We previously had no online presence so this was a good start. We are always improving our website performance by on-going services like SEO and update of copywriting/images, etc.

Very effective. We used tools such as Evrybo and Asana to keep track of the progress. Phone calls were also held if needed.

Ability to deliver in a quick timeframe and at an affordable price.

To make a net margin of 25% on each and every project without involving resources from our team by using Teko as our delivery partner.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We knew each other for some time and have done technology projects together. This was a good time to tap in their expertise on a consistent basis and we decided to enter into a more solid arrangement among ourselves.

We subcontracted several Wordpress and Shopify projects on a fixed price to them and had a project coordinator on our side.

We mostly interacted with Nathan, who was very prompt in fronting the whole relationship and provide an abstraction from the complexities of his team.

We met our objectives in almost 90% of the projects of making 25% margin.
