to sell me the most expensive package, and instead, their budget saved me money compared to other competitors. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with ThrillX’s communication skills. ThrillX is really good at explaining complex concepts to users who aren’t involved in web development — like my father and me.

I can’t think of anything negative about ThrillX.

When you get revisions on a Shopify or WordPress development project, ensure you check and read everything on the website. You’ll get a certain amount of revisions, and you have to make sure you do your part and read everything they deliver. ThrillX is very clear about the number of revisions you get, and I recommend being meticulous when you review their work so you don’t waste a revision.

Before touching a pixel of design, we had several discovery sessions with their team where they asked detailed questions to understand our business inside and out. They learned more about our value proposition, who are ideal target demographic was, and our personal goals for the company. They developed detailed user personas and journey maps to guide the rest of their design decisions.

During the design phase, they went through iterative sprints to create mock-ups based on requirements and functionality. They also hosted ideation sessions and contributed to discussions surrounding the bigger picture strategy of our business. They conducted user-tests on our mock-ups and created high-fidelity screens. Upon receiving sign-off, we moved over to the development phase. It was truly a collaborative effort in which we were involved every step of the way.

We are an Influencer Marketing company that helps companies scale through various Influencer Marketing services. We specialize in = gifting campaigns, virality campaigns and Influencer Whitelisting where we run ads from the influencer's profile

Our website was running ads and had a low conversion rate. At our current conversion rate, it did not make sense for us to continue running ads. We needed the website to start converting at least 5% of visitors to be profitable.

We searched all over the place for different vendors. We interviewed about a dozen different companies. ThrillX design was originally referred by a trusted source. We ultimately went with them as we really liked their vision for our website.

The ThrillX Design team took several discovery calls to understand all of our pain points. They also interviewed multiple prospects to hear what they look for in a website. They then went through and made several rough drafts that we were able to review.

After publishing the website, they did several user tests to understand how people were interacting with the website. They then redesigned the website with all of the feedback that they had gotten.

In total we worked with 3 different members fo Thrillx's team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to see a 385% increase in conversion rate, 255% increase in monthly traffic and 94% increase in average session duration.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our project manager was willing to join our Slack and was very easily to stay in touch with throughout the entire process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was blown away by their creativity as well as attention to detail. As a bonus, they did not require our team to be very hands-on and were able to create most of our website copy without much of our involvement. The entire process was seamless.

We have no negative feedback. Not only did we love working with them, but anyone we have referred has as well.

Arsh and his team at ThrillX have been instrumental in building out and optimizing our Shopify e-commerce website. In just one month, we’ve seen a 53% increase in website conversions and a 13.5% increase in average order value thanks to their efforts.

ThrillX has increased our conversion rate by 10%–20% in about a month. We've also seen an increase of 100 extra leads monthly. Moreover, the team has provided a good amount of promising tests to conduct that we're yet to see the results of.
