Tericsoft’s project management was very strong. They worked in agile sprints, kept communication clear, and were always responsive to our needs. Most of the deliverables were completed on time, and in urgent cases they were able to deliver feature requests within few days, which was critical in our healthcare-sensitive operations. Their team adapted quickly, took ownership of issues, and ensured smooth execution without compromising quality.

Overall, our experience with Tericsoft has been excellent. If I had to suggest areas of improvement, I would highlight the need for more detailed documentation of certain modules to make onboarding and handovers smoother.

6,000 informal waste pickers partnered with and 101 full-time jobs created, highlighting the social impact enabled by transparent reporting.

77,61,356 metric tons of waste collected, tracked and made visible to corporate clients via the dashboard.

21,65,41,83.2 tons of CO₂ emissions averted, calculated and showcased through the sustainability reporting modules.
