The scope of work covered everything from discovery to deployment. Tenet began with in-depth brand and competitor research, followed by wireframing and UX mapping sessions. They then moved into high fidelity UI design, giving us multiple options and iterations based on our feedback. Once the design was finalized, their development team built the entire site using a custom CMS, ensuring it was fully responsive and SEO optimized. Key deliverables included a complete design system, UI mockups for all pages, mobile and desktop responsiveness, CMS integration, and post launch support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within just a few weeks of launching the new website, we saw a significant drop in bounce rate and a noticeable increase in average session duration. Our lead generation form submissions nearly doubled, and users were spending more time exploring our services. Internally, our team found the CMS extremely easy to use, which made content updates much more efficient. Overall, the improved user flow and design clearly resonated with our visitors.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I’d point to as needing improvement. The entire process from discovery to launch was smooth, collaborative, and well  executed. Tenet exceeded our expectations at every stage, and we’d absolutely work with them again without hesitation.

DoorDash is a hyperlocal food deliver product/company, and I work here as the product head. My job largely entails identifying customer needs, growing the product, and fulfilling larger business objectives.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire KodeGlobe Technologies, and what were your goals?

We hired KodeGlobe for re-designing our visual identity and then for redesigning the entire UI/UX for our website and mobile applications. We're all about innovating and scaling the product, by keeping our customers in focus. We wanted an agency which specializes in user-centered design.

SOLUTION

How did you select this KodeGlobe Technologies and what were the deciding factors?

KodeGlobe came highly recommended from another player in the industry, and we had good faith in their recommendation. We scheduled a few calls with KodeGlobe's product consultants, and they were pretty quick in absorbing the requirements in their entirety.

Their understanding of our requirements, and clear articulation of the process is what ultimately helped us starting the project with them.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

After the discovery sessions were completed, we signed the contract and started the project with them. A team of around 8-10 talented indviduals was allocated to our project with a project manager(PM) to manage the flow. We were also assigned an account manager who handled client servicing and was our point of contact throughout the project.

Their PM broke the entire project into week-long sprints and each sprint had various tasks under it. They used Notion(their PM tool) to manage the entire thing. First, they handled the visual identity work. They had their art director and branding specialist assigned to us during this phase. There were a lot of questions from their end to understand our brand's objectives and what more we wanted.

They took our feedback and ultimately delivered what we needed. Once that was done, their UI/UX designers and developers stepped in. They used our pre-existing brand guidelines and the new identity systems to create what we were looking for. A new face of the product: A new website and new mobile applications with many new modules(to be rolled out in a phased manner).

How many resources from the KodeGlobe Technologies team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had an account manager assigned to us, who was our primary point of contact. Though at any given time, the entire team was withing our reach as were given dedicated access to the project management tool as well.

Apart from the account manager, we had a project manager, 2 UI/UX resources, 4 Developers, 2 Quality Assurance Analysts, and a Business Analyst assigned to the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We haven't rolled out the new pieces globally. As I said above, we're rolling them out gradually. But from what we can observe as of now, the DAUs(Daily Active Users) and MAUs(Monthly Active Users) predictions are certainly very positive.

The retention rates, and AOV(Average Order Value) have also increased significantly. We're very happy as these were the primary objectives we wanted from the entire collaboration.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They used Notion as their project management tool. Apart from that, we were also connected via e-mail and WhatsApp(for quick communication across teams). The entire project lasted approx. 6 months.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their articulation of the process and their understanding of what we wanted was way ahead of what we were imagining. It was almost like we had someone from our team working for them. They understood everything perfectly.

Further, their process is very flexible, new gen, and human. They had space for errors, and empathy for new requests in an on-going project. It was an amazing experience!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Notion was a little too complex for me to be honest, though I got the hang of it in a few weeks. But if they could roll out some sort of basic training it'd be great. We're mostly used to Jira or Trello. But, other than that it was an amazing experience.

Initially we did start working on the requirements with the Project managers once every thing was set in place, 3 fronted , 3 back-end and 1 QA was involved collectively to develop this project.

The out come was the replica of our expectation . we saw over download and reviews that are positively written . The design is more accessible . we are receiving the inquires from the providers and the customers about the app and the positive reviews about, user friendly adding the product & services

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team was very friendly to work with , very responsive, easy to communicate . Not only keen about the requirements bu they are very suggestive in addition to the UI which made the app look so unique . we were so impressed by the work that has been done timed delivery of the work.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were amazed about their relentless work and their response , experience and the in-time deliveries without delay . we appreciate their work , taking this as a challenge and could do all the possible enhancements making this project go live and successful. Every team member was experienced, collaborative, suggestive & prompt towards their commitment. we are glad and will certainly would like to work with " Kode Makers" on future endeavors.

