We were always in touch with the team and received project updates once a week. I was very impressed with the fact that the team respected our deadlines. Clients can now customize their orders and provide details about recurring orders. Finally, THECON delivered a billing ERP that empowers us to add products, ingredients, clients, prospects, produce reports, and monitor our stock. They provided detailed documentation of the technologies they used and trained our team to use the website and ERP via tutorials.

Clients see our brand as professional and can place orders in a modern, easy way. The ERP has improved our productivity by providing insight into our most popular products and aggregating feedback from our clients.

We communicated weekly by phone or Skype or in-person to discuss any reports or updates. They facilitated feedback sessions that clarified our understanding of the overall concept, which we appreciated because we’re not technical in the slightest.
