They used monday.com, and we were able to track things from our design phases in the Gantt chart. We used it for content migration, QA, QC, and auditing.We shared a lot of stuff over Google Drive. That was our preference because that’s how our firm operates. We used it for file sharing.We communicated via email. We had virtual Google Meet check-ins. There was always a very clear agenda of what we were going over, what Temper And Forge was presenting, and what they were handing off to us. The rhythm of those meetings increased during certain periods and slowed down post-launch.