We wanted someone who can develop a website which has a high level of Human Centered Design. The User Interface, User Experience, Interaction Design, Colors, etc. everything needed to be completely revamped.

We posted the project on an online portal which did the scouting for us. It recommened a few names to us, and then the decision was at our discretion. We then went on to award the project to these guys.

They designed our entire website from scratch. Everything from the color palette to the graphics, User Interface, User Experience, Backend including the CMS was developed by them. A complete end-to-end solution was provided.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our website call-to-action percentage has increased manyfolds. This in itself is an indicator of the success of the project.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management experiences was very different from our previous experiences. They're not just developers, they're product solution specialists. They don't need every small input from you, they use their own brain and skills to develop your ideas to reality. Also, regular deliveries were made so that we review and change/suggest things/edits.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Client Servicing, timely updates, and payment process and policy.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Data Analysis is not being done by them at the moment, but they told us that they're planning to expand in future. It would be great if we could outsource the same to them as well.

What were your goals for this project?

We have been using a standard Client Management System(CMS) for the past 15 years, and it was now becoming a little obsolete. With emerging features and trends, an old school Client Management System was a stopping us from spreading our full wings. We wanted a modern, elegant, fresh, and clean CMS to manage our clients and their projects. We wanted the UI/UX to be easy enough for all/any to use it. Which is exactly what was delivered.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We had advertised the same on our website. Many companies sent their applications. We then shortlisted some of those companies by reviewing their applications. After a pool of shortlisted companies was created, we had interviewed the CEO and the CTO. We then went on to select Kodeglobe Technologies as our Technology Partner.

They designed, developed, configured, and delivered a new Client Management System. Technologies used: Linux (Ubuntu ) Apache server PHP framework MySQL DB

What was the team composition?

One project manager was assigned at the beginning of the project, and she was my only point of contact. She kept me updated with everything. A team of 9 apart from the Manager was involved in developing our product.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We haven't done a metric analysis as of now, but the process itself has been very streamlined. A lot of engagement has been possible because of this new software that they developed for us. There have been significant rises in the gross revenue after we began the use of this software, but since we haven't done an analysis of the same, it is difficult to predict that whether this software alone was the reason for it. But, no doubt, productivity has increased manifolds.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project managers were really impressive. Many tools such as InVision, Slack, Github, etc. were used. Management skills were so streamlined that we in fact incorporated a few practices into our daily environment as well. Also, the C-level members were constantly in touch with us! They, along with the other team members were extremely skilled and polite.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed by the work culture, documentation, agile methodology, and most importantly, the human capital. The team is predominantly young individuals mostly in their mid/late 20s or mid-30s! Their collaboration methodology is very unique and the delivery was always on time. They didn't miss any milestone.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The prices were a little on the higher end, but I guess the quality speaks for itself. They should give us discounts for our upcoming project(s) with them. :) Management is great. Rarely though, but sometimes, there was a slight issue due to the different time zones, but as they told me that they're expanding to different countries. It should be resolved soon.

We hired KodeGlobe Technologies to deliver a mobile CRM app with a logistics pipeline. To increase usability and productivity, we decided to build an app for employees.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to build a blockchain mobile app that our workforce could easily use to register the movement of our logistics. Before, they had to do this through a website. Now an employee can do it directly via their phone. It is fast and it is easy.

How did you select this vendor?

We hired two companies for this project, and KodeGlobe Technologies was one of them. We selected them through application processing and three rounds of interviews with various employees, from app developers to their CEO.

Once we chose KodeGlobe Technologies, they sent us a timeline with milestones. The first milestones were wireframing and UI design. Then they developed beta Android and iOS apps, plus a web-based admin panel, The last milestone was user acceptance testing and delivery. Within four months, the beta version was ready to be tested and reviewed.

What was the team composition?

A project manager served as our point of contact. Business analysts, UI/UX designers, and developers were also involved. They assigned 11 resources total.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This product has streamlined our process because workers can register movements on their phones. It's removed the delays that resulted from an overly technical platform.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team was polite and fluent in English and several other languages. The project manager was highly professional, providing timely updates and never missing a deadline. We used Slack, Invision, GitHub, and a few more tools to collaborate. They established an incredibly productive workflow through constant communication, frequent updates, and timely deliveries. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was skeptical since they were a comparatively new startup but we had no problems. Their professionalism and knowledge were impressive. We had a wholesome experience with them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They should open up offices at more international locations. They have great potential, but not everyone can work with a team that is two continents away! Establishing an office in the U.S. would be productive.

I am the senior director of sales for a large research organization.

What challenge were you trying to address with KodeGlobe Technologies?

We engaged KodeGlobe Technologies for the development of our CRM. We’d been using an internal CRM, but it wasn’t a proper platform. We weren’t able to assign projects correctly, and there were many other issues in the system.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

KodeGlobe Technologies developed a new CRM that features multiple modules and sections. There are different account types for directors, senior managers, junior managers, and so on. We can assign tasks to each subordinate through the CRM, as well as manage clients and orders.

The backend uses PHP and Node.js, and it has a MySQL database. KodeGlobe Technologies used Photoshop and Bootstrap to design the product. It has a minimalistic design, which is suitable because it’s only for internal purposes.

What is the team composition?

KodeGlobe Technologies allocated a team of 6–7 people to our work, including a project manager who worked with me closely, PHP and Node.js developers, frontend designers, and a tester. I also worked with their sales manager.  

How did you come to work with KodeGlobe Technologies?

I contacted multiple companies with CRM development experience, and I shortlisted 2–3 of them. From that list, I determined that KodeGlobe Technologies was the best choice overall.

How much have you invested with them?

The total cost has been $20,000–$23,000, including additional development.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with KodeGlobe Technologies in January 2018, and our relationship is ongoing. The platform is complete, but they maintain the CRM and update it as necessary. We don’t have a large IT team, so we’re pretty reliant on KodeGlobe Technologies.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The newest version of our CRM is much improved, and I’ve received an excellent response from my internal team. Our previous CRM didn’t permit us to make follow-ups and didn’t include reminder options. Managing leads became problematic as a result. KodeGlobe Technologies’ CRM allows us to email our clients directly instead of going through a separate email portal. KodeGlobe Technologies provided an amazing solution to our problems.

How did KodeGlobe Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

KodeGlobe Technologies introduced us to Basecamp, which allowed us to connect and share updates. We also held conference calls with their team when needed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were responsive whenever we had problems, and they provided multiple solutions. They never came with prepackaged solutions. Instead, they brainstormed with me. They identify the pain points of the client and only then offer a solution. They dig into requirements, understand business problems, and then make a solution.

Are there any areas they could improve?

When they get higher-level projects, they should assign higher-level project managers. I’ve had some miscommunications with mine at times, and it could have been because he didn’t have the right level of experience and expertise to deal with a CRM project like this. That was only for a short period, initially, and they changed the project manager to one with more experience.

Tenet started by reviewing our existing website and discussing how different departments within our organization used it. Those conversations helped identify where customers were getting stuck and where internal teams were spending unnecessary time maintaining content.

 Once the discovery phase was complete, they reorganized the website into a much clearer structure that grouped related information together and reduced unnecessary navigation steps. Instead of presenting isolated page concepts, they designed the entire website as one connected experience, making it easier for visitors to move naturally from one section to another.

 The project included user flow planning, page layouts, responsive interface designs, interactive prototypes, and a design library that could be reused as the website continues to grow. They also prepared detailed design specifications that made implementation much smoother for our development team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One of the first improvements we noticed was the reduction in questions coming through our customer support team regarding basic information that was already available on the website. Customers were clearly finding answers more easily on their own.

The redesigned website also encouraged visitors to spend more time exploring different sections instead of leaving after viewing only a single page. Our marketing team reported good engagement with key pages, while our sales team commented that new enquiries were arriving with a much better understanding of our services.

The consistency introduced by the new design system also made publishing future content considerably faster than it had been previously.

The collaboration felt very organized without becoming overly formal. We always knew what stage the project had reached, what feedback was required from us, and what the next milestone would be. One would think this is the bare minimum but we’ve had experiences in the past where many agencies proved us wrong.

 Their team encouraged open discussions throughout the engagement and never rushed important decisions simply to stay on schedule. When adjustments were requested, they explained the advantages and disadvantages of different approaches before making changes. That level of transparency helped us feel involved throughout the process while still benefiting from their expertise.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality that stood out most was their willingness to challenge assumptions in a constructive way. There were several occasions where we suggested keeping existing layouts simply because we were familiar with them. Instead of accepting those decisions without question, Tenet explained how certain changes could create a much better experience for our customers.

Those conversations ultimately led to stronger design decisions than we would have made independently. Their recommendations always reflected careful consideration of usability rather than personal preference, which gave us confidence throughout the engagement.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Tenet - UI UX Design Agency | Experience Design could have done differently?

The project was delivered successfully, and our experience was positive from beginning to end. If there is one suggestion, it would be to provide a brief design health check several months after launch. By that stage, enough user behaviour has been collected to identify opportunities for small refinements that may not be obvious during the initial project.

 Aside from that, we were very satisfied with both the process and the outcome. Tenet remained committed throughout the engagement and delivered a website that has continued to support our business well beyond the launch date.
